Large very well maintained facilities. The hotel has 4 panoramalifts. I had double room for single use. Rooms were big enough but a bit spartan (missing armchair). Tv with flat screen and about 50 channels. read more

    The cleanliness of the rooms was very good. The furnishings in my opinion a bit spartan. Air conditioning system i did not use it since my room with a view of the mountains and therefore no sunbeam my room heat could. Mini bar every day with soft drinks refilled. There was a safe also the cost but €2.50 per day. Wlan was on the rooms free of charge. After three futile attempts at the front desk it was when the 4 time worked.

    As from 1.11-15.11 in this hotel we were all additional restaurants already closed. Also there weren't drinks all day long, as the flyer described. There was a lobby bar and a pool bar. Both made point 24 hours close. It was turborg poured out which you could drink. At the quality and the variety of food there is nothing to complain about.     The staff was very friendly and always make an effort the wishes of the guests to fulfill. You could in general with german or english is with the staff maintained. The cleanliness in this hotel could not be topped. You should in Turkey not be ill or have an accident. The doctor in the hotel has a guest of a putzerfisch bitten and sewn are needed for this achievement 509 €will be charged. A scandal arrogance.

    There was a sparse equipped gym where you have without any action workout. Sport by the pool i can't rate since this area absented am. Sport at the beach was zero. Evening entertainment consisted of kids disco, karaoke and bingo. The disco was always very sparsely attended that is probably the reason for it, because there was always the same music was played. Wishes the music in accordance with the present public that there was only a verneinendes quick nod.

    The hotel is about 300 meters away from the beach. At the beach there was a beach bar where i the first week my lunch was simply fabulous. Indians 2. week from 8a 14 november there were only drinks in paper cups. You can no real beer drunkards expect. Sporting activities there were at the beach to my time no. Beach was very rocky and steep. Until now the worst beach which i up to now in Turkey had. The route to the hotel has 1 hour and 40 minutes lasted, since several hotels on route had. We were the last of 7 hotels. Side is about 7 kilometers away if you at the beach hike along, but only people with good condition can recommend. If you all abbreviations knows you can manavgat in 1 hour hike. Restaurants, there was only one in the immediate area. Was only there once, because this restaurant fußballbundesliga transfers. A bottle of efes costs but rich 4 €. If you have a 4 cl Raki afford wanted had 5 €shell out.

Even if I initially 1 night in another hotel ( however with the same good quality) had to stay, because they probably overbooked had, I agree with the rest satisfied. Was on on the next day the replacement hotel pick up and as a comparison a great room with a view of the sea, a rückenmassage, safe free of charge, as well as a bottle of wine received. read more

Room clean. Safety deposit box too expensive 2,50 Euro on day tripping hazard in the lobby and that was the management no matter. Food partially dead. The hotel is nice. The staff is friendly. Cleaning the room ok. Also was often a affectionate decoration of the towels available. Currency exchange was a disgrace. No money to change available. Excellent all-inclusive holiday. Booked through Travel Zoo (and Querty). Quite a large hotel, but always enough room. We enjoyed eating all our meals outside, but we would have preferred it if there was a separate area for smokers. Amazing choice of food, beautifully displayed as well or better as on high quality cruise ships. The "Bella" red wine was most enjoyable. All the staff were LOVELY. The hotel was very clean and the main bar/lobby was very attractively designed. We liked the glass lifts. read more

    This was a good size with a balcony, Air conditioning was efficient. We had a fridge stocked with water and fruit juice. We rented a room safe. There was a phone in the room - useful for contacting friends.

    We loved all the food. We could choose where we sat - inside or out. We liked the fact that a lot of the food was cooked in view on huge bar-b-cues or kebabs or in huge pans. Water and "Bella" Red wine were always on the tables every evening. Delicious bread was freshly baked and prepared in full view and at breakfast omelettes with choice of fillings and pancakes were cooked to order, as you watched. I thnk there was such a good choice of various vegetable dishes and pastas that any vegetarians would have been very happy too. There was always a good selection of fresh fruit including slices of melon and water melon They had different themed nights for food and used swathes of appropriately coloured sashes to create differebt atmospheres. Most of the guests were German and there were also some Russians, however, all seemed friendly. Had we been holidaying as a couple on our own, rather than with another couple, this might have been a bit isolating as we don nolt speak German and the English were in the minority.

    All the staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly( to each other as well as to the guests). Most did not speak English, though those at Reception and at Customer Relations did speak English. The bedroom was kept very clean and well stocked with soap/shampoo etc.. Our package also included a bottle of wine, a basket of fruit and we had still and sparkling water in our fridge (replenished daily and packets of fruit juices). We had no complaints about anything.

    We mentioned this above. Very good, The pools and pool areas were all very clean. We only went to one of the evening entertainments This was in an attractive "ampitheatre" within the attractive grounds.It was Turkish dancing and we enjoyed the show.

    Lovely gardens and free loungers. We liked the fact that we could sit in a quiet area, near to a bar and a swimming pool, from where we could view people having fun on the slides (4) into another pool . Or, if we had been more energetic or had grandchildren with us, we could have been in a different pool area where there were organised pool games and lively music - and another bar. The beach was about 5/10 minutes walk away. It was very clean and loungers under an awning were free. There was a small pebbly strip leading into the sea which quite quickly became deep. The lunch-time food area was excellent with a good choice of food, with someone baking flat bread as we watched and chicken kebab - very popular. There was a shop in the hotel and a market area just outside, but a security guard at the gate. We took a taxi to Side (11/12 euros). We loved the fact that the Temple of Apollo and the ruins were in the centre of the town. No prices displayed on goods in the shops, so they expected haggling! We took a coach excursion to Perges, (ancient ruins) a Waterfall and natural park, an ancient aquaduct and an amazing ampitheatre (£45 not euros) A meal was included in this cost. . Our hotel was about one hour's drive from Antalya airport.

Also during the second stay we were satisfied. We would definitely book the hotel again, great value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Our grandchildren (9 years) were as the first year loved it and would again next year go, but 14 days. read more

The hotel itself is already somewhat older, therefore there are also a lot to complain about. The carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced the sanitary facilities are only partially restored. Besides that the hotel is very reasonable but no 5 stars. We had a nice room with a view of the sea after we first room have changed, since this to the pool hotel was a bit noisy. Unfortunately, there was not enough staff with german. Beware of the doctor! Who in this hotel diseased should not at this doctor shall apply. The doctor, my husband despite strong pain at night the notbehandlung denied. He wanted, without clarification of schmerzursache, five infusions to 1.200,00 Euro sell. An infusion or pain killers for about 300,00 Euro, by the night and on the next day in the hospital, to clarify to drive, was this doctor not ready and insisted on the sale of 5 infusions. We got a taxi to the hospital risks. This doctor is according to the clinic also for its rip-off the vacationer known.

Was a beautiful erholungswoche, with good food, beautiful weather, know what for people who much work and simply times their peace want. Also the shops in Manavgat with the Dolmuş favorable to reach, where there are beautiful boutiques to good prices was good. Would gladly again once have a vacation there. read more

The hotel is impressive and clean. It lies in a rather quiet area, right on the lake, again right next to the sea is. We had a great and rooms with a direct view of the sea - just amazing. Here you will find lots of possibilities for pure relaxation. Very positive we felt also, that it wi-fi in the whole hotel and pool-and beach chairs for free gab. We had booked all inclusive. There were all sorts of guests there (mostly nl, tr + d, but also other nationalities). read more

    The big room was always well cleaned and with towel-heart or swans decorated. Satellite-tv with 3 german channels, safe and minibar (was almost always with water and juices replenished ) are available.

    Several restaurants, snack bars and drinks bars spoiled us. The all-inclusive offer was good and plentiful. On the quantity and quality of the dishes there is nothing to moan about. Unfortunately were the tables 'immer' dirty from the predecessors and not covered. Only if you a waiter brought, it was without grumbling fulfilled. The cutlery and table-ware often not clean enough. That was better! In the 1. week was the lobby-bar evenings so busy, that you up to 20 minutes to wait could, in order a coffee or other to get drinks. Why is there no additional machine, the the guests juices and coffee yourself,? Unfortunately at the beach bar always incompetent and mostly unfriendly staff.

    The staff is all around friendly. Unfortunately it was hard at the language barrier. You had to sometimes someone search, our language understood. The management of complaints is german, competent and exceedingly friendly.

    There are about 90 minutes transfer from Antalya. To Side and Manavgat one comes for 1 €in 20 minutes with the Dolmuş, the right next to the hotel stops. To the beach it is ~5 minutes on foot. The beach is although pebbly, but mega clean! Shopping possibilities there was also directly next to the hotel varied The hotel has a own disco, another is in the immediate vicinity.

All together the vacation was beautiful! The photographer isn't recommendable - way too expensive and the pictures not so brilliant. They become unnatural and the photographer overheard wishes the customers. read more

Unfortunately were very a lot of senior citizens quite quickly from the playing children gene ffs was. The loungers are easy to near the pool, so that the people quite often has complained. The language skills of the staff may needing some upgrades. Most wimmelten a from and understood nothing. The instruction, the families with children first eat out should we found it great, but unfortunately took the older people nothing. The waiters were simply too little. They often inside and outside operate, it was just to be created and then the tables clearing and clean. More staff would be ... appropriate. Room service was perfect always very well maintained. The carpet could be removed, it was disgusting \u263a so for pensioners I can this hotel really recommend, but with children better not! read more

the music at the pool bar was to runaway... Despite repeated complaint was no response! This hotel deserves no 5 stars, as we have better hotels seen. The only thing we liked were the dishes and the friendly staff. read more

Great vacation! We enjoyed it very much! The entertainment was really effort, a heavy praise goes to Abdullah, uğur and co! The waiters were always super nice and we never had long on the beverages wait. Thanks to Ercan, Metin, salim and all other! The food was genuinely the knaller. Incredible presentation! Our cleaning lady has their job very well done and now and then a small tip deserved. The lobby was the centre of the hotel. Very very cool furnished and decorated. Very nice evenings there at the bar to sit. With the armchair really uncomfortable \u263a I know ... that we not for the last time were there! We are very much looking forward to go back! read more

It were beautiful 12 days active beach vacation. The sports we did used. In the Tennis is a private raket recommendable, because one of the four places is almost always free, whereas the rackets are limited. The entertainment team is dedicated and fun, only German could actually nobody. At the beach there is twice daily beach volleyball and occasionally also bocchia. Just a pity, that it at the beach only a toilet for all together. Evenings at the pool bar it has too few appropriate tables, so that the staff at the hotel with small table assisted. The staff are ... basically friendly and accommodating, black sheep there is also in this hotel. Five stars is a little high, as the previously described details and the finesses of a five star hotels are not given. For a nice beach vacation with good food you are here but right. read more
