The hotel was very nice and the staff was super nice. The hotel is really recommendable. Shopping possibilities there are many on the main street, the path is easy to reach. The beach and the sea was gorgeous :-) read hotel review

Was in allgemeinenem a very nice holiday. In december were the hotel is not very busy and a lot of pensioners there - but the price for that can't be beat. The weather was sufficient for short pants and t-shirt, rain i had no. The carpet was in the hallways not very nice (see other reviews) but you could live with it. In the rooms and downstairs in the hotel everything was passes. (huge hotel lobby and dining room) There is wireless internet throughout the hotel, the quality varies somewhat, but it was mostly. On the beach you can walk ... to the harbor, circa 4-5 kilometer or drive there with the taxi (about 5 Dinar - 2,50 Euro), price beforehand otherwise the meter and it is expensive. A trip to sousse, about 10 Dinar costs. To the food: was buffet and not a gourmet restaurant but for me always something delicious, except for the dessert it could have been a bit more variety, from the small sliced muffins was after a week really enough. The pudding cream on the first day was good, there was then unfortunately but not more. If you have a few hundred meters walk or with the taxi drives there are a few shops, somewhere there is a small secret path soutenant turn left out of the hotel and then turn right again, but i didn't more to explore. The hotel is a big all-inclusive hotel the elmouradi group. The guests are to 70% from russian tourists, in the hotel also so behavior, as it is their hotel.     We had a room the superior category. These rooms should be according to catalog updated his. The picture in the catalog was very promising. The size of the room was about 22 square meter.     The hotel has a large pool, with numerous berth is well equipped. During our stay we had no problems receiving a lounge chair. Cushions were immediately provided.     The hotel is near the town of port el kantaoui. After there are 3-5 kilometer. walk the route is rather not recommendable, since the traffic situation was rather difficult.     We arrived in the evening in the hotel. Our assigned room didn't work. Unfortunately was in this evening no change possible. The next day we got however without problems another. This was very nice and has been renovated. The renovated rooms come with tiled flooring and functional. Safe, as well as a minibar (daily 1 bottle of water) are available. Air conditioning system functioned perfectly.

With german and english one gets along very well. At all the bars we were always friendly and quickly served. We had a nice, large, room with a partial ocean view. The room would be cleaned daily and the towels were changed every day, which usually was not necessary. Also in the rest of the building there was nothing to the cleanliness to complain about. For food, there were actually 24/7, no matter when one wanted there was always something, and it was always to all and something for every taste catered for. This hotel has the nicest and cleanest stretch of beach in the whole area, the when we took walks to the harbor can see. The pool area ... is large and clean, beach chairs and cushions were always enough, also on the beach. We really can't complain about anything, it was a wonderful vacation. It was a carpeted, which very strict smell and that was the reason of an immediate changing rooms rather. The changing rooms worked at the front desk and we have a tiled room, which also our expectations. The room cleaning was also not the best. From a five star hotel but you can at this hotel are not speak, a maximum of two stars would have been to give. ... The food was very good and there was something for everyone, the waiters were always very friendly. The beach is also very nice, but the verwantwortiche for the couches is dishonest. With foreign languages one can get quite far with german and english quite well. Service in the restaurant and at the bars was very good, even if you don't had tipped them regularly. Elevators were often broken and very dirty. The cleaning staff and the staff use the same elevators, and then to crowdings.     Yes as already mentioned not cleaned, the balcony we have us with the pigeons divided, 15-20 centimeter kot left and right from the balcony was normal.     The staff in the dining room was very friendly, at the beach and at the pool bar was unfortunately not. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned, the balcony not swept or mopped, although many pigeons at balcony lived. 20 centimeter kot around the balcony and a chicken coop with 2 barking dogs we, as views. The food was magnificent unfortunately you could but this was not peace consume since russians and locals the no knife or, no manners know, encircled was. In this hotel one unfortunately only welcome if you no austrian or german is. It was done by the entertainers, the waiters at the bars and so on not seen. With a tip you could change it but you can't double and treble are charged. In the restaurant one has anyway every meal tip but every waiter at the bar or on the terrace to pay comes then nevertheless too expensive.

The hotel was' ok ' but for a 5 star hotel you are used to different things. So our window to the balcony probably 2 years not cleaned and the dirt has literally by outside on the windowsill absconded. Despite, that we always had the curtain to clarify were, he was from the cleaning staff simply always again closed... Point 18 o'clock the cook its pan almost dashed off with the words' i'm finishing!' And about 6 people in the queue were all very shocked... 12 days of pure relaxation! It was simply great. We definitely recommend a visit to El Jem the largest Kolosseum the world. There is absolutely nothing to complain about and will definitely come back next year here! Who here negative was apparently in another hotel or if claims even the Sheraton hotel dissatisfy could. read hotel review

On our last day for the first time the ' vitamin bar ' in the bar filled and there was for the new guests welcome cocktails, the left unattended we could have stayed longer. The employees are very friendly and willing to help. The entertainment is very good. Since there is something for everyone. The dinner is in 2 shifts divided. The 2. starts at 20:15 o'clock, what entails, the buffet is ... very crowded, since all waiting, that the door finally on is. Who wants to only at 21:00 o'clock with dinner start? Our room was on the backside of the hotel. Easy in need of renovation, unless you could a visit to star hotel out. The chickens and 3 dogs of nachbarsgrundstücks partial only 3 hours sleep. Towels on the best before breakfast on the square. Especially on the beach. The hotel overall we liked. The entire staff is very friendly. Animation or maintenance gives it also constantly. Food is ok, you just need everywhere a breeze salt. It is for every meal time freshly grilled (fish, meat.) And there is always fresh fruit. Beverages are also okay, there are even a few completely good cocktails. The pool is large and constantly cleaned. The beach itself was also quite clean, depending on the weather can already times a lot of seaweed washed ashore. The hotel has certainly not 5 star and is already partially getting very old (missing tiles ..., room ok but old.), but if you don't constantly on 'debug' and with little faults live, it is for this price (we paid only 310 euro per person 1 week all inclusive at the june), very good and you can a nice vacation stay there. read hotel review

The hotel is very large and nice, but a renovation is necessary. Especially the carpets are felt hundred years old, Wi-fi is only in the lobby stable. The average age was very high. We were with 21, apart from small children, the youngest. read hotel review

    The rooms are really big, there were drawbacks for the condition of the soil. Also the rooms are quite noisy at night and have us or dogs not relaxed sleep. The view was a building site. There was every day new water in the mini bar. Bathroom and toilet were very large and clean. Drawback: it was in the whole room was only a single socket.

    There is a buffet-style restaurant, a la carte restaurant, a pool restaurant and a late hour restaurant with pizza and pasta. The pool bar unfortunately closes at 5:30 p. m.. But then, you can relax in the Piano Bar sit and relax. The food is very tasty and varied. Once a week there was a tunisian evening, with only tunisian spezialutäten. Also show cooking is offered. In the morning crêpes prepared live. Overall is something for everyone. The atmosphere is slightly below the size and volume of the main restaurants.

    The beach is directly at the hotel. However, it was to our travel time too windy to swim. It was against four five hours because of the wind quite cool. The airport transfer of Enfidha takes only half an hour, top! The beautiful marina is only two kilometer away, the town of sousse it took a little bit longer. Be careful with the taxis, it's worth, the prices before the drive runterzuhandeln. You can book excursions in the hotel, often cheaper than at the tour operator. The best comparing prices.

A very nice hotel, unfortunately, except for the last 4 days! There are a lot of eastern european guests arrived, the unfortunately the hotel's atmosphere really bothered! The clothes in the abwndessen of some of the guests was already very self-willed, yesterday a gentleman in trunk with towel and slippers for dinner appeared and nobody of the staff has said anything! In the evening respectively at night then rather drunken these guests naked with a lot of shouting in the pool cracked! Also none from the staff the guests for quiet!
