We stayed in Jaipur for 3 days, and I feel this is the best we can get, in the price we paid. It was nice experience to stay there. The staffs is friendly helpful and will undoubtedly descent, the location is good to commute from. We basically liked the idea of cultural feel, we get when we entered the Haveli. Everything from bedsheet to room amenities reflect the culture of Jaipur, bright colours, painted ceiling, all will make you feel close to the Rajasthani culture. The cleanliness is what all we wanted and the good point here is every place ..., section of the Haveli is as clean as we wanted.
Mr Gautam was helping, friendly and welcoming. We can recommend it to anyone, with family or with friends who are travelling to Jaipur as its safe and sound place to stay. Even if we come back to Jaipur, Hotel Baba Haveli will be the only place we will choose to stay - and definitely recommended to everyone going to Jaipur. Everything has indeed exceeded our expectations. Thanks Mr Gautam for giving us a warm welcome.

This hotel is very nice. Neat, tidy and fully renovated, has beautiful heritage paintings. The rooms are comfortable. The owner and manager of the hotel is a great host. He is very generous and cares about the well being of his guests. I am grateful for the attention I received. read more

The owner is very friendly and really wants to help. The hotel is situated 3 km from old city of Jaipur and the transfer to and from are quite easy with auto rickshaw. Taxi to pick you up from and to the airport is very convenient. read more

I had booked a two-week stay at Baba Haveli Hotel for a business trip to Jaipur. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the owner, Mr. Vijay G., who offered his sincere thanks for staying at his establishment, greeted me warmly.
The hotel is true to the descriptions on the web, as it is beautifully decorated throughout with murals depicting Rajasthani heritage.
My room was quite comfortable, with a double bed, attached western bathroom, and complimentary toiletries. My room was clean and well air-conditioned. Each morning, I was served the complimentary breakfast, omelet, butter toast and jam, and tea. ... This was always prepared fresh and on time.
I also enjoyed other meals there, including traditional the traditional thali meals as well as other hot dishes, and the quality and price of the food was very much to my liking.
Finally, Mr. G.’s attention to his guests’ needs is to be highly commended, as he is truly dedicated to making Baba Haveli a second home for any guest.
I will definitely recommend this hotel for any traveler who wishes to enjoy local hospitality and personal attention. read more

I found this Hotel on the Internet and looked at the pictures and read reviews. I also have a friend in Jaipur who also went to see this hotel to see if it was suitable.
This Hotel and its owner lived upto and beyond expectations.
The hotel has original fittings and original paintings. Everything was of extremely good quality. The room and bathroom were clean and well looked after. I could ask the owner for anything that I needed as he treats his guests so excellently. There is a lovely open restaurant on the top floor with the most wonderful ... views of Jaipur. Access to transport to the centre of Jaipur was easy as a driver was available if necessary.
My stay was so wonderful I would recommend it to anyone. In fact I am already booking my next stay there. read more

Our first 2 days started in Jaipur and we found this hotel on the internet. One of the best hotel experiences we had on our trip. If you are in Jaipur ,you have to stay at this hotel with one of the worlds most serviceminded staff. Vijay helped us to plan the beginning of our travel. He fixed discount prices at well renown hotels in Pushkar and Jodhpur. Without him, the journey has´nt been the success we had. Thanks a lot..

Booked this hotel before leaving for India following the excellent reviews on here and was not disappointed.
Communication leading up to arrival was 1st class, they provided a free transfer to the hotel/home from the train station and once there we were made more than welcome with a relaxed feel.
The rooms are very clean, with hot water and the food was also nice.
Pawan Gautam arranged travel arrangements to visit all the main sites whilst staying here at excellent prices and he was also useful in suggesting places that you maybe havn't heard of in the guide books.
Overall ... we were more than happy with our stay here and the family at Hotel Baba are a credit to India and Jaipur. read more

In a tourism-heavy destination like Jaipur, Baba Haveli is like an oasis tucked away in the by-lanes of a desert. Located near Sindhi Camp, only a little away from the heart of the city, it is a cozy little residency built in the manner of a heritage hotel. Warm, accommodating, and economical are the three most apt words that sum up my stay here. Even during the JLF, the deal I got here was unbeatable - 2.5 K for two nights, breakfast and pickup included. It was a very comfortable stay, with the rooms equipped with most modern amenities ... and their decor vibrant with touches of ethnicity. The service was exceptional. homely yet professional. The hotelier Mr Gautam is extremely approachable and always there to cater to every need of yours. The place is also equipped to serve your other tourism needs. It is frequented by foreign travelers, and as a solo traveler myself, I vouch for it too. Highly recommended for everyone except huge and boisterous groups! read more

A lovely, family ran hotel. hard to rate balconies and size of the rooms etc as you get what you pay for. Dinner was served at tables outside your room (or the roof terrace if it had been warmer - which was beautiful). A little cool eating meals but we did hit the coldest spell in Delhi for years - and I can't imagine them having much need for heaters throughout the year! read more

It would be absolutely impossible for me to convey how much my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Baba Haveli!
We visited India for 2 weeks and stayed in a variety of hotels, including the Taj and Oberoi hotels (the well-known 5 star hotel brands in India). Our stay at Baba Haveli was UNQUESTIONABLY the best of the trip. The hotel is absolutely spotless, and the food is the best that we had while in India (Baba Haveli offers a spectacular menu of delicious food). We are huge fans of Indian food and it was the best that we’ve ... had anywhere. We chose to have dinner there every night, and very much enjoyed the beautiful roof deck. Most memorable, however, was the unforgettably wonderful service offered by Vijay and his staff. What a great and thoughtful person (understatement)!!!
We will certainly visit India again, if for no other reason than to stay at Baba Haveli. Should you need a driver who can pamper you during your stay, have Vijay hook you up with Sethi.

Although our stay was very brief, we were very satisfied with the service provided by Baba Haveli. Very tasty and reasonably priced dinner was offered on the rooftop terrace, the room had lovely traditional furnishing and the staff was very friendly. read more

Clean Hotel. Friendly Staff. Bad service, sitting on top of the roof and a half hour of waiting,
no one would come, we then got out drinks.

A very friendly atmosphere welcomed us, the owner greeted us with warmth. It is a unique place which combines comfort with what we as foreigners saw as Indian style. Of course it is not a Rajastan Palace, but you will feel as well treated as in one of them. The decoration is done with great care. It is worth looking at all the rooms, just for the fun of seeing all the ideas that were realized. Food is great. read more

On our trip through Rajasthan is the Baba Haveli in Jaipur in very good memories we could have stayed longer. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the hotel manager very welcoming. We instantly felt comfortable. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated in Rajasthan style equipped.
The food tasted excellent on the roof and the staff of the pool.
