It was the worst hotel we in our many travel visited. The hotel is very dearless held, the hotel buildings have no home connection. You must always out, even if you in the swimming pool want. So you can at under 0 degrees only a make, the things to carry forward, there were showers, the showers do and wear and please the hair drying otherwise get dead!. So a hotel in Germany offered is a cement disgrace. Instead of the 'hoteltester' to auslnd to send the then there all finished and the country down, he should perhaps once this hotel ... reputation. The category three stars time in any case not. It is a 2 star hotel. read more

    Terrible. Mattresses completely worn out. Large hollow in the middle. Ceilings are for the summer, but in the winter erfriert you. Pillows are old cut ceilings. Hard as a rock. Us are included in all inclusive. Bath very small, the water was only lukewarm but only after 10 minute run let could. Not really environmentally friendly. Walls and ceilings were cracked. No hair dryer available. Terrace you have to put up with the neighbors part. Unacceptable

    Cheapest meal in a restaurant that did not deserve this name. There is a cafeteria in my business around 10 profession better. Food is very dearless cooked. If you are unlucky enough, there is nothing more. Spaghetti bolognese is still the better food choice. The furnishing is just pathetic. Tables without tablecloths, old sticky as never wiped. The staff is only for clearing up there. Everything else... None.

    Hahaha, here i must really laugh. Fitness room is no more. Rather a vergnügungsaum. The contains an old table tennis table the crooked is. 2 flipper and a table football. Everything of course fee. Entertainment is a poor man on arkodeon hearty bavarian hotel music offered. All-inclusive was the sheer mockery. Here is so limited. Good bait to the building to get full but apart from that simply only miserable. Friendliness you will have to pay...

Good food, in buffet form in the evening two different menus, a lunchtime menu, afternoon cookies and waffles to coffee. Room size sufficient straight, wanted to but when the snow anyway on the runway delay. However, parking is very desired, as scarce. read more

    Room was small, bathroom as well. In the bathroom little possibilities, around bathrobes, towels etc. For drying to hang up. Tv with 18 channels, balcony was but with a door to divide. Had two rooms next to each other as it was, but when two foreign families a balcony parts, would be a sichtschutz was not bad.

    Restaurant on three floors, still dinner in two stages. 17:30-19:00, 19:30-21:00. you got to check-in a table assigned, which one every evening to his meal time available had. We have a couple of days relaxation looking forward to it,! The day with a beautiful breakfast start but, first find a table (that can take), na we were very surprised what you breakfast buffet understand can. If you think after skiing and rodelabenteuer from to the hotel a little wellness and comfortable dinner?! No, don't, because swimming pool super fully and cold. Yes, with hunger continue to restaurant this time with a fixed table but also a lot of time at the line up to you on the plate has, in the restaurant very noisy, not really clean ... and there was no comfortable atmosphere. So, as we cheap this vacation booked, makes you surely drawbacks but, something is not. The value for money is very good. For families with children very suitable and recommendable. Breakfast- and dinner buffet were well balanced and rich, lunch we cannot judge, since we despite all inclusive no lunch enjoyed. Because the hotel was full, it was during dinner slight congestion, but on vacation one had time. The staff were always friendly and competent. Already on the way there were the children with drinks and sweet supplies, we could so easily in the check in take care of it. The rooms were clean and tidy, cleaning and change of towels of all 2 days. ... It were wonderful days with good relaxation. read more

We already have some hotels booked, but this hotel was up to now best. Food was ok, everything was clean and the staff are friendly. For a normal hotel everything great! We will be back! read more

For skiers is the Hotel Klosterhof really recommendable! Only 3 kilometer to the winter sports region hohen bogen! I would recommend the hotel to anyone! read more

It is a larger hotel with approximately 80 rooms on 2 floors, which very clean but is not new. At the front desk there is free wi-fi available. The food with breakfast, lunch and dinner is all-inclusive, whereby the offered drinks until 21:00 o'clock free of charge. The guests come almost exclusively from Germany and are either couples or families with children (were in the christmas holidays). Parking is around the hotel, the underground car park costs Euro 3,-/night. read more

    We had 5. two adjoining double rooms, whereby in a room an additional bed was set up. The rooms were with a table and chairs, tv, telephone and a large closet equipped. The furniture was not new, a bit shabby, but everything worked and was clean. The carpet had already several marks, but in a ski resort not surprised and didn't bother us. The bathroom with a shower and a toilet was large enough and clean.

    The all-inclusive program looks like this, that it starting from 07:30 a. m. a breakfast buffet are (different bread rolls, bread, coffee, kakop, tea, various packaged jam, sausage, cheese, butter, cereal, different cereals, scrambled eggs, hard boiled egg...). Between 12:00 until 13:00 o'clock there is a lunch snack, whereas one of a main course with side dishes, salads and the like as much as you want. In the evening there are two meal times: 17,30-19:00 or 19:30 until 21:00 o'clock). At the buffet, there was soup, minutes 2 main dishes with various side dishes, salads, cold plate with sausage, cheese, some fish, dessert. The food was varied, tasty and plentiful. Also my three kids loved it very delicious and had no meal something to complain about. Drinks such as beer, red and white wine, sodas, fruit juices, mineral water, until 21:00 o'clock even tapped and in unlimited quantity consumed.

    I can find some of the previous reviews do not understand. At the front desk they were friendly and helpful. Also the waiters had always a smile on the lips. The cleaning staff greeted friendly and the caretaker was very helpful. It is not much better! The dining room has 5 months newly decorated and is inviting and clean.

    There is an enough big indoor pool, and the water relatively cool appears. Furthermore, there was a pleasant warm, small whirlpool available. The showers and changing rooms were clean and the pool area was attractive and enough chairs available. The sauna and the turkish by us were not used, but seemed to be busy. It is also child care available, but we didn't use it was. A margin there is on the 1. floor. In the field the front desk a large lounge, with program runs. You could also get the regional fremdenverkehrskarte issued, what different benefits in the more immediate vicinity allows.

We were for the 6. time in the klosterhof or burghotel and very satisfied. The staff are like always nice and helpful. The atmosphere and facilities over the years consistently improved. The food is furthermore excellent. For the eternal naggers and wiseacre: it is located in a star hotel. Please bear in mind the excellent value for money. Certainly we are coming again. read more

An inexpensive decent hotel. For dinner there was always soup, a small salad buffet, bread and cold cuts, two main course and dessert. For breakfast you could between boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, different pack jam and honey, yogurt, granola and a wide choice of bread and rolls to choose. We were with the price performance ratio, and service and friendliness very satisfied and the negative reviews unjustified. read more

There was for breakfast scrambled egg, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, gherkins, 4 different kinds of cheese, 4 different types of sausage, different sorts of rolls ( laugenbrezen, mehrkornsemmeln, pretzels, normal rolls, mohnsemmeln ), 3 different types of bread, pate, muesli, different kinds of jams, honey, fruit, coffee, tea. The dinner always consisted of a appetizer (soup), 2 different main courses and dessert. At lunch there was soup and a main course. All dishes in buffet form. All the food was excellent. As drinks there were beer from the barrel, white and red wine, Fanta, Sprite, Coca ... Cola, Coca Cola Light, mineral water, orange juice, apple juice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Negative reviews over food, cleanliness the room and staff incorrect. It would be interesting to know, what the people for the money (98 Euro for 3 nights all inclusive) expect. We were 3 paare (kegelgruppe ). The review all of 6 persons together creates. We can only say, so we definitely again vacation in the klosterhof would. read more

It is time all the negative critics this hotel times really oppose it. This' professional complainers' find probably everywhere and again and again 'a hair in the soup ', it is actually deeply regret. But now-our objective (!) Evaluation: The hotel is no family business-you have to be aware of booking-some hundred beds will be, and that is why the dinner also on two 'strata' distributed. But you can at the check-in one of the two meal times choose. We were 16 months time-and are equipped with very good impressions drove home. Affiliated couples took also booked here and we ... were as satisfied as we. Therefore we were more than surprised by the negative reviews. Now-in january 2012-we wanted it to know exactly. The price has again voted-one kon nte make not much wrong. But we were very pleasant surprised: friendliness was already on arrival trump. The reorganization and decor of the lobby and the dining room surprised and very pleasant. Next to the general friendliness of the person as was also the cleanliness commendable.     The rooms have a comfortable atmosphere. The size was completely enough. Furniture was in good condition. Bathroom and toilet are small but very clean. The food buffet was plentiful- - breakfast varied 4-5 types of sausage, 4-5 types of cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, jam, cereal, salads and so on - lunch always a hot dish - dinner daily 2-3 different dishes with many different side dishes. This' professional complainers' find probably everywhere and again and again 'a hair in the soup ', it is actually deeply regret. But now-our objective (!) Evaluation: The hotel is no family business-you have to be aware of booking-some hundred beds will be, and that is why the dinner also on two 'strata' distributed. But you can at the check-in one of the two meal times choose. We were 16 months time-and are equipped with very good impressions drove home. Affiliated couples took also booked here and we were as satisfied as we. Therefore we were more than surprised by the negative reviews. Now-in january 2012-we wanted it to know exactly. The price has again voted-one kon nte make not much wrong. But we were very pleasant surprised: friendliness was already on arrival trump. The reorganization and decor of the lobby and the dining room surprised and very pleasant. Next to the general friendliness of the person as was also the cleanliness commendable. The universe inclusive achievements actually left no wishes open (see evaluation under gastronomy). During the day were the beverages-machines always ready for use.     Hotel lies centrally located. Short way times in the town center. Hiking trails from the hotel in all directions, bus stop right at the hotel (free of charge on the whole county!). Shopping was ideal. Supermarket right next door. Skis in 3 kilometer entfernungt also easy to hike.

Unfortunately we were after initial dreaming of a short break very dissapointed. In the hotel being all inclusive tourist processed... An endlessly long queue at the buffet, the food lowest level (canned vegetables, triefendes pressfleisch, cheap drinks), many strange people and endlessly crowded, no quiet room, very badly soundproofed walls, plastic shower and inferior facilities, the wellness area is 3 kilometer away. Child-friendly family rooms, food the favourable price accordingly well prepared. Dining rooms reminded of a station concourse, although a christmas decoration was available. The water temperature of the indoor pool was too cold for the time of year. Jacuzzi is ok. There are plenty of loungers available. The entrance area is nice, staff not adequate to the tasks. Problems could still be clarified fast. The whole area seemed clean and tidy. A big downside is there was no bath robe from the house a for bathing area in the house b there. Unfriendly when we arrived, the mattresses were saggy, one is not what we had booked, smell from the basement in the hallway, you had the feeling as were as dumpster. Free drinks only until 21,00 o'clock And not until 22,00 o'clock as described, no fireworks on new year's eve not to mention the beer is offered there and the in Bayern. One wanted us at check in not the booked room. Instead wanted one us a worse unterbringungsvariante as' free upgrade sell '. We have this for other guests also rhythm. The resolute lady at the front desk we would urgently recommend a course in kundebetreuung and courtesy. Generally seems this shop only gastronomic laymen to exist. The saving grace was the good and fast bartender. With all inclusive all this is nothing to do, if the mealtime from 19:30 assigned gotten and the all inclusive time at 21:00 o'clock ends. The assignment of the tables with other guests ... often not properly made, so that again and again places to be searched had. Of course with the hint, you (the guest) must be at the front desk around the klräung care. The coffee break in the afternoon is a joke. Only 10:00 until 15:00 o'clock you can even go to the drinks-stations on tap. Afterwards, the bar with the appropriate wait. The food i would as canteens standard call. The choice is modest. So well not the best, but you'll be full. Much convenience stop. The rooms are worn out and the beds creak loud. The bathroom is massive too small. The water pressure at some times too low to shower. We are on the 31-12-2012 two days left here and have a wonderful new year's eve at home lives. In this hotel this would certainly not have been possible. The reason for our early departure has one by the way at the front desk not by prior arrangement. The main thing was that the (our) money is coming from. Well it's a pity about the money, but the life is too short for such a mist! read more
