There is lots of different room types, so each raumbedürfnis can be met. The hotel has for certain renovation, especially in the baths & the floors and the soundproofing. The Areal for the size of the hotel very pleasant and pool area, bar, as well as speiseräume are large enough. The hotel- and pool area was clean and especially of austrians & italians (a few German, dutch, east europeans) busy, often with children. There are all kinds of food selection. read more

An ancient Bunker you barely running stops.
I wonder where as 4 stars are.
Noisy without limits you hear the guests yet 3 rooms further showers toilet and what you would do on vacation.
The breakfast from 9.30 not refilled otherwise maximum 2 stars ( Gasthausqualität )
The loungers are Ancient the cushions were stains and the best times for a long time behind itself.
The rooms are clean however the bathroom was only temporarily restored.
In short, 4 stars a cheek and the price exorbitant. read more

Very pleasant hotel, if you on anonymity no importance attach. Everything is getting a bit old which but not negative impact. Both the entire area, as well as the rooms are very clean and tidy. It were during our stay about 60% Italian, 25% austrians present and the rest of guests mixed. read more

Very beautiful hotel for couples and families with old pine crop the shade donate, near the beautiful beach, chairs and an umbrella at the beach are included, secure parking shady parking spaces. read more

The hotel has gotten a bit old, but therefore with a certain charm. Might nevertheless the United or other renovation appropriate. The food is really good, also with children easy. The swimming pool is wonderful with a view of the sea, because the hotel from the promenade in a beautiful Pine forest set back. The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful and invites you to stay at.
In short: value for money is really very good! read more

Noise in the hotel was disturbing. Very thin walls. You get everything from the Barzanti-or above with the rooms.
Location of the hotel to the old town (with lots of nice restaurants) is very far. (About 20-25 minutes) for children difficult. read more

The management and the staff was rather unfriendly, not handled complaints perfectly in the Hi.
Also the staff is overstrained.
The food was very tasty, however rather unsuitable for children.
We had booked half board, but the last four days in the evening for dinner. Breakfast was OK.
For smaller children the pool is inconvenient, since the transition bears to shallow and deep for children very surprised and extremely takes place. There is no reference,
The water is that deep.

Very suitable for short vacation. Since you mostly hang out in the open, you can ignore the competence of the staff in the hotel in general. When booking, you should mention if necessary on sea view. read more

If you go on holiday in italy, you will be happy on the mostly good and typical food. Unfortunately this was so bad, that we on overnight accomodation/F have moved. You can save more food presumably do not more. We had the feeling, that it even on a spoon Parmesan arrives. The wine selection was poor, started wines were served hot. It also only the second choice for breakfast. Artificial juices, press ham and baked rolls. No alternation, always rather less. It was only a coffee maker, was announced as patience. Tennis court and mini golf course are not well ... maintained and for a fee. Room and bathroom was small and musty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

Last we have reserved the double room, there was but no space for a rollaway bed, since we for the two nights for our little no extra bed required, at the time of booking us was the same, but not in the hotel, so you leave has us a junior suite, was completely uncomplicated. Parking lot is partially covered, on the beach there are plenty of free beach chairs available. The included breakfast buffet is plentiful, something fresh fruits and vegetables, a better selection of Wholegrain products (wheat is but not so common in italy) and cheese would be desirable. ... Jacuzzi in the bathroom worked unfortunately not. All in all not bad, cancel for a two hours prior to arrival, and strongly geschränkter selection (more available in caorle was not more) read more

Location and beach can make up for the negative impression not total.
The room are from the beach (about 1965) of the decor, the size and the cleanliness much to complain about.
The breakfast gives it no fruit, tomatoes or cucumbers. The support staff is often overstrained, but very nice.
In the hallways smell wabert a musty, certainly also due to the aged Komplettverlegung in the years of carpet in all hallways and rooms.
Conclusion: if caorle, then in a different hotel. read more

Short holiday at the Adriatic coast.
We have really enjoyed our stay and nice days have worn.
The hotel is conveniently located, has but its best days already behind itself (room and bathrooms to small).
The restaurant and the dinner have earned four or even five stars.
