The hotel is badly in need of renovation and in the meantime it has at least 2 stars too much. Food was a disaster, so that i eventually just outside ate. Beach chairs by the pool offer very little shade. Atmosphere isn't available. read hotel review

    The chairs in the restaurant need thoroughly cleaned be, apart from that it was clean. The kitchen staff and the waiters were very friendly and also helpful with questions about the food.     The hotel is in puerto de santiago central and directly on the main street located. The distance to the beach Playa de la Arena is approximately 400 meters. Buses run directly on the main street, thus only a short way. Supermarket and other options for shopping in 5 minutes. The excursion possibilities to Los Gigantes, masca, el Teide and the southern part adeje to los christianos are within easy reach. The path above the cliffs to Los Gigantes is recommendable, here you can wonderful and in the numerous taverns with some delicacies let yourself be pampered.

    Very spacious with a large refrigerator and the cleaning staff tried hard. Still some broken, doors chipped, moulding hangs down, electrical outlets loose, couch in the living area a catastrophe, completely broken, in 45 degrees angle to sat. Blankets on the beds had totally unsanitary, only with the sheets covered.

    There was a dining room, the quality of the dishes was very small. Hardly peppered or not at all seasoned. Overcooked and lukewarm. The plates and cups were dirty, we were disgusted to eat there.     From the airport we with bus transfer 1 hours. To the beach one is 10 minutes' walk. The immediate area around the hotel, were homes in the evening it was very loud and has very gehallt, we had a room on the countryside side and had a view on a 'park' but there were only dogs running the then there soiled have.

The hotel is in a very bad condition. The façade crumbled away, the balcony railing of the piano bar, wobbled. In one month the things, since many smokers there lean. The hotel has 4 stars, however I would also just at best 3 rating, as here already many mentioned. The condition is completely okay but nothing special. Since we but not as 80% of the guests the vacation by the pool spent, but at the beach ( what you actually also to Spain flies, because pools there are everywhere), we would have much more also not needed. The hotel is clean but somewhat outdated now. Well so, as you can a three-star hotel presents. Downside for the Wi-Fi: worked when we arrived only every second day (free of charge), the ... new router installed and since that only with car, 1 day 6€, a week 25 Euro. I think that is already a cheek, whereas the signal just nearby the front desk is good. The figures may 20 to 30 €for the line and demand from the guests 25€ for one week.     Rooms are large, with 2 rooms and 2 air-conditioning devices, fridge, tv with 3-4 German channels. Condition was good, but you can see, that not so new. Cleaned every day, the cleaning crew is also very nice.

    The service is really perfect and the staff deserves 6 stars. I don't know why some on the staff complain, maybe is at the angry German mentality? Especially the waiters afford in the restaurant and at the bar super work, for example the barkeeper at my 3. order within 20 minutes the double portion made, as he probably saw, that we so some had drunk ;-) champagne there is also evening in the all inclusive, with the barkeeper us only pointed out-' want to try some champagne? Why not, you have all inclusive!'. Some have complained about the knowledge of German - err your traveling in the resin, but to Spain. Some of the staff can 4-5 languages, I in any case did me on English with them, because when you are not completely left is, then you should English in the current time to speak.

The following was evenings: Snake show. -A 3- mödchen dance performance, the one hour and everything from slow to very quickly played, the girls have a perfect performance in 10 different outfit delivered. -once a clown with 2 dogs since (many children in the hotel) At the other evening the topspiel barca -Real on the beamer transfer. -at other evenings there was quiet live music with spanish singing. Anyway, overall great entertainment, whereby during the day not much going on is. But if you can't go wrong, then you should during the day also not in the hotel be, but Tenerife and the beaches check!

    The location is very good, to to the beach it are approximately 4 to 5 minutes. To Los Gigantes of course you could on foot go, but when the hilly streets not straight recommendable is. A car there is already an advantage ;-) something like a nightlife there are around the hotel not, discos or similar we didn't notice. Food/ there are shops however enough, also several supermarkets are in the immediate proximity.

    The location of the hotel is for excursions and a day on the beach very suitable. The beach Playa la arena is located in the immediate area and is on foot about minutes away. However the beach first for children from the age of 10 years recommendable, as the sand gets very hot and very high waves there is a difficulty with smaller children could the depth of the water, as adults after about 2 meters no longer stands could. We had this beach nevertheless great fun, because he offers also the possibility a few meters away from the beach to snorkeling and colorful fish to observe. The hotel is a four star hotel after Spanish standard, no German four-star standard. It is a bit outdated now and is rather for vacationers the island during the day for example with a rental car explore want. For a pure vacation only in the hotel with simultaneous pool-visit it is not. The food is mostly typical English and after a week stay like you also not see more. We had the hotel merely for the nights, the breakfast and dinner ( half board) booked, since we during the day on the island. But it was enough. For guests with ... higher expectations we would recommend it but not. It must be mentioned, but, that the hotel altogether very clean was. I (21 years) am my parents and their friends afterwards traveled. First of all is puerto de santiago a very small village. I have it felt that there was nothing was going on there. A few shopping, small supermarkets are there. To the hotel i can say. It is absolutely boring. Not without reason it was some years ago shortly before the collapse of blue sea bought up. Animation at the pool or so not at all, once seen as a staff with some guests with a ball in the pool played. The staff are reasonable. However, there were such ... a/two waiters, the just to the young ladies were very pushy. A waiter so often and i told him he should me in peace leave. The highlight was then, as he somehow my room number rausbekam and at night at 2 o'clock from the reception called (before my departure at 5 o'clock! ) Since you got really just fear! The food was very reasonable, nothing special but there was always selection and i am not very picky. The rooms were big and mine was clean, can't complain. The beach was approximately 200 meters the road down, but in my opinion too far, because on the way back you had to a whole piece the road climbing and depending on how much luggage you have it was very exhausting. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Definitely not for the money. For that you get in other countries almost 5 star luxury hotels read hotel review
