Hotel Marolda^{(3 stars)}

The room was bright with a small balcony. Air conditioning, heating and safety deposit box were available. The bathroom was small, for this but very clean. The shower was a bit cramped, me but that didn't bother us.

The breakfast tasted very good to me. It gave according to election with an profimaschine freshly prepared coffee or Cappuccino, tea, choco and orange juice. To that a selection of different sorts of bread and rolls (the german taste not only the in Italy typical white bread), croissants, chocolate croissants, cakes, various yogurt, eggs, cereals, fresh fruit salad and fresh fruits (apples, plums, damsons, kiwis).

The owners as well as the staff were always very friendly and attentive. They helped dedicated and competent with valuable tips. All of the staff speak really good german. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. I have never a really clean hotel experienced. With three stars i would have far less than expected.

The hotel is rather small, the owner married couple even led, the always an ear to lend and many helpful tips ready. The hotel was very clean, far over three stars standard. The guests were (the nachsaisoon accordingly) couples of all ages, for the most part with small children or grandchildren. The guests were mostly from Germany. At the front desk it is therefore always a staff, spoke german.

The hotel is situated in a area of Sirmione, in the cars are allowed and offers a private car park. Vines provided for shade. The lake, ice cream parlor and several restaurants it is just a few steps. To the next supermarket it is approximately 800 meters. In the historic part from Sirmione it is about 2 kilometer, on foot we needed about 30 minutes 50 metres from the hotel there are but also a bus stop, from where you to to the center from Sirmione, but also to Verona (arena or train station, ticket costs only 3,50 Euro) drive can.
