We have been the 4. time in this hotel and already looking forward to the next trip to Nizza and also to the hotel. The location is excellent: quiet and nevertheless centrally located. The street market and the tram is just around the corner. The staff- and the staff are friendly, helpful and know their stuff.

The hotel comte de nice is for a city break very suitable. The location is though somewhat remote from the city centre, but very quiet. In the perimeter of 100 meters there are both a larger supermarket, as well as a tram station, with which one fast to the center comes. The rooms are France-typical rather small, but sufficient. The breakfast buffet is not huge, but offers a good selection of bread, rolls, cold cuts/cheese/jam, cereals, etc. read more

For a short trip the hotel is great. The staff speak perfect german and one can knows itself with you information about anything. It is however very badly soundproofed. :-( read more

I liked the stay at the hotel very much. I couln`t expect such a wonderful location - no need to take any transport for the shopping area. The tram takes you to the Promenade Anglaise in 10 min. People who work there are very friendly and attentive, they speak different languages. Wi-Fi functioning always downstairs. good breakfast - no need to go anywhere. If one day I go to Nice again, I`ll choose this HOTEL. read more

We were again 2 weeks guests at the comte de nice and it pleased us there very much. For our needs-visiting relatives etc. - the hotel lies excellent. Very good tram. The guests in the hotel were unobtrusive and pleasant. The staff - at the front desk all german and very friendly. The breakfast was after our discretion enough and very good. All together : again and again a reason to wiederbuchung. read more

The ladies at the reception were very friendly and spoke excellent German. Room, as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean. You should however always lift use, because the staircase is very narrow and the stairs very steep. The hotel has a ideal location, directly in the center. Despite the central location relatively quiet.
Breakfast is reasonable, however the breakfast room is very dark and could have been a bit friendly arranged. read more

Centrally located on the trolley line located. Extremely friendly staff. The hotel is good for families with children adequate. We had a room with a kitchen. The supermarket is directly next to the hotel and every morning is in front of the hotel a market. It is worthwhile for a few Euro a weekly pass for the tram to buy. Thus one comes again and again quick to the hotel back! read more

The small hotel offers sufficient comfort, the stay for a short city trip enjoyable. The consistently very good German speaking staff are very friendly and helpful. We could from 2 rooms the more comfortable choice. Unfortunately is not the whole hotel over lift accessible. The breakfast was enough for us. read more

We were up yesterday in Comte de nice and especially the especially friendly women and men at the front desk praise, all spoke perfectly German and US many a time regarding bus plan directly, tramlines and so on help could.
The rooms are probably all a bit small, but very clean and newly renovated.
The breakfast room could be a slightly better lighting and somewhat more colors on tables and chairs somewhat friendly arranged.
In short: for a short break in Nizza very suitable. read more

This was the worst hotel, in which i ever was.
The staff are friendly and the location with about 15 minutes on foot to the beach is ok.
The double room and the bathroom are tiny, we were on the 1. floor, nice with vergittertem windows and a view of a large car park, on the at night as well was very busy.
The rooms have no air conditioning or ventilation, about 30 degrees outside temperature there were in the room felt 40 degrees. Since in the hotel corridor and in the room carpeted is, the air is stuffy and ... musty. If you the window opens, one has directly a mückenschwarm in the room. Also the bathroom seems no air circulation to have, after evening i had showered, was the air the next morning still damp and stuffy. The bed and the furniture looked very worn and old.
For breakfast there were pappige baguettes (where you can in France so bad baguettes buy?) And the orange juice was so strong watered down, that it really could not drink.
I have a 2 week tour of southern france and always in 2 star hotels. The other hotels were all reasonable, so this is really just a negative outliers. read more

We spend the night 3 nights in the hotel and were very satisfied with it. The location is great, because you walk 3 minutes from the tram stop, which for 1 euro to to the center goes. You can but also to the beach and you need depending on speed 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel scores especially because its excellent service. The staff at the reception was mostly friendly and accommodating and spoke very good German. The rooms are relatively small, but the night completely sufficiently. If you wanted a lot of of the city want to see, not ... enormous sums for a hotel would like to spend, value great service and a native breakfast like, you should for the hotel Comte in Nizza decide. read more

The hotel is only 50 meters away from the main shopping street, and is ideally for a city break! To 10 to 15 minutes walk through the mall leads directly at the beach ( always only just returned from). Great bars, clubs and other sights nearby. By bus for 1 euro to Monaco go! ( about 45 minutes). Small room, but sufficient. read more
