Unpleasant surprise on the way there: booked bungalow room was in the 2. number on the other side of the street next to a disco and a nightclub. Rooms dirty, moldy and partly demolished-simply not acceptable. Upgrade for a room in the hotel costs then again 20 cuc per day. The rooms there are also not the hit, but at least clean and not broken. Facilitities are quite outdated, however the waiters (except reception ) very friendly. The 24-hour bar is dirty and smells, there are beverages only in plastic cups. Recommendable is the bar Cuba with a beautiful terrace ... with a view of the sea. Also very good is the evening unterhaltungsshow, a company from professional dancers one dargeboten. The beach is class, if the weather is fine. Overall the hotel not a good price-performance ratio. read more

First of all the beach was great! Fine white sand, blue water, flat and the front of the hotel not too deep, so even for children adequate. No currents, high waves, reefs or pollution.
The extra charge for our bungalow was not at all worth it. 1. it was not a bungalow, but another, smaller hotel building on the other side of the street. So you had only a longer way to the beach/ pool/ bars/ restaurant, 2. you couldn't night sleep since it from 20 o'clock to 4 hours in the morning on both sides of a hard rock ... karaoke bar and a disco treated to music was = disaster if you don't party vacation plans!
The staff at the hotel was friendly, the complex altogether clean.
The food made full, but it didn't make you happy. Culinary experiences you couldn't expect. There was the buffet varied, the food however good quality and tasted very poor.
Varadero itself is a nice place for a all inclusive vacation. The real Cuba you can see here however not.

We were satisfied all around despite some irritation because of our ' bungalowanmietung' -the appropriate object turned out to be an additional house on the other side of the street out, our room was unfortunately to a very loud disco. As we are early birds and mostly on the day weren't in the hotel, bothered us this nocturnal disturbance of the peace. This problem was done by the staff on site righlty adressed and we were given a room in the next to the main building located area. If you even at night to party is however also the room ... on the other side of the street ideal, facilities and location are ok. Very satisfied we were with the cultural context and the food. No extra to reserve we were with the offer of the buffets completely satisfied to enthusiastically. The event to the holidays was great planned and it gave also crawfish for all.
Particularly the sweet dishes are divine, in the lobby you had to already remind you, that you can get a good coffee-the with increasing time very lax prepared, that's actually the non plus ultra-a nice cup of coffee! read more

Great hotel with charm and flair with the best location in Varadero.
Here and there small faults ( shabby house) but one can at the beach and the atmosphere what the cubans (, whether entertainer, waiter or security) there spread be overlooked.
The food was always sufficiently available and even if you don't want to main restaurant has are enough possibilities lunch, as well as evenings available eating in all inclusive are included.
Cocktails very tasty and also in varied choice available,
Animation oK, not pushy, all very pleasant. Greetings to the whole team;-), also a massive praise goes ... to the showdancer of Caribbean.-) read more

We had a wonderful vacation. Had a bungalow rented, was always clean and fresh towels changed daily. Especially good I found: safe was free!
Who to Cuba travels should however not forget in Cuba the clocks slow and Cuban facilities is different to see than at home. Who luxury should spend more money. People and hotel staff were always very friendly. Wonderful country with have fun to experience.
Cuba is always worth a trip. Our hotel was top a good price. read more

The hotel has it best times seen. Rather two or three stars, but certainly not four!
Air conditioning was broken and was makeshift repaired. The condition of the bathroom leaves much to be desired. Which as water is not drinking water, but the water from the water tap which you don't drink. The concentrated orange juice was so watered down. However friendly employee at the front desk and wonderful beach. read more

We had a room in the main building, with a direct access to the beach. The hotel's location is very central in Varadero, the place however not lots to offer has. Food was fine, however not expect too much. The beach is just amazing, super Palmensonnenschirme, fine white sand, crystal clear, türkisgrünes water, highest level, perfect for beach vacation. read more

Service was available, if the tips was correct, apart from that you got comments such as' coffee?, over there is the machine '. The bungalow complex has a renovation necessary. The toilet flushing just after good persuasion. The shower had a moldy shower curtain and the door frame to the bathroom was also only from rotten wood. The quality of the restaurant was okay, the drinking water was chlorinated and the food mostly the same. Only plus, the beach, even if the loungers worn out and sun screens to 50% unusable, were water and beach brilliant! In short: there are ... clear better and more beautiful hotel complex in Varadero. read more

I was with my wife in the honeymoon in this hotel. So the beach is brilliant, the people are nice and professional dancers and animation shows are the best I have ever seen!
Cuba it's flavor, super music and joie de vivre. If you stay here to have is right at home here. However who luxury want and European standard should rather in Turkey 4 star or in the DOM republic
Clothes you can go shopping forget it (for women) you everywhere get are cigars, cigarettes as cm hot Hollywood box 1 Euro, Rum and really beautiful cheap Holzschnittzereien for ... example Figures and so on everything you with simple means and crafts make can.
To the hotel again the people are nice, the room was okay, but what you plan, would be 30 to 50 Euro tip in two weeks, it is like everywhere with a little tip it works better and the people there do not have much in the month, the lives of almost from the tip. The food is not the luxury like in Turkey for example have perhaps not all at spices or Sunday. But there was always pasta, Beef, Pork, bread, fish and so on is already okay. Our room was except for a sheets as we arrived clean. We have but also shower fairytale from scraping on the bed and so on belongs, then immediately a different room ask! They have a main building and a page with newer bungalows are OK, only the side with the old bungalows is probably hit and Miss a good room there get on the side.
To the excursions I can only say, that the not Like in other countries so cheap, but very recommendable. Catamaran drive by snorkeling and Delephin show or swim per person between 70 and 100 Euro was great. Eating and drinking as much as you want. You can at the hotel book.
Other excursions I would outside in front of the hotel book, as is possible on the corner on the street where you had to the bungalows is two men the hot randomly both Fidel where you can excursions book cheaper and very good. We were with one of the and a drivers and we and another couple with a chic Classic cars in Havanna since we Fidel the very good German in the town run. All together with ride in classic cars and leadership for 4 people we have 150 Euro paid. All together about 9 hours with ride to Havanna. We have a vacation to remember on Cuba experienced. The hotel was for our standards more than enough:-) we would this hotel and this island always recommend it. Should however too demanding and schicki micki people for this hotel and island decide, so I would be however advise you not to go there. Generally should one with the story the country and the people apart around to understand, why we in Europa in large luxury life! The 'only' standurlaube it could in this hotel sometime to be boring. The hotel itself is very beautiful. Since it was already a ... few years on the embossment, leafs a few paint peeling from the exterior of the hotel and it looks from the outside getting a bit old from. Nevertheless we are our bungalow room with a balcony very good been. The room was renovated and has been cleaned daily. The bathroom was already a bit worn out, but otherwise everything is great. We had good and clean beds and a simple décor. A small fridge we were very happy, because this has our drinks always cool kept. The hotel consists of main building ( very loud, as the rooms by the pool beach chairs, on the very busy), from several buildings and a bungalow complex, which is a street from the hotel right, away. You are not allowed forget, that a constant renovation the hotel for the cat would be, as the country to lack of building materials, and the high humidity of the buildings nibbled. We did not have vermin in the room had. Should someone the room not much, so you can every time at the front desk a new publishing houses. Meanwhile I enough pictures of europeans can do, which always something to moan about have. But only to the extent that as a tip: it would be unfortunately all of its vacation at the beach from Varadero to spend. Varadero is not the real Cuba. We have traveled extensively and already some hotels learned but that was the worst hotel, that we have ever seen. Rooms are quite down, dirty ( there were all hair from the previous), dirty sheets, as well as towels. After the change of the bettwäsceh meadows still have several stains on. Old and broken furniture, you was afraid touch anything. Very loud, as both sides a beatle bar and on the other side an open air Salsa bar up in the middle of the night has played and the every day. Food was very monotonous, often by the day before ... and with ketchup overly decorated. Breakfast there was always the same, dirty tables and loud dining-hall.
We are quite modest, however was this hotel the worst what we have ever experienced. Better a few euros more in the trip invest and another hotel book. read more

We stayed in a bungalow building, rooms were freshly renovated and clean, you are only there to sleep and shower! We had all inclusive and we were very pleased with everything! Drinks top, breakfast, lunch and dinner also very good! Plenty of choice, large salad buffet, lunch and evenings, there was every evening, to choose from beef, chicken, fish and something else extra! Pasta, Rice, vegetables and potatoes, and a dessert buffet, with different cakes, fresh fruit and ice! Really reasonable! At lunch there was at the snack bar always still very delicious Hamburgers, pizza, hot dogs and! Loved it! ... You can very friendly served! read more
