First of all we'd like to say thank you for the help of our disabled girlfriend, with its to the airport should be placed and not alone the luggages can carry, rude staff with its 4 phone calls did nothing. You could not promised your to help at the airport. Thus I spoke with the manager of the hotel immediately a car for you organized with drivers of your help at check in. Many thanks for the help disabled people in the hotel. The hotel had to 06-11-2012 opened. At the end we were only a few guests, one super ... about us cared, there was animation for us in the evening, what was super funny. All of the staff are so friendly and also understood German and you got along with English also very good. Problem could service staff solved very quickly. We had no problems. We had a great cleaning lady. The garden is maintained super and one at this beautiful flowers very much joy. Lifeguards in the whole complex until the last day all had their eyes to the guests. The audience was perfect mixed and we all had together have fun. The entertainers we had a great show, lion King ', mamamia' has us super well fallen. Especially pleased me and my husband, the attention to the animals from the entire staff, there are no cats eliminated but fed, neutered and vaccinated. Exemplary for Turkey, how many know. The hotel was from TUI but as animal-friendly hotel excellent and the peta. The cats disturb the guests definitely not, are in the sun but are not begging at the tables. For a futterspende is a tip box on katzenhaus or guest service, on request the revenue and expenditure for fodder, veterinarian, etc. View. Great work. Thanks dear Grida team for a vacation to remember, we would come back again and again. read more

We wanted never in Turkey have a vacation, but by an invitation we are now but passenger. It was an outstandingly beautiful vacation! Very nice, friendly staff the also spoke German. Our kids were the whole day only on the way! The complex was very clean and complaints were immediately taken serious and fixed. We will this hotel again next year visit! read more

All together still acceptable. The complex is really nice in particular the store/bar-gasse the everywhere is shown. At beach and pool it was also always enough loungers. The rooms are rather smelly and ageing. Beach towels are only every 3 days changed which the humid climate means, that you only at the first of the three days a dry towels has. The staff in the restaurant was pretty overburdened. Plates stacked on the tables until they got cleared up. For breakfast you need several attempts to it again gespülte cups had. I'm from other hotels in the room Belek better ... used to. read more

Near our visit to the last year a really good hotel. But now sanierungsstaus in all areas. Lots of small and large flaws on the complex, the rooms were good bathrooms however worn. The bar staff was often rude and was apparently a fun from it the guests to ignore them, they went regularly as soon as you in your direction moving without apparent reason in an area behind the bar. Therefore there were long waiting line in front of the counter, this led to tensions among the guests, some attempted pushing and so on not relaxing. The animation was ... very bad, respectively did not take place. The food wasn't very varied. We tasted in the morning only fried eggs or omelets this however only with waiting time to get. read more

No 5-star more, at best yet three star hotel is up on the outside-and garden area ( lovingly gardeners well maintained) totally run down. Bathrooms, doors, furniture, mattresses and so on more than run-down, there is also the flat screen tv nothing. Complaints by the guest relations arrogant repelled and unquoted. Staff works themselves would not to, but against each other, everyone makes' only his' and not a little bit more. No proper surrender between the layers. Hardly one from the staff still regularly a name tag. It is also much pleasant staff for everyone, but the fight apparently against ... windmills, around the whole again delights. Air conditioning despite 33 degrees in the shade to none time of day more salemp, probably only, in order to save current. Food is always the same and tends more to the cafeteria. All these problems are but clearly the management and cutbacks payable, the fish smells always first at the head. My conclusion: the hotel sees me not again. read more

The hotel is summarized 'good'. The food was varied and good. Our bathroom had the best years behind itself. The toilet could be cleaner and in all the rooms could have been a bit more the cleanliness eighth. Not an acceptable approach at the entertainment were for example offers the belgian animation, the from us German not be used could. Make they times small children it was clear. We were to the third time in a row in this hotel and were this year very disappointed from the quantity and quality the staff (with few exceptions!). One had plates and mugs and longer at the bars wait than in previous years! Coronation/culmination was then on the final day, that a bar, the until 18 o'clock wear should already at 17:50 o'clock the shutters closed, although any of us was and a drink ordered! Outrageous! Really bad was this year the entertainment team. Hardly any pool-games or club dance, rude or pushy. When our blond daughters to the ... overtures of animators responded, they were as rude and arrogant insulted! We not necessary! Never again! read more

After we had been moved were, we arrived with a little uncertain feeling at. What do we expect? But that was gone, friendly welcome, good live music, friendly welcome with the midnight snack. And then of course almost the whole week good beach weather. Friendly entertainers (not intrusive). Friendly staff, very good room ( after change) right on the first day. Good food. Of course repeat the dishes, but you must not every day eat everything, then the selection was huge. Especially we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere before the Zumba bar in the evening. No noise, everything laid back and ... still no haligali. Immediately booked again for next year booked. Am sure, as we see many holidaymakers again. Us in any case. read more

A not quite young anymore, but nice hotel for a relaxed vacation. Only drawback we believe was the restaurant, where it was very loud and completely blöd was, that one in the morning not enough porzellenbecher were there and therefore the coffee drink out of paper cups had. read more
