Peaceful location, 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minute walk to the town with supermarket. We have in the restaurant excellent dining. The hotel is very recommendable, we would book immediately again. read more

A very comfortable, quiet and family-run hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The water in the pool was for the time of year relatively cold, therefore we were quite often at the sea. The breakfast was very good and something for everyone there. This hotel I can recommend it to anyone. read more

wonderful vacation! The hotel beach is however crowded and not very nice. But there is by car well accessible wonderful beaches south the coast down. To eat: the continental breakfast made full. read more

Due to good reviews in the net and recommendation our travel agency we have (2 adults + 2 children, 6 and 11 years) to vacation in varo village hotel decided (suite with half board). The first impression was very positive, spacious complex, new and very well maintained effective hotel, attached shops with ice, magazines, restaurant, food etc. On arrival we were up for a older couple the only German speaking guests, the rest were especially Italian.     As four-person family we were in one of the suites (estimated 60 -70 meters²) accommodated, this was of space and facilities more than generous, there was a flatscreen tv, an in-room safe, a bathroom with a shower and bubble jacuzzi, the latter made especially the children have fun. Also a balcony was available, we lack reiter furniture however hardly the sit, but more used, the laundry on the existing stand to dry. Two things there was in our accommodation to complain about: the apart from that very good condition by many ants troubled, the again and again the way into our clothes and the few brought food found. Only under use of chemicals were to pass. Furthermore we are in our indent some damp stains on the ceiling was noticeable. This developed during our stay black mold, which we then at the front desk complained. During a tagesauflugs these were stains then and the apartment thoroughly aired. Whether these weaknesses in other rooms show, I cannot judge. During 3 days we had in the apartment above us Italian couple, which in the morning an extensive liebespiel hingab and acoustically in all details share left. If you mind, should possibly a better insulated accommodation in mind, we found it, as it is located on 2 nights limited, rather funny.

    We booked half board with the ulterior motive, especially local fare to take us to. This was definitely fulfilled. The breakfast in the form of a buffet enough, the size of the hotel was adequate. There were no extravaganzas to be found there, with the appropriate expectations, no grain coffee like in Germany or also no local standards corresponding bread to find, with the quality very satisfied his. Sometimes you had to a couple of minutes wait, until a table was free, but the generous breakfast times (7:30 until 10:30 h) made up for it. The dinner was in extra provided for restaurant enough ( between and h), you had to in the evening each for the next day the components of menus select. The quality of the dishes was very good, however we would have wished ourselves, instead of the many available main courses more appetizers, a little more salad and one or another dessert as a dessert for choice.

    The staff at front desk, for breakfast and during dinner but also the cleaning staff the room all seemed very motivated, friendly and accommodating to be. Ideally one can Italian, we arrived but with our solid English also well. You had the feeling, that one very anxious was, by using qualified staff, the complex good in shot to be held. Complaints to the room ( keyword ants and mold-in addition later in the relevant category) interacted helpful and professional.

    We enjoyed the informal touch of the hotel, secluded from mass tourism, so we were happy about, that there is no annoying kindem entertainment was. In return, we enjoyed the spacious pool, the not only by the size very adequate, but where enough chairs and umbrellas were available, so that annoying reserve early was absolutely unnecessary and did not occur. The nearby sandy beach included loungers and sun screen was great, but we given the great pools rarely used. The access to the internet was only the front desk around possible, it was for us okay (us was merely important, from and on possibilities for recreation and nearby cities to), a little annoying was, that you could always only by the hour access codes and then again and again was forced, a new 'passport' pick up, around weitersurfen to may.     Since we were with the own car arrived, were the distances to the next places are of vital importance. Within walking distance is located the beach, the view of the very nice and generous designed pools not so often used. Smaller purchases can in the village itself to be transacted, for larger things in 10 minutes walking distance of shops, doctors, tourism information, kindem entertainment etc. To find. By car it was to Pisa about 60 kilometer, the picturesque town of bolgheri was in about 10 kilometer distance, Volterra, Siena and st. Gimignano were in 1a 2 hours to reach. Really far it was to Rome, where we booked bus-trip made, as took a drive about 4 hours! Marina di Bibbona is definitely touristy, it is not a jewelry, traditional village, but these are not allzuweiter distance reached by car. Definitely needs improvement is the parking, the not only way too small is (at the beginning of our vacation we had luck, a parking space to find ), but also completely unsecured, so that the schmutzentwicklung so is significant, that we after a day our car hardly more recognized have. For the rest of the vacation we then (after a visit to the local car wash) the car a few more meters on free public parking about 100 meters away turned off-but one point of criticism in this category

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The pool was really clean and there were many pool chairs. It was on the hotel entrance a computer, where one internet. The breakfast was good, even if the dining-hall a station like. One went on foot no more than 5 minutes to the beach and there one had then also reserved beach chairs from the hotel. read more

A very nice, modern hotel. At the front desk is although it is only English spoken, but all are really friendly and their motto in case of any problems 'Don't worry!' fits perfectly, they take will be charged! Breakfast is very plentiful. We had the half board, here you can at 3-4 courses from 4 different dishes. Fish and seafood are very recommendable! The beach is clean and in 3 minutes to reach, loungers and sun screen are included; at the weekend but quite narrow and busy, as lots of Italians. The Bistro at the beach is not expensive, even ... there the people very friendly, especially a German speaking Dutch! A shop is next door, apart from that is nothing special nearby. Pisa is in 45 minutes to reach. read more

We had a short but very nice stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a very new and well maintained condition. We had not far to the beach and the area is very quiet. I think, however, that in the summer in the peak season more Los is. (in May had almost all local attractions, like for instance the tennis court and so on closed or it was not much going on there. ) Service/ staff are very nice and friendly. We have actually most time English spoken, only a few speak a little German. We had a double ... room with half board booked. Everything was great organized. The room was clean and had the sufficient size. The pool was unfortunately still closed, but the area is wonderful. The breakfast was in a very offering a clear view area behind the front desk. The beginning was at 7:30 o'clock. For me it was sufficient, there was bread, ciabatta semmelchen, muesli, yoghurt, fruit, Salami, ham, cheese, sausage, Omelet, hard boiled eggs and many other more Coffee and juices from the machines were reasonable. The dinner began at 19:30 o'clock in the restaurant the complex. The waiters and the chef-chef were very nice. The chef inquired always personally, whether the food tasted. The drinks are very cheap. You can get three meals select: appetizer, second appetizer and main. Dessert is not included. Should you have your lunch or in between still hungry, there are small cafes, where you can buy a snack. In town next Cecina there is a train station, there you can park free of charge. Me it came also relatively safe. The trains were really good and very a lot cheaper as if you by car drives. We have for an excursion of Cecina to Florence 20. 20 Euro ( Roundtrip) paid. The journey takes about one and a half hours. Trains go amongst others also to Rome, Sienna, Pisa, Livorno, Volterra and so on The beach and the sea is very clean and nice. You have two free beach chairs and a sun screen in the demarcated area. Dogs you can take. Wi-Fi and computer there are in the entrance area. It is free, you need only logindaten you at the front desk receives. In the planning a trip are the women from the reception very warm welcome and a helpful service. Really great. read more

We are often in the toskana, to visit friends. This time we are in the Varo village experienced, to-during our friends work - in a short period of time at the beach to be. We know the Tuscany quite good and have already seen a lot, so was this time purely the sea and a beautiful hotel crucial. We weren't disappointed. Everything is new and very clean! The staff are friendly and very willing to help. The beach in a few minutes, you get to on foot. Only point of criticism is the breakfast: the coffee and the juices come ... from a machine and tasted not particularly good. I have my espresso always in the hotel bar to drink, there is a great coffee machine - typically Italian:-) With our next travel in Tuscany in October we will be staying again at the Varo village stay. read more

Since we in the pre-season the hotel met have, we found the peace and quiet very pleasant. We were by car there and all larger cities very good. The drive at the sea along is very nice and you can relax in comfortable ports a few beautiful hours. Close to the hotel are a supermarket and restaurants without a car easy to reach. The staff were super nice and extremely helpful. Room, breakfast and also the location we have a wonderful vacation prepares. Thank you hotel Varo village. read more

We made a city tour of Tuscany and wanted to have a couple of days relaxation have. So we are on this 4 s hotel. The hotel area was very clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast was Italian proportions good. There is the possibility to participate in the evening to eat there, which is very frivolous. For those guests who do not like fish, it is rather less recommendable to eat in the hotel area. since we by car there were, it is hard to say, whether the transport is well located. In the small Centrum but it is ... about 10 minutes on foot, the along a Luna park leads. the way to the beach is approximately 200 meters. In the description of the hotel, that the hotel had a private beach. Unfortunately but it is so, that one 12 euros per day pay must, for two beach chairs and an sun screen. otherwise great hotel and location highly recommendable! read more
