We liked it very much, the new year's celebrations. The staff really made a huge effort. Here i would like to very Kathleen and Simone mention, the for the guest care are responsible. No matter wether you have a question, a council or something had to complain about, they were always friendly, helpful and immediately. We were also in the armas bus station food and here one can only say, it was very good and Mohammed everything was very good. It is the selection of food, the cleanliness in the restaurant and the friendliness opposite the guest. Conclusion, we recommend ... the hotel, because you can a very nice holiday spend. read more

I can understand why some have this hotel complain would. The condition the room was to some places desolat but other very good! If you are over the construction defects overlooked you will for certain an excellent vacation there. You should be a thick skin to bring their own because the way to the beach can sometimes be very annoying. ( even look twice buy ) the natives are genuine verkaufsprofis! Every Euro it is worth to haggle. Tip: you should rent a especially nice at the bar to select and a little something jump. So you always had a ... full drinks at the table evenings. And really important: always mention that you German is! Then one is preferentially treated. Since there 90% russians around and minutes 10% are totally off the mark behavior. read more

We transferred from Sapphire suites(which is below basic) to paradise on our 3 week Nile cruise and 2 week hotel stay, first our tour company KPX travel was the most crap company ever DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM EVER, long story short we transferred to Paradise and the management and staff where fantastic we were the only English in the complex and it is big, we had a lovely room with sea view and all the staff and management went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible,the lad who cleaned our room was absolutely ... brilliant,the biggest problem was the Russians who just treat the staff and hotel as a doss house they are ill mannered greedy and rude,the staff go out of their way to do everything asked of them and are treated with disrespect 98% of the time, the food was plentiful but the Russians get in everywhere first and take everything then just leave it the waste is heartbreaking, this is a lovely location for a holiday if the Russians were not there, they are going to destroy the hotel,locations and Egypt.Please Hotel management clamp down on them or you will have nothing left to offer.The staff have great pride in their hotel and jobs and will try to help you at all times, it is a mixed age complex catering for all,we would only go back if more English, German and Dutch were staying not just the rude ignorant greedy obnoxious drunk from when the bar opens 10am till it shuts ordering 6+ drinks per person at a time(all inclusive means you can just keep getting more but one at a time not get it all and leave nothing for anyone else).Apart from that the hotel is run and staffed by exceptional people and if you are English they look after you very very well read more

The hotel has its still obvious glamour lost. It is for certain the wear through the (predominantly russian) guests and the local heat. The complex even with a slides well equipped. To criticize is, the cleanliness in the restaurants ( at the tables was only partly wiped-a sauce mark we could a week long admire) and the very provisional repairs. Many tiles everywhere on the grounds were broken and if at all by straight available replaced. In the toilets you could partially not wash since the taps were broken. Most overlow covers the pools were broken and are a source ... of dar. We liked the german restaurant which for the german guests was reserved. Here was at least the cleanliness reasonable and you could have your food in peace take. The beach is coarse and well maintained. However, if you want to swim you have steinplateaus balangzieren, the underwater are. Spoken in russian and english. The carpets in the rooms and in the corridor of the hotel by liquids filthy, but cleaned daily suction. The cleaning of the rooms was also reasonable-here haber is the employees trouble. Since we were here for diving were the complex our standards and we still wonderful days worn, a limited but would be nothing. read more

The according to FTI hotel description existing hotel facilities is not in the hotel complex yet in the room given. The room was big, the carpet burst with before dirt and was disgusting, the bed was worn out, the mattress unreasonable and in place of slatted frames there was wood plank, the bed have. The so-called mini bar was a fridge, where the bacteria only thrived-probably he was in the last months not cleaned, here you could only disgust get. In the bathroom were the tiles broken, the mountings also. Highlight was the toilet, a leak had - the water ... from of the toilet flow directly in the direction shower, so you on the way there was forced, by this urinwasser to walk. The duschhebel was missing respectively was broken, with the attempt, the shower to get, I hurt done. The food was also maximum youth hostel-level-I was more than 20 times in Egypt, so bad I a hotel have never experienced. No service ( drinks at mealtimes had to be gotten, no operation ), the rooms old and not a 4a five star hotel accordingly. We are on the second day after a conversation with the tour operator locally, all these descriptions and complaints were not new and he already knew, into another hotel changed.     The size of the room was very big, however could here less the size as more about the cleaning and quality to work. The mini bar was as described a fridge, where the bacteria celebrated and for reasons of hygiene was not available. On the balcony there were two chairs with cushions, these cushions were dirty and broken, we directly distance took, we have ever here sit on to want. So decayed balcony furniture I in my lifetime never seen. The bed was worn out, the mattress an impertinence and to top it off was the bed of boards cohered, which considerable back pain led. Very large hotel, but with very many flaws. Elevator functioning already for a long time to no more. So you had to very long distances. On the carpets and walls were everywhere stains. Super was, that in all 7 hotels of golden 5 city could eat, so different kitchens try like for instance Russian, Italian and so on But sadly, it has not at all taste or the offer was very small. The alcoholic beverages and the water at the bar were not enjoyable. Positive was, that it was so lots of small discos were, you have to not at ... all from the golden 5 city resort go out to party. read more

    Very nice and large room, as well as balcony. In the room gave: tv, air conditioning, mini bar( once a week filled up ), safe telephone, hair dryer. The shower was leaky and old, so it was always wet and slippery in the toilet.

    The staff were totally unfriendly, as I have never experienced something like that. Only if you you a little tip given deliveredst, then their job. The staff speaks only English and Russian! The room was every day tidy, but there was a lack of thoroughness and cleanliness, only after tip!

    Animation there was not really. Discos were ok. Wi-fi there was free of charge in the lobby. Aqua park is ok, has some good slides. Shops there were everywhere in the hotel or outside, one must only watch out that one does not get ripped off and action was everywhere possible. It was hell please read any negative review right through, everything is described therein, is the truth. Thanks to our great tour operator Michael we could to 2 days the hotel change and had in a other complex a very nice holiday. Almost all German guests have the hotel leave, in the short time only tourist met, the shocked and even signatures collected have, because this hotel a absolute Impertinence was. My daughter and I have to facilitate screamed, when we the hotel left. read more

Nice hotel. A lot of improvements opposite the last few years. Staff are very nice. Only disadvantage are many Russians. Beach is very clean. Good possibilities to go snorkeling. Large entertainment program. Many pools. A lot of excursions can you booked on site. read more

Good hotel! The distance to the beach about 5 to 6 minutes beach chairs were always sufficiently available, on pool and beach! Food, I had only in the restaurant in 'paradise' eaten, was always good and plentiful! Only) was many a time the beer and other alcoholic beverages from?! The cleanliness in the whole hotel was good, the room every day clean and the towels changed! Is very recommendable the' German restaurant' with cook Corina, very good! I had scarcely 2 weeks a great vacation in the Golden 5 paradise! My special thanks go to Simone and Kathleen of the ... German guest service! Many thanks again! There is but also negative! And these are the many vendors at the pool and beach, always very annoying, and the vendors in the mall in the hotel)! I can recommend the hotel! The hotel was mostly by Russian guests visited, and it was not very pleasant, however should the but in future righten, like us the manager told you very large value German guests. Partly one was from the staff always only times with Russian and then with English spoken. The Italian restaurant you could really forget, the staff are unfriendly and the food also tasted, however whereas the German restaurant was perfect well as the Italian a slice. All together was the vacation but really nice. read more

A something an ageing hotel, that much of its earlier charm lost. The staff are attentive, that remedy, but it is missing simply a modernization. The complex is nice and big, but you can see in all the corners in need of renovation. The staff are friendly and courteous. Cleanliness and size of the rooms fITS, however you should not to high standards of the hotel altogether have. For families with small children the hotel is only partly recommendable, since there everywhere ' Verletzungspotenzial ' by many broken/damaged things gives ( for example tiles in the outdoor area, broken covers ... by the pool, open cable the wayside.). Also the old elevator not, so we gave our buggy always the stairs high drag had. As far as we experienced the hotel is cIRCA 14 yrs, but a older impression. To the beach it is a whole piece to walk. Unfortunately the corals all dead, we knew that and were a bit disappointed, that it was so not much to see in the snorkeling, but you can get a boat trip (with small child of course into the water falls). Another drawback is the temperature of the pool, unfortunately for us way too cold, the sea was warmer. The many Russians us not continued to disturb, than Swiss or German you will very accommodating treated. For us as a family it was a pure beach vacation, only in the hotel, but it is only partially recommendable, if you want comfort or not in need of renovation luxury searches, one must probably another hotel choose. For our price-performance idea but rather fit. With a rather low vacation we expect definitely not much more. read more

Paradise is a very nice structure, bedrooms are confortable and spacious. The Hotel is part of a HUGE complex with lots of pools, 8 restaurants, shops, kids clubs and other clubs. We are extremely happy with the Hotel personnel, from the pool guys to the people in the kids club, to the management. Everybody really did care to find ways to improve the quality of our vacation, and it made a difference for us. read more

we would any time again vacation in the hotel make. Just a pity, the in the meantime more Russian tourist gives in the hotel and this is also a other culture of the day. It would have been nice, if it again better Deals on German tourists would give. The staff are very hard-working, guest complaints. In particular, the staff from guest relation hard-working very and we bewunderen the friendliness, in spite of the dissatisfied tourist. Which we not always understand, because you can really a relaxing vacation in the hotel spend. read more

As others have noted as a German guest you were treated very nicely. The staff were always friendly and tried very hard. The general manager and the ladies Kathleen and Simone from the guests service have be immediately taken care of. I found the food in the main restaurant was very varied and well, and I am quite picky with the meal. Particularly great I found the small hors-d'oeuvres, the so nice on plate prepared were. The downside is, that the elevator broken and it is not down to the dining room. For handicapped this hotel not suitable, maybe more ... if you have your own wheelchair in tow. The hotel's own Wheelchair could be exchanged shall be, he was partly what he wanted, but not what we wanted. The heated pool is in Topaz very recommendable, large and warm. In the aqua park it was too crowded and noisy. As far as I am concerned, the price performance ratio oK, at a reasonable price with great pleasure again. read more

Our impression of the hotel and its area refers to the Paradise hotel. The only good food we had the impression that you will find in the German restaurant. After some things we ate in the main restaurant have very bad we tried German restaurant and from the four day of our stay no where to eat. Really very good and a goulash like at mothers always changing German dishes which were all very good. Which we did on vacation the pool was not good looking after guests, the exterior underkept appearance this lady and mind the vacation mood didn't ... complain. Specifically, it was the complaint about the food in the main restaurant in any way serious taken has been, sorry! Otherwise is the holiday great, Egypt is on the sea Rooten in this hotel to relax.
