Reasonable, if you have a hired car and the hotel only for sleeping and food needs. 'all inclusive' is for this hotel probably something 'shed'. There was a entertainment program (the noise we heard good in our room) as it mainly in the 'open' lobby, in front of the bar, take place. We had amongst others this hotel dialed, because in reviews to read was, that you no entertainment program (which we on vacation really not need) have. read more

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Speak not all german, but with english one comes really good clear. For those who love action and a bit of the island to see wants should be however rent a car, what about the hotel smooth and fast possible. The hotel is located a bit from the 'hustle and bustle' and the other ' bettenbiurgen', which we personally liked a great deal. The next 'strandpromenade' is small and well arranged. On foot about minutes to reach. The evening entertainment limited to about 1 hour, mostly from 10:00 p. m. Also some ... events offered, which i however 't judge, because we didn't participate. The pool area is well arranged. In january it was enough, but the high season you will more often time on the right on the hotel lying beach dodge must. The spa area is subject to a charge, offers however lots of possibilities. Also here the staff very friendly and around the wishes of each very hard.
Over the cleanliness i can't complain. Our suite was always clean, even we brought ashtray on the balcony was daily emptied and washed. However the hotel is very noisy. If you're a light sleeper, like me, could problem received. The bed linen might be in 2 weeks once quiet more often changed
The food was good and varied. In the morning there was, afternoons and evenings buffet on the there was something for everybody. If you didn't get full here it is your own fault. We had all-inclusive and were the whole day very good hotel with everything.
All together: i would the hotel three stars and the staff 4 stars. We will in any case next year exactly book this hotel again! read more

In the hotel needs some updating, like for instance the loungers, sun screens, bed sheets, Odd, the armchair in the restaurant and so on
The glass doors, mirror, mountings should cleaning agents, not only with water to be cleaned. The glass doors should also cleaned daily -that was not the case. Fingerprints were at least 2a 3 days long visible. There was dirt days in the stairwell.
In the restaurant is not being respected, if the plates or the cutlery purely or not. In a four star hotel it should go without saying, that the glasses and the cutlery polished. ...
Now something positive:-): the food was magnificent. There was no day, where little would not have tasted. It was very varied cooked and there was something there for everyone.

The size and facilities the <junior suite liked us. It was in the 2 weeks our stay 2 times the bed linen changed, also on the cleanliness no large. The Tablecloths in the dining room was partly dirty, as well as the seating. The staff were attentive, overwhelmed, staff evenings not enough, plates etc. Were cleared late. Unfortunately no fourth star worth, meal times unimaginative, everything on English all inclusive guests laid out. For the spa area, use of indoor -pools had to hotel- guests 15 euros pay?
El medano you can take the rental car the island explore, so ... we the negative sides quickly forgot and the countryside have enjoyed. read more

the hotel is my view well equipped and here you can also very be comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel urgently a new management. Run down and definitely not 4 star. If we write down what broken, scruffy was not clean and we had a whole book fully. With few Boardmitteln and control of cleaning Forces, could you have a great hotel from it. We have never seen so sad faces in the breakfast see, because the food in quality, quantity and presentation was abysmal. There is each soup kitchen better. The cleaning the room was a disaster. Not changed bed sheets in terms of the information, with Cola vollgespritztes television, hair from the previous guests in the ... bathroom and so on

Style and soulless hotel in lousy location or area. Solely the service was passable.
the bathroom was spacious, however the invited bathtub with dark (lime?-) edges not for swimming.

the cleanliness the hotel left a lot to be leftover in the hotel even though it's clean.

From the outside, a ugly Concrete block and a jail inside as well as laid outfive floors., rooms at the cube architecture outside and inside opened the Stairwell. Just as, as an American prison... Just awful. We were luckily only 1 night on a stopover here, that was enough but absolutely. The room itself was okay, but the rest ☹ I refused the first time with the breakfast the coffee, which is saying something. In this regard, I would definitely not vacation make! read more

Hotel for adults without entitlement to good entertainment. nice and quiet no good for kids food quite good some times better than previeus day stayed 2 weeks all inclusive well worth it [bought 2 g and t in bar in town £9 !!] if you just want nice relaxing time its ok plenty of sun beds dont have to get up early bloody windy read more

The hotel is located in a new building-and mostly condominium resort. You should definitely a rental car have, as the city, other bars and restaurants within walking distance, etc. reachable are, but a longer walk require. The proximity of the airport we found only positive! If you mostly Sun, swimming and wanted to eat, is right at home here. The wellness offer wide, I cannot judge, since we didn't used have. The fitness room however, we visited daily. My daughter (20) and I felt very comfortable here. read more

the rooms were mostly in order. The cleanness left a lot to be desired. If the bathroom freshly cleaned, one should not really more hairs find, especially not in a hair, not one's own. The breakfast was in the rather for the british thought. The guests were mixed, mainly british, spanish and German. Very many families. read more

The beach is actually not, since Tenerife is of volcanic origin, consequently, black sand and what is worse, over all stones, so that bathing shoe a must is. The hotel makes outwardly not much, inside is good. For us it is not recommendation, also because of the constant wind, rather storm, the sweeps around the edges. El medano is minutes away, 20-30, but shop or watch was not suitable. The biggest shortcoming is the environment of the hotel-you should be aware of that before. Oh yes, smokers are not welcome and as mentioned, when the force four to stand outside ..., is not great. All-inclusive is also, house wine and not the great cocktails, the five euro to make a difference. read more

I booked this hotel for a week*tested* and for such good found, that we in the September our 2 week holiday will be. What I found was very pleasant, that it is a nonsmokerHotel. Furthermore, you got for a deposit and get a network cable in the room so could use your laptop mails.
I had half board and the breakfast buffet was more than enough, the coffee Ober delicious and even dark bread and cereals sorts was missing. The dinner was also versatile, Salads, antipasti and several types of fish and meat were offered and plenty of vegetables.
For ... the sweet tooth there were many different sorts of pudding, cakes and fresh fruit was missing. read more

Nice hotel in a quiet location with a great view of the sea, with a little more care and order in the outdoor area could be upgraded. From time to time time bomb and broken chairs exchange would be not bad. The rooms were large and spotless. Good food (almost two different fish) very good bread. Cleanliness of the dishes and silverware could use some better his. Friendly Staff. All-inclusive services not very plentiful, especially with the drinks. Therefor delicious ice cream, but it was however daily in the restaurant and at the pool bar. The wind was quite strong ..., the air-conditioning was very pleasant-Atlantic-the nearby town of El medano, accessible on foot in 20 minutes, was very nice and had a very beautiful bright and long sandy beach and a lot of small bars and cafes. We loved, that El medano no tourist and there are lots of locals on the road-a rental car and tour the island. The roads are very good and the orientation no problem. Cigarettes at the airport was very convenient. Individual German Brands from ten Euros the bar. All in all a nice holiday in a hotel with a lot of potential in which one felt comfortable. read more
