After my wife i regularly negative reviews about this hotel read has, i tried to calm, so bad that it was not to be. Unfortunately this sonnenklar. Tv bargain for us rather than a more expensive flop shown. The island was interesting and definitely worth a trip. As the hotel currently, and run is it for me just as a 'dump' to stay from here the island(n ) to explore. What in my opinion however a great shame would be, because the hotel as a proper leadership here, tidying up and modernized in any case strong potential to above. Unfortunately ... sits the management however in Bangkok and seems only money from the hotel to pull. So we can only say, that in our opinion three thai stars with a lot of optimism and the push of both eyes for the hotel could be justified. The trip was very good organized. Our contact person or the tour operator tried the coal from the fire to get, but it was also strongly eager his desk you. For the situation in the hotel he was nothing and it will again and again the. The hotel is located for those seeking peace definitely not bad and has a nice hotel, perhaps some years ago currently was. Since seems not much we did. The rooms or villas are very simple decorated and the restaurant more like a schulmensa. The pool area and the sunbathing area has the charm of an old outdoor pool. It wants not so a real thai holiday mood arise. In general the beaches on the island only in the respective areas kept clean, the rest ' this ' more or less. The sea on lamei beach is very busy and was at the end of february/ beginning march because of the meters high crusher in smallest way for swimming adequate. Here we would rather the northern beaches the island or cheng mon recommend. The staff is mostly indifferent and also relatively fast overtaxed. Breakfast is not the 'best', the selection was rather, it was enough however. We were twice in the hotel restaurant to eat and both times were disenchanted. The first time on the lawn a bbq set up. Everything was well presented, my fleischspiess with beef was up to the forgotten side dishes reasonably alright, white snapper my wife was in foil steamed and very hard to get used to. The 2 time we left for my birthday the inkludierte sonnenklar thai dinner is served. It was bad. Birthday in my lifetime and i would never again remember! What a slow-burning stoves in the hotel was the standing overbooking. On some days it several rooms the twice were occupied. The whole seems in the hotel system, this game is apparently already for weeks. We got a so-called upgrade to a family room in the main building. The room was quite large, but dearless furnished. We are definitely not while searching for microbiological contamination in the last angle of the room, however the cleanliness left to be desired. The goes over smeared and dirty mirror and tv over stuck together tables to unclean cups, windows and sheets and torn bedlinen and towels. Inside of the hotel however, it is very different, there were guests who had a clean room, others have said it was dirty. It is like a small gamble you can hit or miss. Near many guests was in the two weeks not once the bathroom cleaned and also not swept. In the room we found only towels, beach towels there was only on request at the front desk, exactly like the towels. At the end our stay was the thai manager in the house and lo and behold there was suddenly new towels, instead of the old scrap. With the obvious shortcomings, we have the question, whether on the motivation of the staff is, or, whether these in some areas, simply overloads or, if it was due to the necessary control and instruction is missing. Perhaps we do the employees wrong, if one considers the context in which some live. At least, on the garden, valued, because here one sees regular always someone with its maintenance is busy. The bed with a scale of hardness of 1a 10 with 10 a fabric covered shelf is, a smooth 9.5 deserves. If you like it? We would come again. We can not understand, as you this hotel so poorly. With little things, like small threads on the towel, no cheese (it gives in the supermarket), only 2 jams to choose from we could very good life. We were in Asien in a three stars area! One must even worry about what you paid for it. If that is not acceptable, i must in a 5 star resort. We were there 3 years ago and still had no cheese ☺ p. s. 2 fl. Water and coffee were refilled daily and not self-evident for a three ... stars hotel. The staff was always friendly and with a smile on the way, maybe it was, that we were also friendly? We were with fun beach and sea on the way the sun laughed and had probably no time for mosquitoes on the wall to check availability. Also 6 hours to rise we had not, as couches in sufficient quantity were available. Result: for us a successful vacation overall. read more

We were very disappointed this complex, the villas were ok, size and cleanness was good, the complex and beach were in the all in all nice, only the condition by sun loungers and umbrellas were the last, every pool chair every umbrella broken and if you don't at least 6 am a beach chair occupied had just no, far from enough beach chairs, a hammer was the dining room, you had the feeling on the lines of a campground to be, from cleanliness no trace, offer the breakfast 2 weeks exactly the same, eggs eggs and more eggs, nee we ... want to not again, a shame, the complex is nice, but it is too few done in order to conserve them read more

Very pleasant ambience, peacefully located, great beach however in the background very littered. Nice and green hotel area. Staff in relation to housekeeping rather inaccessible. Towels were changed daily. Bed linen in 14 days not a single time! (and the from the heat). The food in the hotel was typical thai. But mostly in the immediate area in a great fish restaurant dining. (out of the hotel, down to the main street and then on the left approximately 250 meters. Very recommendable). Have mopeds for 200 tbh /per day from the guide are available for hire. We have the island ... and the rich attractions and beaches, but also the lots of great markets, as well as waterfalls etc. Explored on foot. Was a pleasant vacation except the arrival. (but this is another issue). read more

So, first of all, we have also the reviews read and were concerned, what to expect. We are 12000 kilometer flown and fortunately no european standard found. But big room, very friendly staff, helpful staff, super massages and a vacation an adequate breakfast. I must not in the heat sweating salami and zerlaufenden cheese on my brown bread have. Local fruits, freshly prepared dishes, are always better. The coffee is however really bad ☺. The people the here about the hotel complain about, should be 300 €more to spend and in Hilton drag. read more

    No complaints! Modern air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The bathroom invites you to the showers. The size of the bathroom is great, as you're not in the way. The living area is spacious and was completely sufficient. Mini bar was free and is refilled everyday.

    With english and some patience, the communication was even not a problem. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff's hospitality is certainly from, how they are opposite force. We had no problems. We were but also guests in this country.

    Vacational club is not offered and we didn't booked. For children rather boring. Chairs and sunscreens: depends on of the present tourists from. While we were there, strong mallorcamentalität. First, we need in principle no chairs and no pool. There was so many possibilities directly at the beach a shady spot to find. With the luxury (for us) the sandy beach towel daily at the front desk replace throw. Our accommodation was very big and clean. On the breakfast we daily happy. It was delicious. 3 various fruits, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, granola, jam, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce with three different dressings, freshly prepared fried eggs and omelets, fried bacon, thailandische dishes. I now have the complete reviews to this hotel and wonder, which the people expect, the a 3 star hotel book. Yes, the furnishing is rather simple, the pool is small, the furniture is not brand new. But when you are in this category bay (and paid for), then you should please do not the Hilton expect. I found the villa very pleasant. I was in the bed sleep well. The bathroom is huge and i think the arrangement with the shower brilliant-with the heat showering you gladly 2 to 3 times per day. The breakfast was more than fine ... - fruit, tomatoes, salad, yogurt, freshly prepared eggs, bread. We never in the hotel dinner-it is not a good idea, if you in Asien is-it is delicious and cheaper ☺ it is true the loungers were every morning from 6 reserved with towels - but since look i rather to my traveling companions, than on the staff at the hotel - and the beach is so nice, as you can in the shade of trees lay. We found the staff very friendly and a arzttermin with inexpensive transportation have the ladies at the reception organised for us. So:if you're not klubanlage or luxury resort, but simply a nice hotel for a cheap price and quiet, directly at the beach searches, makes nothing wrong here. read more

This hotel we wouldn't book and also not recommend. The rooms and villas ok. The loungers on the beach however, are an isolence. Most of them are broken or poorly repaired and there are much too few. So you already in the night from the guests taken. read more

    We had a villa on the beach. It was fully okay with own couches on of the terrace (but whole day shade). There was a fridge, tv, safe, telephone. ,large bathroom with a bath and shower, a hair dryer was also there.

    Pool is smaller than pictured on the photos. There was no entertainment. Beach chairs as already above described a catastrophe. Many umbrellas were torn and absolutely faded. The whole condition section is not nice to watch.

In october 2011 we had this hotel already time and loved it. We wanted to in this house a 2 time spend our vacation. We were disappointed what we this year found. The hotel was totally overbooked, we had a villa room and got a family room, what we did not want. Other guests were still in the same night as we arrived, in another hotel accommodated. The hand towels and beach towels were already seen better days - our bodenwischlappen looks better at home from. Once white towels were gray and partly hang the tag way. The daily towel ... change was also not possible, since supplies was lacking. Mornings in the restaurant the placemat and tables of the other guests dirty, no fresh cutlery refilled. Kaffeetasen was also scarce, you could see they were behind the tresen under fliesendem water hopla hop washed. At the beach the boy's were very unfriendly and musty. In the morning if one around 6:00 uh, no chairs reserved, you had for the day the disadvantage. Part of the chairs was sticky and riveted, although the tour operator always was called-there are new sun loungers ordered. Only for which year the told not. If you a cushion and an umbrella wanted to-had to ma already waiting times get, because the staff had it not so hasty with the service. A small advantage had one if one daily tip rübr grow left. I could watch, the beach boy looked in his hand gleitete, kept it but not for necessary to-it was apparently a selbverständlichkeit, that money tiles should. From the managers was far and wide nothing to see, the staff made what it wanted, the peril of the guests. This hotel is in the past 2 years from the nivea very sunk, which a great shame is. The complex is actually nice, but every day there are cases of overbooking. We had 2 nights in the neighboring hotel again, that is almost a lost day. Our grounds are the loungers scarce and einenteilweise very batdes condition, inclusive the hangup. Are missing in this complex at least 30-50 beach chairs. Until 6 o'clock in the morning, everything had to be reserved, otherwise there were none. The breakfast was not the awesome but it was ok. The waiters were partly in their employment contract. Not really clean! read more

The complex itself is in a respectable state. The rooms are spacious and sufficient. The cleanliness of the rooms left here and there to be desired. The number of of the chairs is too tight and should be corrected. Who morning at 8 o'clock a couch would like has very bad maps. The beach in the area of the hotel is very beautiful. Conclusion: if you are looking for a quiet area with a nice beach section searches is right at home here. However, for the waiters drawbacks. Unfortunately, it has the impression that the management is not prepared in ... the complex to invest. It could be a lot better. read more

It doesnt go worse! The whole complex is old and run down. At the beach and at the pool are the loungers an isolence because the majority are broken. In the entire hotel nobody seems to take responsibility. The employees do the whole day what they want and this sluggish. Against tip it a bit better. We were accommodated in a mansion. This was big enough, the furnishing is however as the whole hotel strongly worn. We booked on sonnenklar tv, the first and the last time. Such a hotel should no german provider in the programme. read more

The hotel is chronically overbooked! We stayed during our stay not the only, the for a few nights ausquatiert were. It came every day. We had to one night in a different hotel, other even 2a 7 nights! We had a lovely free standing villa, but didn't get. Instead we had to put in the complex in a room! Chairs are here really problematic, as not enough there are, or are broken. Room cleaning was done daily, unfortunately the corners very round. Fresh towels you got but only often at 18:00 hours! Earlier shower to a problem. On request ... one got which, but only if which are there! Towels for hand drying we never received, despite requests. Slight mold in the bathroom. The breakfast is every day directly. No meat and no cheese! On request we were told, that this can be stored. But as we one night in another hotel, we could of the contrary to convince. First to the hotel, it is one of the most beautiful hotels in Lamai, for the value for money superb, the service and the staff very friendly! Hotel in the reason ok. - unfortunately but there are some dirty corners, since the staff and management completely unmotivated is! Individual employee are very rude, english knowledge very poor, employees no thai's, but from kambodia and burma-typical thai friendliness completely missed! Hotel hopelessly overbooked, villas -guests needs familiezimmern'again', these were partly moldy and musty!, some guests were just in other hotels beginn, number of beach chairs too small, chairs and covers tatty to useless, unfortunately you have to at 6:00 towels are, so you get a beach chair-just sad!     The hotel is directly at the beach from Lamai Beach. Lamai you could comfortably at the beach along, in 15 minutes. Sights such as the grandfather rocks, were just round the corner.     Location is good beautiful beach from Lamai Beach. The grandfather and grandmother's rock are just a stone's throw away. Everything nice on foot at the beach to reach. To Lamai it is not far about 15 minutes at the beach. Lots of restaurants are at the beach distributed. Also many cookshops on the streets are available.
