As the title depicts - its a grand prestigious hotel with superb facilities for all the family. Clean rooms, fabulous people and excellent food. Entertainment was first class - didnt want to go home. So close to the beach and a quick easy bus ride to Side was a great day out - recommended! Would definitely return. read hotel review

Hotel staff are very good, guest relations ladies are very welcoming, animation team funny and full of life, food was good. Italian and mexican restaurant are a MUST as food and atmosphere are amazing. We are all sad to leave the hotel, will hopefully return in time. Rooms very clean. read hotel review

Very nice hotel located near the beach with approximately 350 clean rooms. The all-inclusive is very good, food available almost the entire 24 hours, which is good option for quests who arrive to the hotel after dinner or leaving early in the morning. Most of quests are from Russia, but there are also people from Poland, Germany, Bulgaria and other countries. read hotel review

    The room was not so big, but sufficient. We had a room without see-view, but we could see the restaurants, pool, garden and also beach! It looked amazing.

    There were few restaurants, few a'la carte restaurants (one of them - panorama - located on the roof with amazing view). The food were a lot, it was delicious and varied. Once in a week were Turkish Evenings with live music, camels, etc. The atmosphere was really pleasant.

    Staff is very friendly in Grand Prestige. Massive thank you to Şerife, Mustafa, Turgay, Selam, Lezgin, Ali and Mehmet, you are the best, guys! The rooms were cleand every day, mini bar filled daily too! There was also laundry service, the doctor, hairdresser and etc in hotel, but we didn't use it.

    There were 2 pools, one indoor swimming pool, little aquapark, also fitness center in a hotel, turkish hazam. You can also play tennis, basketball and volleyball there. Animations are the water sports, zumba and aerobics. Animation team is so nice, show time were really interesting. The beach was amazing, beautiful, the sand clean and the water hot. Lifeguard was giving you free sunbeds and mattresses. Sometimes on the beach or by the hotel there was a foam party - which was really great.

    The hotel is in a very good spot, few kilometers from the center of Side and Manavgat and 65 kilometers from the airport in Atalya. The road to the beach leads through hotel garden and next to the lake, it's not so far, probably 200 meters. Next to the hotel is a small bazaar, where you can find some nice souvenirs and also clothes. At the bazaar is also travel agency, which offers trips in a good prices.

Nice vacantion, for the first time all inclusive it was great. Food was good a lot of variation. Pool is nice al so the beach. We recommend this to are family. The only thing we didnt like is the fact that de excursie are expencive if you must pay for four persons. read hotel review

Big familie hotel nice people. The food has a big quality but the hotel is not all incl. like you must pay for the cocktails and ice cream .. My minibar in the room is out of order and is not made yet. There is one person works as guest relation Tuba helps you with everthing you ask for . The Grand Prestige Hotel in Side, Turkey is a great place to spend your vacation, particularly for families. It has very friendly and helpful staff. It has good facilities including swimming pools , tennis courts and vast gardens and spaces to walk and play. Good price for the quality. Very friendly staff. Good animation. The bartenders and people working in the restaurant nearly don't understand english or french, but are friendly. The mister from guest relations (murse) was very good and professional. The food was good, drinks were real pepsi. The cleaning ladies didn't clean the room thoroughly, they left plastic and paper on the floor. But the bathroom was clean. Generally the cleanliness in the room was good. I must say for a quick short break it was ok. Despite it soon schließte the Grand Prestige our booked achievement get. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. We went to the beautiful Titreyengöl walk toward the beach. Much animation did not give it was ok just to be peaceful. The garden with the ducks and duck pond was also very nice.     We can about the friendliness of the staff not complain. Especially once again a big thank you to our customer service Fatma. You trying to achieve the impossible to create. Always has an open ear. With english one comes well handle, also some waiters spoke a little german. Room cleaning was also ok. However you should consider when injuries not the doctor to take advantage of. It requires only cash and is too expensive. It is best to go to the hospital to go.

    The distance to the beach is approximately 250 meter transfer from Airport Antalya is approximately 1.5 hours. There is a small shopping mall directly at the hotel. After side runs every 5 minutes a bus, costs 1 Euro. Great.

The customer service woman Fatma Ünal was just great! It has until late in the night to our concerns taken care of. Something i have never seen in any other hotel. The manager, keep the young lady well! Barman feyzullah, service Ömer and the hotel photographer Mehmet with wife Nalan simply all great... We had a room with a pool view and a very nice view of the sea. The entertainers were very nice and always tried hard to entertain the guests. Food was tasty and diversified. read hotel review

    Transfer over the travel line 1.5 hours. Hotel is very centrally located, after Side and Manavgat about 6 kilometer. the Dolmuş drive just behind the hotel from, for little money (1 Euro). Beach was about 5 cosy going minutes to reach. Which we felt however as positive, the many food was thankful for exercise ☺ at the beach hotel's beach bar, with dönerdrehspieß, fries, burgers, salads, drinks etc. And freshly prepared Gözleme(delicious). Hotel is located in a small shopping center and right on the Titreyengöl.

The size of the room was for 3 persons sufficient. The cleanliness was unfortunately in our room to be desired, during the 2 weeks not a single time swept nor vacuumed.     The entertainment was the most boring i have ever experienced. The evening shows were super. The beach is beautiful, there were always pool chairs and cushions available. A large hotel with many guests, international guests (russian, german, french, dutch). The hotel was 2010/11 renovated and made a good, clean impression. Should be better to the guests' wishes are. (maybe you should better foreign language skills at the front desk 8?) Since the hotel in four wings is set up, there are both rooms with sea view, the pool area with music bar (music ... until late into the night), as well as rooms with ocean view (+ mountains) in a quiet location. A change of rooms was without problems after a night and the view of the mountains really lovely, the hotel is located in the quiet lake.     The food was tasty and very varied. Particularly praiseworthy the fresh grünsalate, the great outdoor grill, at least 2 times fresh fish in our week and attractive theme. Much emphasis has been placed on a tasteful decoration in the form of carved watermelons and other vegetables to them. Only the jams etc. The breakfast had a bit too much massenabfertigungsgcharakter.     The location of the hotel is really impressive. Quiet location at the lake (45 minutes tour, lovely, great for jogging), wonderful sandy beach, great swimming (water is relatively deep quickly), many wasserangebote. The minibus after side stops between beach and hotel and runs every 10 minutes (october, summer: all 5 minutes)
