Hotel Radisson Blu Bukarest^{(5 stars)}

The check in very good and fast - enough staff was ready. In the lobby it smelled like at the pool-which was with the huge outdoor pool and the other water features at the bar to do. This looks very cool out. The rooms are big and offer all the comfort, i have it only than quite cold felt (despite heating). The breakfast has left nothing to be desired – it is really very extensive. Price/performance match here. I would come again. read more

Ideal even at almost 40 degrees outside. Good air conditioning, nice pool area outside, as well as inside. All main attractions nearby. Nice cafes and restaurant in the area. If you'd like to get to know towns in Europa you're at the right address in this hotel for a weekend. Romania is cheap in terms of the food and public transport. read more

In the first class service of the hotel you can tell the 'can do' policy of the hotel chain. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the beds large and comfortable. The mattresses were for me a bit too hard (75 kilogram), is, of course, the person subject. Consistently the hotel makes a very modern impression. The breakfast buffet is very opulent and the service knock back to. Dining options, there is also right at the hotel, i ordered a pizza, tasted also very good. No doubt the Radisson belongs to the top hotels in Bucharest. It is a first class but no luxury hotel. But the offer fits with the many restaurants, 2 bars and a great fitness area, even in the winter steams an outdoor Jacuzzi there. The rooms are neat and stylishly furnished and there is something going on in that house - it is more fun than if everything is sedated. Best location in Bucharest. read more

The hotel is in walking distance to Lipscaniviertel with many restaurants and bars, as well as directly on Calea Victoriei. To the Parliament Palace i is a maximum of 30 minutes on foot. A normal taxi to the airport costs around 50 to 60 RON and can take, depending on traffic, 45 minutes (or more). The entire hotel is very modern and in a very good condition. The rooms to the pool side are quiet but the view depending on the floor is not very attractive. The window can only tilt but upon very energetically demanding, they unlock it for ... you and it will then offer plenty of fresh air. Even the standard rooms are well equipped, including a safe, free WiFi and a bathrobe. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and of good quality whereas a terrace would be a nice asset. The pool in the courtyard offers not only a cooling option in hot summer, but also a sufficient number of comfortable chairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. read more

Normally the Radisson Hotel is not exactly in our price range, but there was a good offer and we spent 4 nights there in April 2011. It is located in the city center and from there you can explore a lot on foot. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception. Room was large and very comfortable and cozy. Bathroom good as well - with a bath. Few towels. Breakfast you could call 'BRILLIANT'. read more
