We went for a short break from Cairo to spend the weekend in Ain Sokhna. We had earlier tried Movenpick, but we had heard that Jaz hotel should be a nicer alternative and probably the best hotel. We got very dissapointed both with the cleanliness, the service and the food. Upon arrival the room was so dirty that we had to ask them to clean it all over again. The food served for dinner was ok, but the breakfast was a dissapoinrment. The breakfast was supposed to be open to 10.30 and we arrived 9.20. At this time ... many of the items were finished and there seemed to be no intention to refill. Also very difficult to communicate with staff, if you are not Arabic speaking, as they hardly speak any English. They tend to say yes, yes and then nothing happens and you will have to try to explain again. Unfortunate, as the place seemed nice upon arrival and is conveniently close to Cairo, but not again. read more

As part of a trip to Egypt spent a night in the hotel we little Venice. A very nice well-maintained attractive area waiting for us. Great enormous rooms, very clean, a great pool, great view. A very well-kept golf course is available. Excellent breakfast on a great terrace to excellent stay rounded. Only drawback the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere-in other words without drivable vehicle difficult to undertake from there. For a relaxing beach stay with class and the possibility to play golf an excellent choice. read more
