To 5 times spent we our vacation here. The outdoor area in their botanical variety unique.
Unfortunately the the old fashioned rooms do not match. Mold on the ceiling. Except one 50 centimeters wide towel rack in the bathroom or room no possibility to hang up something, in the closet are only 10 hangers.
The service deserves favorable three stars. Fridge, TV in need of renovation.
Staff always very friendly, willing to help and courteous.
Outdoor area and the kind staff earn 6 stars.

10 years ago were the first time the Mercure (then radin). Since then we have completed our island discoveries in the Mercure. We discover Bali, in which we basically our vacation in several hotels spend. The conclusion at the Mercure for us 2 reasons:
a) we liked the hotel as a whole
b) we have short ways to the airport read more

If you like it quieter, should choose the Mercure. Unfortunately there is hardly a possibility of a drink at the hotel pool bar to take, to 22 o'clock tattoo and the chairs are rare. Strangely you got no receipts if food and drinks on the room have been posted. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and tried hard. The whole garden is very well maintained. In the area of the restaurant the staff a bit to swim if there was really a lot going on for breakfast. The seemed a bit uncoordinated and haphazard, but I do not think the ... people themselves but lack of management. With the exception of the few things is the Mercure recommended. read more

the hotel in a beautiful Green and looks well maintained. the beach as well it is well maintained, but it was always on the new seaweed washed ashore in the nature so is however stop also always trash (a shame). to the sea general to say, a relaxing beach vacation is not possible. the pools are clean but unfortunately no cooling as always bath tubs warm water have.
A recommendation I can't give, it's not bad, but we certainly do not want to go back. read more

If you are looking for more quality required, you also have to pay more in other words star hotel book. The garden is very nice and tidy. The furnishing must be renewed, seating including cushions were partly slanted. You should own towels to carry forward, since only one per person lent is. Breakfast is monotonous. Absolutely in the evening the good food options in the site. The cleanliness in the room is so-so, often the dirt was only back and forth pushed together. Me a little initiative you can a nice vacation make. read more

Very nice, quiet hotel. In the vicinity plenty of possibilities to go out. Also they gave us the wrong room category was given first had, was no problem and was quick and friendly from the front desk resolved. read more

The people are always friendly the stay in the hotel very pleasantly made. Small defects were immediately taken care of. The room was always neat and clean. Floral decorations on the bed. Good for the holiday mood. At low tide the that wasn't fun to swim in the sea, and also for snorklers not much to see under water is, therefor the hotel cannot do anything. The beach chairs were all in order, the beach towels but always clean and OK

As we only have bed and breakfast, and evening always typical Indonesian wanted to eat, we enjoyed a cafe on the beach or Kesuma often been in diversity.

The beach is a very big disappointment, we already knew from the high and low tide, but the beach was very dirty and full of trash, one thought the section by the water do not belong to the hotel, since there was never cleaned. The room was just OK although we very many strange bugs in the room and every night had to destroy countless larvae. A great low budget hotel, a perfect kitchen-very varied, tasty perfect, a big and very good breakfast buffet. The service of the staff very well organized. Price/performance ratio in this hotel was very good.
Breakfast was also very good.

The friendliness, helpfulness and the satisfaction of the staff to speak German and to learn, was the first time already and has noticed until today. Gardens and beach were daily lovingly maintained. Hotel set in a quiet location at the end of Sanur with great attached garden. There were always plenty. The guests were very mixed. A lot of Dutch, many Russians, who always tidy behavior, a few Germans, Asian and Australians. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for a longer period of time, also acceptable. Our room was cleaned daily to our full satisfaction. When criticism would be the high Kinderpreis our five year old (who simply for our daughter that is not very family friendly laid out. read more

Breakfast buffet was okay, the cleanliness in the restaurant was to be desired ( partly unclean dishes, seats stained). no atmosphere, rooms beautifully Totel worn, but bathroom fixtures and tiles ( furred up, toilet seat brown instead of white, cistern stained, towels gray and old ) nice, manicured grounds, beach + water disappointing as dirty, mats () stained and old, the friendliness of the staff was missing partially very! Bali - paradise island - never come back, it feels like you're staying only ripped off, ( be careful currency exchange!!! ) Everywhere it was dirty, although Bali lives from the ... tourism don't understand there is nowhere in tranquillity go, without a " How are you, transportation Sir, look my shop" and constant horns the cars read more

We felt very comfortable in this week. Good location for access to the many attractions. Breakfast buffet very varied and tasty. The room was also very nice and modern. The pool is very nice and clean, beach chairs were a bit uncomfortable. Within walking distance (about 10 minutes) of Sanur City walk, there were lots of restaurants, cafes, Hardys and small stores. We especially want to mention the Mama Putu - very cheap and delicious ( from the hotel re). The Caesar, Casa Luna, massimo ( Italian). Massage li next to Mama Putu, very good and about 8 euros per ... hour. read more

The most expensive and at the same time worst holiday of a lifetime. The sea was almost the whole time so dirty that bathing was impossible. The Strandsäuberung is inadequate. Complaints ( friendly) ignored. Breakfast and the room were okay, but not at these prices. The drink prices on the grounds are a joke. Apart from a few exceptions, the whole island was totally dirty and you can speak with anyone without that will immediately tried to sell something. The people are similar pushy as in Egypt or in Turkey. Bali has its reputation as "island" absolutely not ( more? ... ) Deserves. read more
