The hotel can recommend. It is very centrally situated at the lake and close to the train station and the shops. The morning buffet had everything which it needs. Particularly to mention i would like the fresh fruit the well presented. read more

We have this hotel however just for one night but I can nevertheless some points, the me convinced: Top -location right on the lake. Good price-performance. We had a huge room. Good, varied breakfast buffet. I will this hotel during the next Locarno-visit again in a heartbeat! read more

Room/ suites in 5. Stock modernly furnished and with spectacular views over the lake. Friendly service, amazing location especially for beach holidays ( LiDo, Bagno pubblico). read more

Hotel is directly on the lake. Room had a view to the mountain and a large balcony. We felt very comfortable. Weather was great, hotel was fully in order. There was no reason to complain. We will definitely be going back again. read more

Very quiet and clean rooms with en-suite facilities, shower and balcony. Excellent breakfast buffet; wide choice! That in-house restaurant offers very good and reasonably priced lunch at. The menu for approximately CHF 20:00 includes salad from the large buffet, main course, dessert, 1 glass water and 1 café! Behind the hotel there is some free parking. Very unfriendly manager, poor handling of complaints (had two days in a standard instead of family rooms, the hotel was overbooked. An error was returned to the tour operator. Replacement only after repeated requests received... otherwise generally good, if you can find a cheap deal (had for four nights 850 euro paid ZF in the family). read more

It would be a really great children, if the service staff partly not so overwhelmed and hectic and indiscriminate through the area would take. Is the boss of the service wasn't there, all walked off the... A shame. If you have stayed in a hotel like this icy, should you can expect, that the table should be allocated to everything you need, such as children chair, glasses, etc markers. We had a 40m ² suite for a price of about 180 euros per night. The two rooms were very old and 'shabby' furniture, invited not to linger. We were on the previous, good reviews surprised, since neither the staff nor the hotel facilities that were. Moreover, in this price that neither breakfast nor tax was included. The location of the hotel is good, central location. US falling off the many prohibition and sings in, they made it clear again and again, that the hotel does not accept liability (garage, swimming pool, sash windows and so on) and you must ... pay for any damage itself. Hotel in the best location, 50 meters from Lake Maggiore, five minutes from the Piazza Grande, three minutes from the boat dock. Room with a great panoramic view over Lake. Room decor a bit getting old but clean. read more
