The hotel diva is a designer hotel, the very stylish and decorated up to date is. All areas were always very clean. We were very comfortable there. There is no food, in the same building there is a Starbucks, we always ate breakfast. In the more immediate vicinity there are many other possibilities to eat. read more

The hotel's location is excellent - only 2 blocks away from Union Square! Right at the hotel there is a Starbucks, in the immediate vicinity countless pub ( amongst others 3 diner). The hotel offers at different times free of charge water, tea or sake to. The staff at reception is generally friendly, but unfortunately not always competent. During our stay was one of the two lifts always except business, was very long waiting periods after attracted. We were during the check in offered an upgrade (as we were on our honeymoon ) - however it was the smallest room ... on the top floor. The size of the bed was rather a single bed - also for European standards. We several times whilst sleeping hinausgefallen! Additionally fell on one day the warm water -us it was then offered-practically in the bathrobe - in another hotel in the area to shower. The frozen water was the relatively fresh temperatures outside really very refreshing \u2639 as, whether it not enough would be, is on the last evening the air conditioning/ heating canceled. While still working had, it was crazy noisy-had problem to sleep. In the complaint, the heater no longer working, answered the receptionist merely, the repairman this on the next day look at will. It had outside approximately 14 degrees and the windows were leaking! ' great! ' when we for the return trip weighted, apologized the responsible -compensation nevertheless not good. read more

The hotel is absolutely satisfactory for a city trip to San Francisco. Unfortunately we had a room to the inner courtyard, and looked directly on a approximately 2 meters distant opposite wall of the house, something the room very dark made. The bathroom was very small but also more than adequate and above all always very clean! read more

Very centrally located ( SF-Bahn, tram, bus). Bad Fallingbostel 'in the house'. Nearby the Chine-town. Big plus: after our SF -stay we have a far journey through Californie in the rented car planned. The car rentals are ' around the corner' we would go back to the hotel come. The hotel is however not for families with children suitable... read more

For a short get away to San Francisco, the Diva hotel is perfectly suitable. The location is perfect as a base, as it was only five minutes to Union square needs. There are always buses to and from all the sights red, such as the golden Gate bridge. In the streets there was full of shops, restaurants and bars. On Market street it is also not far, in the Streetcar Fisherman's Wharf can take. The hotel is definitely recommendable! read more

Hotel DIVA is the modern decor. We stayed in a room to the yard side. The view was not especially beautiful, but we had a quiet room. Internet access, coffee and tea is offered free. A small gym is it also. The hotel is very centrally located. Only a few minutes to foot and one is right in the middle of it all. (Union Square, cable car station, shopping center, Bart station and lots of restaurants) read more

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of town. Thus causes noise. Room to the backyard of the hotel are quieter, but have no nice view. So is the hotel for a short city tour ideal, but certainly no romantic retreat to relax. I would stay there again. read more

Hotel DIVA is elegant and modern decor. The room is quite small in our city break but not disturb what has. Ideally, you give no room to the street, as the noise level from the street is quite high. The friendly hotelier at the front desk several us has room for choice and us make recommendations. View was not so great, (in 4m) but we have quiet. Still great: concierge David, the us almost daily good tips to restaurants and events has given. read more

We were four days in San francisco. The location of the hotel was really can't be beat. It is a block from Union Square, one of the first with the cable (turn station Powell street) directly to the pier drive can (past the Lombard street) and secondly, can you hop-on-hop-off tours book. As to the corner a rental place is gocar (very recommended). There is no breakfast at the hotel, is the Starbucks, as well as two diner's ideal. For theater-is interested vis à-vis the hotel a theatre, the each evening was very well attended. If one comes with the ... car, is located in the same block the Mason street berrauf a parking possibility, but the expensive is (San francisco is just expensive!). Also a few blocks away lies Chinatown, is but to walk schaffbar.
The hotel rooms (bedroom and bathroom) is small, but I think for a city break adequate. The room were very clean. The hotel has easy flair and is but also very stylish decorated. Both the (funny and entertaining) gentlemen at the reception as also the cleaning staff are simply only friendly and always helpful. If you need help or complaints has, you do it immediately! The only annoying thing was, that the Internet has not on every floor, and also the floor each day has varied ☺ But in San francisco you uphill/downhill is then used! Alcatraz book early! read more

Great location near Union Square * good shopping, cable car and restaurants in all price ranges in the immediate vicinity * chic room, no 08/15 as with the typical American chains * we have booked directly through the hotel website, including valet parking (package)* valet parking has worked perfectly, as parking in the center itself only with large effort possible is and you hardly the budget rests * friendly staff we would not hesitate to go again ** read more

A class city hotel in the best location in the downtown area, so walking to reach some highlights. Valet-parking-service was perfect, what in SF is not always the case (price of 35 USD/day and taxes is for SF average). The interior is quite new and ultramodern (looks something cold, but still very pleasant). The air conditioning can disturb something, since noise not to avoid. Concierge is very efficient and good tips to go, restaurants, and similar to Starbucks is thanks to direct access to ensure proper coffee. John's grill not far away; there are great steaks special ambience in it ... (since 1908!) read more

Good city hotel in the town center. For a city journey optimally. The room are very small, which only as a couple to recommend and not with colleagues. Right next to the hotel it has a Starbucks (entrance) for the breakfast is what optimal.
At the reception was very unfriendly and an employee thinks you have no idea. Information only with silly sayings. Despite our reservation they were fully booked. After a long discussion were suddenly again room free...
Hotel is for a city break to recommend because of the good Location...

The hotel can I highly recommend.
The location is perfect for a stay in San francisco. one and a half blocks from Union Square, one has it never far to public transport (bus, cable car, subway). The sights of the city are completely without a car, the best from here to explore. In the immediate vicinity there were several restaurants of different price ranges. Right next to the hotel, with a private entrance, a Starbucks. In addition there was a very nice sushi store, Jack in the box, walgreens, etc.
The hotel is in a good general condition. In front ... of the hotel are artistically handprints on the sidewalk perpetuated. The lobby is not large but very modern and well arranged. Concierge, and bellman are available at any time and were always extremely friendly. Good help to book tickets etc.
The room were surprisingly large and very modern decor. Shower and toilet are separate (very good!).
The air conditioning was to loud to run it at night to leave, but also not necessary the is in SF. Take a jacket in the evening, it is also in summer surprisingly cool!
We can highly recommend the hotel! read more
