The partially hotel luckily the major djerbas. It was partly renovated, what inside architecturally especially in the lobby and the dining room. Unfortunately, the new furniture already again so filthy, that you dislike on the cushion sets. The hotel is essentially visited by many french, whose average age is between 30 and 50 years moves. For many older guests this means, that with a fairly high level of noise to stay. Is also not the french language, is often lost, because hardly understood before (also at the front desk). read hotel review

    Through the renovation of the main in the rooms nothing changed. We had a renovated rooms booked, since it was the ' krachpool' and also a not optically attractive additional bunk bed had, we took a totally silent not renovated room. It was almost as big as the booked and also clean. The mattresses were us too hard, but they tried very, we comfortably to make. Not a existing hair dryer was taken delivered, a broken toilet fixed. This service was good.

    As i already before many years guests in this hotel was, i have to make comparisons. The dining room is nice, bright, from the hotel. Through new seating also a bit quieter. The attractive, colorful lamps over the tables but you could not look at. They are over and over with bird droppings beklackert. The food was before years significantly better, that means varied and tasty. There is a variety of food daily, but almost always the same. So you eat then 14 days pizza or pasta (in the microwave nachwärmt )... Praising to mention must i justly the dessert buffet. It was pretty good. The cleanliness the plates and glasses (if any at all were available- this was especially with the glasses often not the case) was unfortunately to be desired. The all-inclusive offer at the bars was miserable: beer, wine, liquor, mzuscat, cocktails, by inedible artificial fruit juices spoiled goods.

    The kindness of the employees is different. Room service left nothing to be desired. At the bar one was often only after a request served, whoever vordrängelte, came first in the series, women were often overlooked.     Leisure facilities i did not take part in. Different sport offers found by the pool and were well attended. In the lunch time there was a break from the noise. Also the evening entertainment for all audible in the lobby in progress. Statements there was only in french. Peaceful conversations on the stained armchairs and sofas were not possible. So many different speaking only the tv evening in the room. A leseabend there was because of the bad lighting hardly possible. To the pool must be said: it has been extended, is not heated, was framed by lots of old palm trees. One could enjoy it, if not the dauerkrach would be.

    The location of the hotel on the beautiful, kilometer long clean sand beach is ideal. A dünensteifen separates the building of beach and sea and offers protection against the sometimes very heavy wind. The area offers not much, is therefore pleasantly quiet. If you want to see and do, with the taxis, the constantly in front of the hotel parking cheap nearby midoun, houmet souk... Drive. The drivers often spoke better german than some hotel employee.

And Since newest a noisy french club has become is now club mamara already says everything. Who a quiet vacation and recovery searches is here wrong. Loud music from the morning until the evening the the ears hurt, good entertainment at the lobby bar Is not any speech, one understood his own word not more. Also the state of the rooms is not any more the ... best one despite Renovation. The corridors are partly totally rotted, however, if you have allergic is get a serious illness.     What should i write, stop as always a bit run-down much broken crooked doors mold in the bathroom. No hair dryer, bedding dirty. Was last year not so. A shame

    Since the new management unfortunately not so good anymore Somewhat poor selection of main courses and almost always the same food. A shame was the last years better. The selection of beverages is very reduced. You have to much to pay.

    Shame about the beautiful hotel. The location is great the garden is also nice, but what use is a if you don't can use by the noise. Nice long beach. But caution at the beach. The riders and sellers come lately directly to the loungers and you also there no peace. That was not previously sunday

The hotel is now Club Marmara, that means that interest in german tourists had been deteriorating and only in the entertainment area spoke french, the remaining staff speaks good german. Unfortunately the hotel has only after numerous complaints reacted to, but very pushy rider and dromedarbesitzer of the hotel's beach to point out. Unfortunately, we had the feeling, us permanently in a huge stables to find, up to 10 riders, the hours before our beach chairs were, by us were counted. Corrosive, if you on vacation wishes peace. Who peace and quiet wishes, should not be in this club. No ... comparison last year, which was maybe also because, that parts of France already holidays and the hotel was booked. The staff is but very to help us and we lack nothing left. Here big praise for waiters and room service. read hotel review

For cleanliness, especially the rooms on, should be much more emphasis be put (dirty towels, with arrival white duvet with a big yellow stain (I don't want to know where the came.), bath tub very dingy) Staff were always friendly and in a good mood. Unfortunately all spoke only little German and they cared for us therefore pay greater attention to the 90% french their language very good dominated. Entertainment was also evenings only in french. We had 24 and 25 years felt quite lonely before as 80% of the hotel guests over 60-years-old were. At the beach there ... are merely the many washed up seaweeds to complain about (which the hotel of course nothing can). Unfortunately you had to for a lot extra pay ( freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, only 3 cocktails included, drinks in the disco not included) Possibilities for recreation there were in the immediate area some (crocodile farm, quadausleih, parasailing, bananaboot, canoe) As in short we recommend the hotel with some restrictions: not suitable for families with kids, definitely no party hotel or area If you like we merely a relaxing beach vacation and without many requirements spend, this hotel is the right place. The hotel's location, directly on the beach is ideal. The hotel was probably renovated, but for the rooms without sea or pool view, on the bathroom and toilet sadly saved, but it was through the cleanliness in the room more than made up for it. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The food was ok, one became full, led but due to the quality and variety is not to gain weight ☺. As a single person without french one hardly opportunities access to find. The information are only on french. The entertainment, only in french, ends between ... 22,30 and 11:00 p. m. At the same time closes then the 'all-inclusive bar'. If you then no way to bed to go would like, must in the ' lounge 1001 nuits' or in public, hotel disco which natural with costs.     The entertainment i cannot judge, as i was the french language not speak. Also there was no wi-fi access, which is not surprising, if you have a telephone in the room also not to the outside calls. Was pleasant, the french not tend, at 7 o'clock in the morning sun loungers at the pool or beach to reserve.

    The hotel lies at a very nice clean sandy beach, with the possibility to camel or horse riding and water sports of all kinds. After the whole week no rep was to see, i at the beach some tours, which i could really recommend. In the immediate area there are some tourist stores. For original tunisian food i can but the small 'restaurant le moulin' recommend... Delicious. For a few Euro however, you can with the taxi in the next place 'midoun' drive... Shopping and haggling without limits.

The Palm beach hotel, the now under the name cozy club run, is a very nice hotel with directly at the beach. Everywhere on the grounds there are palm trees, making you feel like in an oasis feel. The style of the hotel is modern and simple decor. The lobby features a beautiful wasserspiel, as well as great lichtdekorationen. The rooms are also modernly furnished. Our request for another room with a pool view was after a day gladly realized. The guest structure stock mostly french and italians, which however no downside was, as the contact with German guests rather ... avoided in faces like 10 days it was raining. If you open and friendly and interested in shows, then language is no barrier, as here so often is being criticized. read hotel review

    The staff were always friendly and tried, to satisfy the guest. A smile and a thanks could sometimes miracle. Our landlady has the room always clean leave. Towels were changed daily. The beach towels could every day to be changed. Our desire for a room changing because of a better view was friendly cared for. Sickness stet daily pflegeperson ready, the demand a doctor calls. Almost all of the staff speak a little English or German, so that also with lack of french a grundkommunikation is possible.

    The entertainment left much to be desired. Merely the tunisian entertainers hard-working therefore, the people to converse. The french animators had hardly any power. Unfortunately was the one responsible for the entertainment frenchman, so the program rather was monotonous. The tunisians big praise. They are great dancer and entertainer.

    The hotel is directly at the sea. Couldn't be better. A liege respectively a umbrella to receive, you must however at 7:30 in the morning reserve go. In front of the hotel there are some shops. Recommendable but visits to the markets in houmt souk and midoun.

An Oriental dream, the me with enthusiasm and 2013 that I have already re-booked. From the old dusty coralia is not desired, only the adorable also German-speaking staff! Nicest location, best beach read hotel review

If you like to smoke in the restaurant (outdoor) is good aufe withdrew. A specially designed separate is outside. Inside is like a rather bad cafeteria. Without any sense there was divided (drinks, plates, cutlery). From a renovation October! You should keep an eye on it. There is a lot of work meiener believe it!! read hotel review

The staff was always friendly and tried hard. It could almost all German speak. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired but it can be bearable and you get used to it. Unfortunately there was no safe in the room, and the safe deposit boxes at the front desk were all occupied. The beach is beautiful and the water was not very warm, but there were too few beach chairs. A parasol but we always got and so in the shade on air mattresses or a picnic beach chairs. In summary, one could say, that it was ... a successful holiday since students and didn't have high expectations. read hotel review

We stayed as a couple it was eight years ago before 14 days in the hotel and had the good years behind it. During this period has changed only all inclusive was offered and now the hotel is under other management. Neither the complex to the rooms were fundamental renovated. The hotel and the rooms are clean at first glance, looks better, but still much can be changed here. We were on the first floor and the view from the terrace gave us thrown away plastic cups, cigarette butts, etc. on the whole seven days. The buffet was very rich ... but boring (except for very, very few exceptions always the same). Furthermore, you could not talk of cold. Most of the warm is rather lukewarm to cold. The tourists were here about80 percent French, Italians and a ten percent, the rest were Germans with other any age. For families with small children, the hotel is not because the children's entertainment because of the Communication takes no German. But also the normal animation to 99 percent in French. The staff is friendly and helpful where the language is the largest hurdle. The location of the hotel is very good, because right on the beach and the cleanliness is quite good (apart from cigarette butts) rate. The sea is mostly clean, very flat and about26 degrees. Finally, we have to say the Djerba always worth a visit, also for us, but not in this hotel. It has more than two or three star rating. read hotel review

There were mainly French tourists, without French one does not continue to come (official language in Tunisia)-starting at check-in on signs at the buffet to a drink at the hotel's bars. The few staff could speak German or at least English. The French tourists were noticeably better than the German (the entertainers did a long detour around the German guests, since neither the knowledge nor the motivation was, the guests " with hands and feet " to explain, what comes to playing games, etc.). Our bathroom was extremely moldy and dirty. Before we could complain about, however, was the ... mold in our absence generous with acrylic coated. Our bags were broken twice. When we complained about it this, we were given a new room (with upgrade ocean view and first floor rather than ground floor/basement). Also there was mold, but not so bad. The food at the buffet was always cold, no matter, when we went to eat are. At eight in the morning o'clock were neither at the pool nor at the beach sunbeds available, everything was reserved with towels " " from other guests! The staff of the hotel, on the beach should help, shrugged their shoulders and said, he had no more couches (in French-we did not understood, but the movements and the runaway were clear signs). As we are smokers was it will only be possible for us outside and be in the room but you could not sit outside as it was very windy so we had us in our room the hotel was rather something for the entire animation French program was in French the drinks and don't drink the coffee could have been completely tasted of chlorine, the courts were to eat only in French labeled so you knew near in the court which was included. read hotel review

Yes, the hotel is getting old, the furnishing of the rooms is outdated, but it is properly cleaned and for a holiday it was adequate, we were already worse, before all the rooms are large and sea view if you get the view is wonderful The hotel is located directly on a long sandy beach, where there were enough pool chairs with cushions. We unfortunately still cool because of the wind (March/April) in the wind sections and found it basked dunes under the palms lovely. OK You know is a poor island, if you've ever taken a tour made know ... how poor the locals live there or exist. We know how difficult it is to suit everyone, especially regarding the food or the service. We found the food very varied and delicious. The breakfast was adequate, always eggs. Delicious jams and lots of croissants. There is no sausage, probably not typical of the country. In the restaurant was always a seat and there were no lines. OK How it looks in the high season we can't comment. For us it was a beautiful one week beach holiday. read hotel review

We booked this hotel for the second time, because we thought, OK, we were out all day. Even though this hotel was very reasonably priced and the food was very good, we would definitely choose a different Hotel. There are just too many things about this hotel, such as:No Reklamationsabwicklung bad at least for German guests, for French guests may?? A security staff at the gate even insulted, as a result we wanted to report the incident to the Director, but this was for us not to speak, in addition, would he didn't understand us, they told us. The ... first room, which one offered us, was in the basement " ". We were then but on my request a different. Well, the rooms can only say so much: very stingy equipped: no safe, no mini bar, dirty walls, joints in the bathroom moldy, weird smell (probably from the air conditioning), four German TV channels-but here are good eyes asked, tv device is quite small, towels old and hoar. Accommodation: The hotel was already a bit getting old, but the condition of the area was good and it is often cleaned, the rooms were swept every day and if necessary also the towels were changed. The decor of the rooms there really is not much to say, we had a balcony and a small tv (free of charge) with about six German channels. The bathroom was with two showers and a bath was quite comfortable. Food: The Food (all inclusive) was more than enough and it is mostly Tunisian and French dishes in addition, there are salads, pizza and ... pasta. When someone hunger has can the desserts in the form of small cakes were made, true bombs but really very delicious! The only thing to complain about is the really disastrous tasting coffee! If you like coffee drink this to bring home! The offered beer and wine unfortunately, I can't say, since I didn't have drunk. Beach/pool: the pool area was in a good clean and neat condition, unfortunately the water was quite fresh, for the children there was a small pool with a depth of 0.55 meter The beach is easy to reach, as it is directly at the hotel, the beach is clean, the beach bar is open only during the season and not in all inclusive with included. Excursions: directly from the Tour operator at the hotel's offers are, it may also be free staff there at the Hotel/their own private trips. These one should however be careful, as the prices on the Tour operator are adapted and possibly complications will be to its money it was hard to get! The excursions were reasonably priced. Conclusion: The grounds is suitable for a few days the soul baumeln and with all-inclusive for the food to be good, but also be booked, in the area surrounding the selection of restaurants is not very good. If you get along with the Arab mentality is also on the markets and shopping was well cared for. Unfortunately there as I noticed only fake-Article offered. read hotel review
