The size was okay but as mentioned above, the reinigungungskräfte give a bit more effort. There was a bench, a television, a balcony, an airco, a telephone. Only sleep you had to unfortunately on two beach chairs always rolled are. But comfortable they were still...

The hotel has several bars/restaurants and the food is just delicious. One always a wide selection of dishes typical of the country but also of german dishes. The service personnel very polite and a worried, so you could also times give a tip ☺

All of the staff tried to care about you. German one understood a bit but english was good and with hands you could also somewhat explain. They tried to to take care.

Entertainment was every night (for example bingo, dance show and so on). A disco gave it right at the hotel. The pool was beautiful well maintained and there were beach chairs as usually free.

Lovely hotel but still improvements recommended. Good room also relatively large only one could be a little more for cleanliness 8... Food was very good and there were mostly elderly people there.

The beach is directly behind the pool area (approximately 50 meters), were only while we were there very nice many algae at the beach. But this was definitely our travel time, i hope. A few shops there were nearby, but nothing special.

In the room you have lots of space, it is generously put on. Unfortunately were the mattresses somewhat badly worn out and there is no double bed. Safe, hair dryer, telephone, tv and mini bar are available, the furniture already somewhat older. Cleaning was satisfying and our empty water bottles were also daily in full exchanged (at our daily tip located). Somewhat annoying was, that the towels in the morning at about 10 hours in/out privileges and only in the late afternoon again fresh towels were there.

You are not allowed be too demanding, the choice is however large enough, so that there is something for everyone and nobody would starve. Emergency you eat noodles with sauce, fries or pizza. Over a period of 2 weeks is the food then it was a bit monotonous. With stomach problems is, as probably everywhere in Tunisia, to be expected.

All takes that little bit longer, but taken care of. The waiters are hard, even if untrained. Great is, that one by the pool, at the beach, in the beach restaurant and also in the bars served, even if you, as already mentioned, sometimes a bit longer have to wait.

From the animation team different sport possibilities ( water aerobics, water polo, darts, archery, aerobics) offered. This us especially the beach volleyball fun. Furthermore you can for deposit tennis rackets, a tennis rackets, etc. Borrow. There is a tennis court, which in good condition and is a older, very uneven 9 hole mini golf course. The beautifully laid out pool is relatively clean, with a few broken tiles. There is a gym with devices mainly for the weights. Unfortunately had the all inclusive guests only from to o'clock access! Evenings you can also relatively well on the path the main street along jogging. The evening entertainment program as well as always from the animation team applied. The team is very hard, it was for our taste but nothing special. There is also a somewhat older disco with plenty of space. Also here were for the all inclusive guests all drinks free! Unfortunately had the disco but always something little visitors.

The best at the hotel is definitely the beach! But you should be there early, because there not too many umbrella returns. The hotel is relatively clean, but below the German standards. During our stay the dirty carpets in the courses already partly changed and more renovation works at different places would the hotel a small gem make. Potential of improvement is available, nevertheless was the value for money more than good.

From the airport enfidha one is by bus in about 25 minutes at the hotel. It was the first hotel, which the bus route has. The transfer is therefore quite relaxed. The hotel is directly at the beach, as ideally presents. The marina Port el Kantaoui fall taxi from 5 Dinar (2,5 Euro) and to sousse it us 10 Dinar (5 Euro) been. The street to the hotel is a little unpleasant, but along the main street there are plenty of shops and also bars/ restaurants, which one without any problems on foot reached.

Despite all inclusive... Everything and always with service! Very pleasant! Also the pool boy runs its kilometers to the sun worshipper satisfied! Great! Staff spoke always English, french and German! All more than friendly and accommodating!

Nice evening show, Very, very cautious animation at the pool, very fine, if you don't have to be! Cushions pool beach chairs cost nothing, and are very pleasant! Water in the sea often seaweed;-) what should it! That is nature!

and marble as far as the eye can reach. And the food was always enough and tasteful. And meal times more than flexible! And pool really great And restaurant by the pool tasty and everything with service. And everything fast reachable room-pool-beach! And beach isla be cleaned repeatedly but altogether one of the finest Sandy beaches, I have ever seen! And room like a suite! Great great great! Huge! And wi-fi works almost everywhere! Great service! Carpet on course to the rooms more than stained and outdated.

5 Dinar... Port el Kantaoui... 2,50 Euro 8 Dinar... Sousse medina... 4 Euro... All per taxi and not per person! So more than cheap! Great location of the hotel! Airport transfer... 25 minutes!

Of course, there are room different size. A move in a different room is possible - as long as available. It is bratsam, about 3 weeks before my arrival seine room requirements to be communicated. The rooms are very clean.

The food is tasty and well prepared. There are a variety of restaurants - also local.

Extremely friendly staff. It will be a wishes from denaugen was extremely impressive. They made a lot of effort, one in the mother tongue speak when there is.

Size is okay. The is however also the only thing! Mold in the bathroom, the water in washbasin and bathtub could hardly expire, because the plumbing rather dirty, therefore also very musty odor. 'round' corners where you everything from found dirt which is stop like that in the course of years aristocracy. A very unclean toilet with a brush which one better not to be harmful. You will find many hair the previous guests - everywhere in the room. All tile joints serve as a dust trap-disgusting! The beds have carpets as a bedside rug, stained and dirty, in the fray tangled hair various previous tenant. It didn't bother us, that the furniture was not the newest are, but so dirty I can't be satisfied.

breakfast was all right. Everything as that you need. the dinner was however already borderline. No matter which sort or preparation every meat was tough and dry. The choice of food was very poor, not a 5 stars (national category) hotel. Tablecloths clean, but everything draufstand was dirty, you wanted the salt not touch. There was a lot staff at the buffets rum, but plates you had to always find. The containers were mostly empty. In the bars you had to sometimes longer wait, there it was not the feeling desired to be.

the staff are reserved, and very fixed on the guests, who spend their winter time. cleaning of the rooms: shoo away!

Short statement to the 'SpA'. Per day - per person-even 30 minutes sauna or Hamam? At the spa-front desk you have to first register, then a floor below town center an area for sauna and Hammam, before sit 3 persons and wait for guests. It is a door to the desired area open and after 30 minutes one was the asked again, with aufgehaltener hand! It would be eventual still understandable, if very large rush there were, but I was on a very rainy day only, this field to use wanted. This is completely incomprehensible, and really no service on customers. I am very disappointed.

in February it was not very inviting. Everything seemed very dark. As is probably due to the utilities for saved light.

We were golfing on the way, therefore was the neighborhood of secondary importance. The distance to the place is on foot surely one hour. options for shopping not very inviting.

the rooms had a decent size. We had tiled floor, which I personally a carpet prefer. Bathroom and toilet were separated. Our balcony had ocean/or pool view. during our travels (January) was the room ideal location. We were able to travel from morning until about 16 hours a day the sun on the balcony enjoy the very cold wind gravy. The rooms tV with about 6 German programs. A well-functioning fridge state available. In the closet there was a free safe. the only thing, which really not at all and bar other guests on holidaycheck said, are ants. On the first day stayed for two/three bathroom, at the end of the vacation of pest controller come. Perhaps lies in other also, that the rooms although every day clean, but evenly only superficial (is also because of the time constraint of the cleaning staff, the too much Work for just one day). The grout in the bathrooms are completely moldy and the sewage was completely filthy and smelled quite pleasant. For ants in my opinion the ideal Livelihood.

for breakfast I can only say: there was everything, which for me personally good breakfast mind. Bread( not only white bread, dark bread was also in the offer), croissants, sausage, cheese, yoghurt, Butter, marmelade, cereal, fruit, Pancakes, eggs any art, tea, coffee, milk, juice... Everything was there. the food evenings was average. It was really delicious breaded Truthanschnitzel, then once again nothing, what I would have said. But that is all matter of taste. Nothing really bad taste. I liked the extra with Tunisian specialties.

Both the staff at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant was always friendly. In the case complaints (only missing then broken remote control) was immediately helped. The only thing downside perhaps the lack of knowledge of the German be. But if you own a few Broken spoke English or French and also the hands and feet adopted, you could get by very well ☺ the cleaning of the rooms was once more, sometimes less good. In our three weeks we had five different maids. Incredibly nice and thorough less nice and keen on tips, we had everything to do with it.

The hotel looks inviting at first glance from. The lobby area is well maintained and comfortable. During our travels were mainly German and guests from Benelux countries pensioners in the hotel. At the weekend (in Tunisia vacation days), the hotel also gladly times of native guests 'besieged'.

the hotel lies direct at the beach. This is great. Better Sand and crystal clear water tempt to linger. Unfortunately, the beach in the winter however not so cleaned, as one it would wish itself, so seaweeds and other from the sea the beach less attractive. Make the walk, this is however only a few disturbing. The review 'bad' the subject to the town Port el Kantaoui, of about about 40 to 50 minutes on foot to reach is. For the summer as pure beach vacation with from time to time time a few excursions could be booked there however okay.

I had a room with a view of the sea in the 3 floor and looked over the pool area to the sea. Beautiful view. the room for me was as alone traveler large measured. Two persons would have enough room. The room features a hallway, from the the separate toilet and the bathroom with ease. In the corridor are two enough big closets. With free safe (very good! ). The mini bar was daily with water and soft drinks filled (very good! ) the cleaning of the rooms was excellent. Every day the floor was wiped and the beds freshly changed. Towels always enough and clean. The beds were daily freshly changed. What a great service was, is the wiki access to the internet. The worked almost everywhere.

The menus I can absolutely nothing negative bereichten. It was in accordance with the meal times a bountiful offer offered. The dishes were well prepared. I had never the feeling, that it me at anything missing. I could my selection daily meeting and was very to peace. Especially but it was the preparation of Garnelenpfanne. The large prawns were delicious prepared.

the staff's hospitality is hard to beat. I am not an employee or staff met, the would have been rude. On the contrary, the people starhlen a friendliness and warmth, which I rarely experienced. Clearly it is also a tip depending. But even I have still not had, was therefore not unfriendly. It is also on the way, as people are met. I was always friendly and so I was back given have been.

the entertainment I have during the day not taken into account. Since it to end of the season anyway not lots of activities returns, was the offer but sufficient. Archery, table tennis and other activities as you know it. Especially but were the shows in the evening. The animation team (2 women and 3 men ) have great programs presented. The mottoshows were great. From the presentation and costumes very good.

the hotel lies outside the town of Porto El Kantaoiu. The location is at the beach in about 1 hour hike or with the taxi from hotel in about 7 minutes to reach. Taxi cost per ride 5 Dinar (2,50 euros ) the hotel has a huge large very good designed entrance hall with front desk. The size of the hotel is manageable and one find everything very quickly, as it is well out-described. The cleanliness falls especially on. It is continuously cleaned and polished. From the lobby you can reach all bars and restaurants.

the hotel lies direct at the beach. At the pool area and you're at the beach with fine, bright, clean Sand. The hotel lies in a quiet Surrounding area.

the size of the rooms was more than enough. It was next to the bed a sofa, as well as a dresser (on the TV and in the fridge was), a mirror and a small table in it. The wardrobe was in the corridor the room and it was big enough. In this closet was also the safe, whose use was free. From the Zimmerflur were the bathroom with bath tub and the separate toilet to reach. On the balcony there were another table and two chairs. our room was carpeted, the truthfully its best days already behind itself had, but still acceptable. Air conditioning was of course available and worked. the room was cleaned daily and tidy and the fridge daily with a bottle of water and a soft drink filled.

As already other point, there was almost 24 hours on day something to eat. This changed the offer always between particular restaurants and bars. In the lunch and dinner there was always a salad buffet, a small selection of typical Tunisian food, as well as pizza, Pasta, fries, two different soups, and a desserts buffet with fresh fruit. Additional there was a wide selection of varying meat, as well as vegetables and other side dishes. For breakfast there was also a wide selection of sweet and hearty toppings, as well as muesli, Omelets, pancakes, croissants and many other more there was also the late risers breakfast at the pool bar, as well as Sandwiches, pizza, Pasta around midday( also at the pool bar) and many other more even in 11 days, we have failed, try everything, so I shall not at all can give information. difficult it was initially to find out, where the particular food particular time of day there is, as on the plan, the we at the front desk received only the name of the particular bar, but not, where this is to be found. it must also be said, that the main restaurant, where the breakfast, lunch and dinner took place many a time 10 to 15 minutes late opened. This is a bit annoying, if you have punctual and large hungry. but it tasted good definitely! and what also positive should be emphasized, is that you on the first day a table assigned gets, the a then for the rest of the vacation (theoretically) always is available. Thus the Platzsuchen saves. From time to time there was other guests problems, because some tables twice were full, we ran however because of the spirited our waiter always everything smooth!

the staff were friendly and in general at any time helpful. With drinks one was in the restaurant, but also by the pool served. what I especially good found was, that you also bottles water received, which you could take to your room. And especially by the pool, where you should drink a lot, this is much more comfortable than only small cups water. the service staff partly spoke German, but at least English. In the restaurant you had next to a 'shop' A 'main waiter', so that after a few days always already the beverages at our table, when we came to supper. unfortunately the communication with the pool boys not work so well. We often had to wait for beach chairs, cushions( free) wait or you even get, although the pool boys were not busy. Also a tip could there no remedy provide. that's why I prefer a point from, and I would stress this, this is nothing to do with the waiters, but solely with the pool boys to do.

the entertainment followed a rigorous program, after several sports offered. So for example in the morning, water aerobics, water polo, water-Basketball, archery, darts, beach volleyball, step aerobics and many other more on certain days were salsa and belly-dancing classes offered. the entertainers were friendly. German few could, mostly spoke English and all French. the evening entertainment was at the time, in which we were unfortunately very from the so-called 'super- Mamies ' shaped. These are the old fashioned, still young sentient women, the on the stage is possible. The exact approach I today not understood. Unfortunately, it was for people in our age plentiful uninteresting, since the shows you all on French were. but apart from that there was also other shows. Including for example dance performances, Miss elections, Tarzan elections, fakir shows and many other these shows were interesting and fun. And especially they were mostly at all possible Languages, amongst others German. the pool and the beach were as already mentioned regularly kept clean. The beach chairs were in sufficient number available and their use was, as well as the beach chairs and cushions sun screens both by the pool, as well as at the beach free. So it was not necessary, to'reserve'.

the hotel presented to start with a small vestibule with fountains for a beautiful atmosphere. It is built in a you shape around the pool, from which it just a few meters to the hotel's own sandy beach are. Bay all inclusive, so has almost everything free of charge. Food there is almost 24 hours on the day (you are) and even cocktails, coffee etc. are included. the guest structure is far-ranging. You meet French, English, Russians, Poland, Netherlands, Spanish, Austrian, Swiss and also a few German. Many families are there, but also couples and a few Singles. Everything was relatively mixed. in general there are over the cleanliness nothing to complain. The rooms were every day thoroughly cleaned and also the pool and the beach were regularly cleaned. Only shortcoming: it was missing many a time toilet Paper, especially in the room, but also on the pool-toilet.

the hotel lies a few taxi minutes from the center the city Port el Kantaoui away. There you can for example the port look or in the small theme park pleasure. On foot should after Port el Kantaoui cIRCA 30 to 40 minutes his, at the beach along a little longer. from the airport Enfidha takes the transfer about 15 minutes. in addition the hotel lies direct at the beach with private access.
