Great hotel, very nice and still modern, but nevertheless much comfort. The bar and the restaurants are excellent! The menu was very good and the service very good. Was super rich breakfast! Everything with the on and departure to do unfortunately not 5 stars! read more

We were 4 for 3 days the alpine palace and had booked a double room with single occupancy basis. First the positive thing: the rooms are very nice and large. The location of the hotel is also perfectly, direct at the lift. But that is for the specified level not at all enough. Right at the front desk gave it problems, the staff i didn't know how a working and friendly in a good mood there was none. The everything was still tolerable and you could as bad start accept. Can happen but should not. What must not be allowed ... to happen is a catastrophic service in the restaurant area. The staff has no idea what it really in the alpine palace to do. The food for breakfast was alright, from all much and in medium quality. What is not was okay, the trendy five course menu in the evening. The dishes were not well prepared and also not tasty. One evening there was fish, this was without exaggerating so, that he was not cut could. Perhaps it would be with a steak knife gone. We took the check-in process at the table asked to immediately feedback to give. Unfortunately the mismanagement perfectly in the pants. The lady told us she had the fish even try and have it alright %blank%. Told us but at the same time in their ineptitude, that other tables complained could have been. Funny how you treat guests. In all areas are high quality standards with-not accumulation-indifference met. The-almost like random weilenden -wooden works of art of the junior chef Florian w. complete the harmony of modern and tradition.     The cable car is only a few metres from the ski cellar away; so are the ski boot still warm (of course every guest has heated ski lockers), if one relaxed on the reiterkogel the first rays of the day is. For relaxation you can in the afternoon across the nordhängen still quite good slopes to find. Great hotel with great design. Location in Hinterglemm also great. Teen games room not recommendable, strongly renovation-needily. The sauna area also very nice, however go plastic cup for tea not at all. Besides for the fruit in the sauna area offered no plates. Friendliness of the staff's not to beat. Room and cleaning of the rooms also spick-and-span. Entire staff really very accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant very good. We had a wonderful short vacation the alpine palace. read more

For a five-star hotel altogether quite inflexible and bad service. What I didn't like: Negative: Had to at the check-in long waiting for the room, although it noisy cleaning lady already long was ready. Lady at the front desk always gooey tone. As I am pregnant, I could a spa treatment, for which I have a voucher had, not apply: here was me no alternative offered, I had to make my coupon allow to lapse. -totally verrauchte lobby without non-smoking area Expensive price for example for manicure (without lacquer 43 Euro) and then took the treatment exactly half the specified ... time: instead of 60 minutes I was after 35 ready. - food altogether mediocre (much geschnörksel to moderate quality) No child care, no kids' program, no entertainment. Really horrible games room with ambience of a cellar.     We had one of the themed suites, and we were thrilled. The suite was very spacious, equipped with a waterbed and a jacuzzi in the middle of in the room. The suite was nicely furnished.

    From Hinterglemm there is also in the autumn very many excursions, you need but for the most a car. Many destinations in the area offer both for families, as well as for couples/singles of all ages attractions. Especially the nearby ropes course is very recommendable! In the summer there would be a couple more more options, some destinations like for instance the summer toboggan run close early october.

We were 1 week in Hinterglemm. But we despite rain felt very much at ease. The area, the atmosphere, the food, everything just top. Particularly to empfehlenn is of the sauna and spa, the mädelss there, understand it a to spoil. read more

We are regular guests in the alpine palace thrilled time after time. The style of the hotel we really liked the extraordinary combination of wood, rock, glass, super modern and traditional combines. The entire hotel is extremely clean, wellness area is beautiful. Saunafreunde come here fully at their expense with the lots of different theme saunas. Indoor swimming pool, the outside jacuzzi and salt water pool. Room very spacious, great bathroom, everything well-kept and in top condition. We had a theme suite, extremely spacious, even with fireplace! Food fulfilles all wishes: breakfast buffet rare find where in this quality and ... variety. Whether sweet or spicy, whether health-conscious or hearty-which are selection unübetroffen. Egg dishes from chef directly at the buffet on individual order the score prepared. Lunch there was a soup, salads and two main courses velvet side dishes, as well as dessert from the buffet. Evenings haubenmenü, the main course three dishes to choose from. Each of the highest quality, excellently prepared and very attractively decorated. All together again and again a succesful vacation in a hotel, in which one also in three nights get a good rest can. read more

The hotel is on the whole was very nice and the rooms very big. You immediately feel at home. Navigate a five star hotel. We had full board, whereas we to lunch nothing had eaten, because there until o'clock breakfast has been made. The hotel was not crowded.     At the reception we were nice welcome. The car in the garage ( circa 7 Euro/ day) brought, the pastry into the room. You will wholeheartedly worn out. The room was very clean. In the beauty area it was also great. Had a treatment in our reservation included. There is a wide variety of massages and cosmetic services. It is important, the arrival day appointments to distinguish, because they are fast. The advice to the various beauty products was unfortunately somewhat short respectively not informative, this could be improved.

    The spa area was not very big, but pleasant, because not lots of people were there. There is a resting room with waterbeds - very recommendable. The water is pleasantly warm in the pool. Jacuzzi is in the open, we didn't use it. To the sauna area ( is small): there is a nude area and a bathing suits. What has disturbed us was, that every sauna from glass is. Thus also everyone could look in, the situation is. Since you felt very observed. More privacy would be better. In this area there is also drinks, teas and fruit for self. There's also fresh towels for self. In all aspects there are a lot of hiking and bike trail and ski slopes. So for any time of the year recommendable.

Very nice hotel with very nice wellness area. The saunaaufgüsse were great. Breakfast and dinner very good. Service in the house also above average. Only drawback, you you had to for breakfast wait a bit long to newly restocked was, and the used tables cleared. This should in such a house not be. The Barman was very attentive and customer service. Positive was the Joker card, the quality of the funicular railways free. Altogether we have a nice holiday spend. read more

The parking garage is a public car park with the distinguished very narrow parking for the hotel and accessible to everyone.     The junior suite was clean and spacious, open bathroom was very attractive, in the shower but because of the dampness the paint on down, the beds were exaggerated too hard. In the junior suite, it was very noisy. The doors had too much game in the seals, so you could hear the noise from the hallway very strong.

    The reception on the day of arrival at the front desk was friendly. We were given a normal junior suite (50 meters² ) made available, although we had a junior suite deluxe (60 meters ²) booked and in writing from reservierungsmanager personally confirmed got.     Very spacious, open bathroom, only the beds are terrible hard we slept the 2. Night on the sofa bed (actually a bedding for children), the was much more comfortable than the hauptbett.

    The man at the reception was friendly, almost too sweet. The service evenings at the bar was-as the last time-for a 5 star hotel absolutely unacceptable-slow, unfriendly, incompetent. At least 2. evening the mood the bar man and we got our drinks somewhat faster. And that was certainly not, that one of the junior manager at the bar sat-the bad service and did not pay attention to its guests! A example for the arrogance: last year arrived our friends with large luggage and while wife and daughter their heavy suitcase on the staircase to the entrance lugged, sat the senior comfortably on the steps and looked you-no effort to help - not even a greeting you got!

The hotel is very beautiful we had a great and spacious room also the bathroom was a dream what I didn't like was the indoor pool the already getting a bit old if a closer look at a renovation would be recommendable still something we had in the underground garage a parking space the car was from the staff blocked all well and good but than after my car keys asked, because I am a bit from the same to get wanted I was asked when and why I a bit and would need if I the car needs should ... I half an hour earlier say everything very sweet intentioned but so much care I don't need and this was a bit too far - this hotel I would book immediately again but only about Hofer because there is the value for money really read more
