Unfortunately we were probably the wrong time. Our room was freezing when we in the hotel arrived. It was a handicap accessible room, as our child in a wheelchair. This room (3102) in addition has zero sunlight. Although it outside beautiful and 18 °c was, it took 2 days, anyway we a wohlfühltemperatur in the room had. The heater ran continuously. In addition was the warm water fancy! We as a married couple felt under the lukewarm ray provided, but our child we could 4 days not showers. Despite repeated please us at least a room with sunlight to the ... pool area to give, was not met. On the selbstöffnende door and a jump seat in the shower (that means handicapped accessible) we would have to pass. Cool it was in the hotel itself, the foyer cold, in the dining room it went with warm jacket. Unfortunately the in the glaring contrast to the hotel itself, but a well kept and inviting impression.     Direct around the hotel herumj it is not nice and there is construction. In 5 minutes one is at the beautiful, wide beach. 20 minutes from the airport (with a rental car) and 15 minutes to city centre Palma. Along the harbor are the free parking.

Were in the Viva Palma Nova for the 2. time, as always reasonable. At the time found some reservierungsarbeiten and the warn meals were unfortunately often too cold. Till now my best hotel on Mallorca and therefore i am absolutely satisfied. I have seldom for breakfast such a large selection of bread had. Fried eggs and omelets will be down from chef at the buffet freshly prepared - there is in the morning on request also crepes. Evenings is at the buffet always meat and fish fresh grilled or fried. The entire essenssortiment is great. The apartments are very spacious and great facilities. Next to a large flat screen-tv is in kitchen area even a microwave. Big plus is the free use the internet, as well as wi-fi ... in the room. Tip: try a room to the pool side too gets, since silent. Negative many cats; unfortunately i had a room on the land side on the lowest floor. Despite month january and absolute to lack of demand was supposedly no room to the pool free-i as a bit inflexible considered, but should not the good review about the hotel influence. A very nice family hotel, especially for families with small children. While we were there were however hardly any children at the age both of our since (15 and 12). As the otherwise, I cannot judge. A little negative is the noisy hallways. It could at night become louder. The is however also my only restriction. Apart from that all great! read more

The hotel is great suited for families with small children. Everything is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The rooms are absolutely peaceful, what in many hotels a problem is. The balconies are not visible and large. There are even two washing machines and two tumble dryer free of charge available. read more

    The size of the rooms was great. We had a baby crib in the bedroom and it was totzden space. That sleep on the pull out couch was not so comfortable, but for one week also feasible. I think there was 5 German tv channels, which also not so usual on Mallorca is, I heard. But who wants to on vacation television? The small kitchen has everything you need, but it is from the staff not clean. The bathroom is big enough and there are many towels and towels available. The rooms were not every day automatically cleaned, with arrival we had a cleaning schedule in the bathroom. If necessary but you would the schild'bitte reinigen' out and it would be cleaned. There is a room for the luggage in the hotel, for bulky things. The weighing suitcase but it costs per luggage A Euro, we thought that was a bit much. But it costs in every hotel so much, we have seen.

    Every day there was a entertainment program, it was very unobtrusive. The children could the whole day played are, we have the not taken into account. In the evening at o'clock was the program for children on the stage and at o'clock the adults. Around about 22 hours it was absolutely quiet, so that the children sleep. The pools were very well maintained. For children there was a great adventure pool. And for the adults a separate pool from 18 years. The other two pools were all used. But we were not once inside, hi? We had the mediterranean sea right in front of the nose, which much was warmer ;-) The beach was cleaned every morning, the water was wonderful. In the hotel there was a fitness area and the internet could one at three computers for a small fee use.

    The location of the hotel we found good, because it only about kilometers away from Palma is. So it's not still for a long time with the children through the country. We felt in the course of the week many corners Mallorca and found Palmanova for family vacation the best. To the beach you have to about 5 minutes walk, we found that but not so bad, because of the way of small shops is gesäumt.

We had a great vacation in the Viva. Staff in restaurant and front desk very friendly and helpful. Maid service quick and clean. Almost daily fresh towels (2 times per week no cleaning). The food and drink offer in the restaurant is fantastic. Daily changing menu. Variety of different foods. Breakfast with a warm and cold kitchen. But very English. You don't have to take. Always fresh fruits- in the morning and evenings. The buffet really constantly refilled. Also shortly before end of the meal times. Schnellverderbliche were also regularly replaced against fresh products. Regular animation offers for children and ... adults. But not pushy. From 22:00 was peace. Great children's playground and shallow pool. Children's disco was with our daughter the hit. Adjoining mini supermarket has everything, what you need. read more

Adults and lots of other children come here fully at their expense, because the hotel is actually a hotel for children and almost all the guests have children ( especially infants) for everyone. The hotel has a brilliant playground with bouncy castle, trampoline and huge pirate climbing park. Furthermore it has a mini -pool for the smallest and a pirate badepark with lots slides, climbing opportunities and fountains. The size and the interior of the apartments ( included fridge and cooking facilities) is good, merely the poking you on the pull out couch is not good for adults ( for ... children not a problem). Cleanliness of the room and the entire area is very good. The food ( buffet) is good to excellent. Particularly positive especially worth mentioning is the friendliness, warmth and notedly child friendliness of the staff. Also the evening entertainment program is above average quality, since here professional band, magician, etc. Used and not 'only' the entertainers something to. The entertainers (too many from Scandinavia) are all very nice, spoke several languages (English, dutch, swedish, finnish, spanish). The guests were too many refined and cared for people from Scandinavia, Holland and Germany with good behavior. read more

    To Palmanova 'downtown' is only a couple of steps and it is about 150 meters to the beach. The beach is well taken care of any trash with showers. Sun screen + 2 loungers cost 13,50 Euro per day.

We had a perfect vacation in Viva: friendly staff, great room with a garden and access to the pool. Receptionist called us even on the 1st day and inquired, whether we were happy! Our 3,-year-old daughter was not from the pools to get, the pirate ship of course is great great! Way to the beach was short, loungers and sun screen cost per 4,50 Euro, but fished the cashier even with a net in passing by the cigarette butts in the sand, so really clean! Beach for small, as well as large children super! Many supermarkets at the ... beach: spar etc. With pampers etc. The evening shows were great for young and old, children's disco was at o'clock, afterwards immediately further animation, so you with the kids sit there could! The tables in the restaurant were quickly of used plates exempt, drinks great fast service! Wonderful was also, that you are in the Viva both inside and outside on the terrace food, with a view of the stage! Despite small regenkatastropfe were all rain and matschspuren on the next day on time pool time eliminated early! Reserved loungers by the pool were of towels exempt-love English are real early risers! Tip: vacation without transfer book, rather taxi: we paid only 33 €for all of us per taxi, were at the arrival at the flughafennvom taxi expected, the took us 20 minutes to the front door-no waiting time, no rummfahren other hotels! We had the first to last day a great stay. We have no extra charge a room with a pool view receive. The children found especially shallow pool and playground really great. Solid and recommendable hotel, this is a family vacation in principle is well suited. Offers good possibilities for excursions in the area - Palma is by car only approximately 15 minutes on foot. The construction nearby the apart from that good impression unfortunately a bit troubled. read more

Anytime again! We felt a hotel in an area searched where you definitely not from someone from Germany Structure being crowded. Palmanova and Magaluft is a region with English pubs and not with German bars (which I at home). read more

I rate the hotel as 4 stars hotel, because the hotel so means. As three stars hotel it would be ok for us, not is it 4-star! Apartment are by the size ok, but very old furniture (except for the sofa). The bathroom is for 1 person ok, but altogether very stuffy, particularly the shower curtain. The hygiene is satisfactory ( fettverschmutzte doors ), apart from that properly cleaned. With everything included is not for a long time everything included! Snacks, respectively lunch only 12-15 hours, in between nothing! Ice, except for stilwassereis must be paid. Also fresh orange juice ... and some alcoholic beverages and wines should be paid separately. Indoor pool is only a small hose. Fitness equipment are however good. Scant entertainment in the evening. Wi-fi only in the lobby. read more

    At the bar you had to time, this was hardly occupied and the waiters from the restaurant were responsible. Evenings it was however better. Food: Very sparse! Morning einfachbrötchen, Baguette, toast, sometimes brown bread. Only cheap cheese, 1 sort salami, 1 pressed ham, tomatoes and so on, fruit like pineapple, melons, apple, banana apart from that konservenfrüchte. Pancakes and egg dishes were prepared (omelettes only with tinned mushrooms, steamed onions and cheese), bacon was every day as leather (not krosch ), small spanish sausage and white beans. Flaschensäfte. Yoghurt and various cereals, no muesli. Coffee at the automat. Warm meal times: Daily the same, partly dried salads, if there was a ' special ' salad gave, repeated this after 2 days. Vegetables in water, bland. Wokpfanne greasy, pasta with sauce, pizza, fish, turkey or pork or beef. Unfortunately the food was not lukewarm (how often in southern countries usual ), but too many cold. Dessert was the same every day : ice, pudding out of the bag, fruit, 2 sorts cheese (camembert and for example tilsit), same dry cakes without variety, dried fruit. When i for example with a so-called rindfleischpfanne a 2. spoon to have wanted, picked the chef me specifically the onions and beans out.

    Altogether nice waiter and housekeepers. A lady at the front desk is however very ratty. The must first of all understand, that you because of the guests a workplace! Partly very impudent the lady! Language is too many english. We got first a room at the construction site, afterwards a, in which the patio door was broken, afterwards a to the street and on the 2. day finally one of the pool.

Scant animation activities such as walks, darts and so on Chargeable internet in the lobby, as well as free of charge wi-fi in the lobby. Fitness room with good devices (treadmill, bicycle, elliptical machine). Minihallenbad, jacuzzi. Beach about 300 meters away over street, stairs and promenade. Shops nearby. Small supermarket next to the hotel.

The complex is really nice and well maintained. You is however also for families with small children suitable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room, also in the corners very clean. For the food the selection is not great rich, however so varied, that something for everyone and tasty. The pool area we could A not really benefit. But it was already fully maintained. The indoor pool is small but for a bit of splash and swim in the winter it is okay. For children there is still a very beautiful small playground. The location of the hotel ... is good, peacefully located however only a short piece to pub, shops and beach. There was nothing to complain about and we would go back read more
