I spent three days in Berlin and had booked a single-room. It was a very very small room, ca. 2,00 m x 6,00 m at all (bedroom and bathroom). I didn*t feel good and wouldn't book this room for a second time. Furthermore the price for this room was too expensive.
I can recommend this hotel, but not the single-room in the 4th floor. read more

Charming hotel in typical Berlin Alltbau. The furnishings a bit old fashioned, the lift decrepit. The location is very convenient, subway and S-Bahn trains almost around the corner, buses run a few meters away from. Lots of restaurants and taverns in direct environment. The reception and check out were very friendly, the staff in the breakfast restaurant as well as. The breakfast was okay, I didn't miss anything. The room to the inner courtyard are really very quiet, the room size is sufficient, the bathroom is very small, but patent and very new, so that it is available. The rooms ... are however quite different in size, other guests had for example a very large bathroom. The rooms velvet bathroom were clean, the beds comfortably and much more you need for a city tour anyway not. read more

For a city break the hotel is because of the good bus connection and the nice staff recommendable. But, the only negative point: when the room we walked once against a wall from cold smoke. As a non-smoker it is extremely disgusting, in a smoking room to sleep. On demand at the front desk we got the information, we would have when booking must specify - however gave there nowhere a selection possibility! Very annoying. As an alternative although we were a room class higher offered, but only with extra charge of 30 euros per night. This was our budget ... exceeded and we could have been on the fast (over Easter ) no other hotel got more, we took grudgingly the smoking rooms. As A Gesture from the hotel we were kindly 1 times breakfast free offer. In short: definitely advance clear up, whether they are smoking or non-smoking rooms are. read more

In fact, it is the previous descriptions (rooms facing the courtyard, schleichpfad lift) nothing to add. The breakfast was not very varied and hot food (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, boiled eggs and some meat kitchen) were only partially 1 hour after asking before the end of breakfast time.
Apart from that our room was very clairaudient, at eight in the morning o'clock we thought our neighbours were in the room. read more

Small, nice hotel with very friendly staff.
Definitely take a room to the inner courtyard book, since the rooms facing the street are very noisy.
We had booked directly from the hotel via Internet and for the six nights in a standard double room 60 €(without breakfast, the costs 9 €extra and was absolutely in order) to pay, plus ten €daily for the parking garage. Room and bathroom were very clean.
Overall it was within walking distance sufficient selection of nice restaurants, if you didn't wanted to be out more large.
Traffic connections on bus, underground and S-Bahn in a ... maximum of five minutes to reach. read more

I was in business trip at the hotel. You know not directly from the outside, it's a hotel. But inside you will find a nice hotel in the old Berlin charm. You have to make sure to receive a room facing the street, as it is very noisy, as it is right by the main road. The breakfast is very good, staff friendly. An elevator is available. However my room had no phone. Transportation is a bus stop as well as to the ringroad nearby. All rooms were clean. I would book it again. read more

Why always only Berlin? archived

Why always only Berlin? Because Berlin is always worth a visit. Every year there is new to discover. This time we were only two days in Berlin-only one night. Hotels in Berlin are compared to the last year become more expensive. Calculate the hotel separately and the breakfast the deftigen prices-the price is increased rapidly (www. hrs. de see) we went to the hotel schöneberg because of the low price " " chose-70 euro per double room incl. Breakfast offers on the website. www. Hotel-schöneberg parking de with hrs the hotel was more expensive than on the website of the ... hotel-so not always hrs is cheaper. The hotel is located on the main street of schöneberg. The rooms facing the street are very noisy (we were in the heat in Berlin-the windows had open-no air conditioning) we woke up twice in the night because of the noise outside the hotel-the club Havana across the street is-at five o'clock in the roaring drunk on the street-not very pleasant. Better ask for a room facing the courtyard. The hotel is in any case in order. The staff is very nice and attentive. At breakfast there was everything, what you need for a good breakfast. The hotel has 31 rooms, a hotel bar. The rooms are distributed on several floors. The hotel has a lift-unfortunately, it was out of order during our stay. Our double room had two beds in a row. The rooms were clean-the bathroom was OK. The size of the room was OK. The door with the room key, the door and the room open. A hotel garage can be rented for deep ten Euros per Day-We could leave the car even generously to the next night free of charge there. S-Railway Station and bus stops are in the proximity. Cheap tickets or groups for the train, underground and so on.
Enjoy your stay in Berlin! read more
