I have spent a great holiday last summer. My family had an amazing time fulfilled with many different kinds of activities, such as games, quizes, indoor and outdoor competiotions. Since we the last week before the Wintersperre ( the hotel blocked on 26,09.) it was a dream. The weather played with, it was very hot. I was a little afraid of this country and the hotel since one much negative hear. All NUTS the my new holiday destination. It was great hotels the food was very good and with a lot of variation, country and people friendly. I don't know as it in the peak season is (as we will not Fort) what we saw is the September great. The sea a dream Crystal clear and clean. ... We were simply dumb and happy. read more

Great swimming vacation, the rooms ( apartments) are really great, 2 large rooms, 2 toilets. Beach and pool in good condition, pool very clean. Restaurant it was somewhat weak, the choice was very good but the variety from day to day was not sufficient. The restaurant in particular the outdoor area were not always clean. We felt nevertheless good relaxed and felt really good. read more

Five years old, very large all inclusive- club hotel was for the built very moderate condition. The it is clean, if you're from the sanitary plants for the general use (in the restaurant area) it's expense. These were badly cleaned, smelled and toilettenpapier was rarity- otherwise are many repairs necessary. Peace and relaxation you don't find, since lots of guests with little space, ample volume and mess made. Nationalities: mainly Russian guests, some Poland, the small remainder spread over German, English and tourist from the scandinavian countries. read more

    Our room was on the 4th floor with lateral view of the sea ( direct view of the sea avoid, since pool and animation directly before-always loud!). It was very spacious, with a small kitchenette (why also always in all-inclusive) and a large bathroom with brick shower. Closet is of course available, but it is so wrong, that the sliding doors always alone vanities. TV there is, included some German program ( tip: just run a search, mostly too many Russian program programmed - however, you can change). Air conditioning is available and works well. But: with us, the condensation water in addition, that three times the floor slabs would be soaked and at night then runterknallten. The plates were immediately replaced, the room cleaned and the bed linen, including the was washed, but the original problem decanting condensation water, was not fixed. At the beginning was even about us laughed, because we it dangerous found, if we then randomly a plate on the head may be would. I didn't so funny!

    There's a restaurant with indoor and outdoor outside area. For the number of guests however way too small! Receive it never all capacity-we had to partly come back later. It is a bit carelessly decorated, with many long tables. To the peace for the food it never came. It was worse than on the fair-on the behavior the fellow guests I will not at all even broach. Who a problem with noisy people, crying children and battle at the buffet has, the is in the wrong place here ( so we). The food itself was not spectacular there, but really reasonable and diverse. There was actually always something to be found. But, the dishes were actually all always just lukewarm to cold - unfortunately! For us was called there anyway only, fast purely, full and quickly as possible, since relaxation, with real intent, here not too was. Same goes for the lobby- bar. Very little tables, the facebook -depending young people were full. No possibility in the evening times one beautiful wine, or other to drink. We have at the end just a drink with our room taken. On the terrace in the outdoor area is whole 7 tables, of course the always occupied were-so also here no possibility wonderful place to leave. The pool bar is headquarters of the (questionable ) animation. Lots of small games, the already small space is slimmed-down and noise without limits meant no retreat. Atmosphere in this hotel for us thus right nothing.

    The staff in the hotel is mostly not even the English language (I requested basically no German, but English should a four-star hotel but on the row received). Drinks order is easy, but everything furthermore is in restaurant area not possible. The employees speak also penetrant bulgarian with the guests, no matter where they came from. Help then only hands, feet or resignation. At the front desk it is with the English was a bit better. The friendliness is rather reserved, but problem will cared. Although, in our case ( go I for the rooms closer mood), not sustainable. The hotel-doctor I could because of with a stomach intestine infection (don't worry, it was not the food) also to become acquainted with. It was nice and spoke very good English (no German). The medication I me in tsarevo yourself (was with the taxi easy for 15 leva = circa 7 Euro) and have helped me. Apart from that the value, as fitness studio, massage, hairdresser, and so on not really as spa -offer to designate, as the premises in the basement area, very small and are therefore not the, what spa understands.

    I can't lots to say. The entertainers were all around the 20-years-old and also the adults being treated as children. Well, if you like it. For us it was anyway not an issue-we wanted actually peace. The usual action, as water polo, gymnastics or volleyball were organized-I believe, which participated, found it good. It is anyway matter of taste. Which was good, if you didn't want to, you had to also not. The pool was huge and took in the place. We are walks on the beach, therefore this for us no matter. Loungers and umbrella by the pool free, at the beach per piece 5 leva ( so 2,50 Euro). For two people, two loungers and a umbrella so 15 leva). There is no mats-is thus a hard affair. Many chairs are broken or completely broken and altogether rather neglected. The beach is besides that really good. The water actually also. Who however problems with aquatic plants at, is in the wrong place here. There is much washed ashore-which is nature and normal. Jellyfish there were separate also. Unfortunately was in the second week also a whole lot of dirt washed ashore (probably a ship emptied)-that was gross. Internet: there is a room, but none uses, because all netbooks time, notebooks or smartphone had taken. Wifi is in the lobby-area free of charge and worked perfectly-a big plus.

    The hotel stands directly at the beach the small, beautiful bay-has the advantage, that one it to the 'private' toilets ( in the room) not far had. Apart from that it gives in the mini-place nothing. Left and right from the hotel are apartment complexes, in bulgarian private ownership are - in front of the hotel are two or three stands for need of beach and a mini -market. After tsarevo is it not far (circa 3 kilometer)-the on foot or with a small bus, the only 50 cents per way and person. At the beginning this drove commuted, later (September) then hourly. The stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Tsarevo has about 12000 inhabitants and it is rather quiet, also at the water front located. A few cafés, shops the souvenirs sell and smaller shops are to be found there. Nothing great, but for a walk in the morning or afternoon it is worthwhile itself already times (or confusion in the hotel to escape). After primorsko it is further (about 16 kilometer). This is as an excursion destination offered. We are however with the taxi went ( there and back 70 leva = circa 35 Euro). There is a long shopping mile ( however a lot of stuff, that you don't need), cafes, restaurants and two extensive beaches. There is a trip recommendable, because it directly at the beach numerous small beach cafes enjoying is with a wonderful view on the black sea. We booked the following destinations ( TUI): Sailing Helena, of sozopol to Nessebar ( Sonnenstrand) and about 3 hours stay in Nessebar. (63 leva per person = circa 30 Euro) The ship is in very good condition and it was really really beautiful, however is a -hour ship, even if a sailing is, rather unspectacular and boring. Nessebar itself is worthwhile however quite definitely. The leadership was poor, little information in bad German. We promptly dropped off and everything explored on foot-it was a good decision. The city has a medieval, well-kept atmosphere-of course also many shops, but also beautiful, cafes and many details to the discover. Jeep safari with boat trip: (59 leva per person = circa 30 Euro) Stay away! It is Russian jeeps in poor and very ungefedertem condition. Back pain and hoops are programd (we have good comparison to other countries, has been super experience, but this was not done). Otherwise the journey is very short. The boat trip is nice and leads through a nature reserve. But with not even 1 hour, can the trip anyway not really save. Two-day trip Sofia, plovdiv, rila monastery and borovets (239 leva per person = circa 120 Euro). Great! You get to see from the real Bulgaria and all facets. Capital, historic city, idyllic located monastery and high mountains. The food is good, the accommodation for the night was in a great four star hotel in Sofia. Our guide spoke perfect German and had an incredible know, that you almost relentless shared with us has. She was very caring and a nice power lady. Only real problem was the small bus with no room for your legs-the long journeys were despite numerous breaks a tortour. Nevertheless I would this drive in any case repeat! It will be other tours offered, however find a because of lack of participation not at all only instead of - a great shame. Basically but for almost all tours, that a long bus- sammeltransport cannot be circumvented. The hotel is so off the beaten track, that one stop also always the longest way has.

It was an all-around perfect family vacation. The bars and restaurants nearby I can't rate them, because it is a halblstündliche bus connection to the center there (travel time 5 minutes). But we had at night our peace. The entertainment during the day and in the evening, as well as the kids' program, were organized perfectly, but never pushy. From the apartments we were surprised: 2 room with separate taxable air-conditioning devices, 2 TV, 2 toilets. We will this hotel definitely stay there again! read more

We were very relaxed come home. Everything was great, we were satisfied-) But there are 4 details, the just occur: 1st dirty beach ( even with glass) and quite dangerous path from partly loose planks and rausragende nails! 2 there are no shutter in the apartment available, only heavy curtain and only one of the two windows. 3. sanitation in the bathroom need repair. 4. lower/ not any variety of fish in the restaurant. Tip: before you the hotel bay, you should decide for itself, what a is more important - direct view of the sea & loud noise ... from the entertainment from the morning until the evening or quiet room & side-) read more

For Bulgarian conditions an excellent hotel, the is definitely recommendable. The 2,5-hour trip from the airport the good complex and the proximity to the beach balanced. read more

We (19 and 17) were because of the price and the too many good review decided for this hotel. In june we were 2012 there, before the peak season. Guests/target group: Mainly there were families and older people. For party vacations it is definitely not suitable, since all around as good as nothing is. Hotel/facilities/food: The furnishing of the hotel for this price is good. The rooms were regularly clean and were also large enough. The restaurant in the basement offers both inside, as well as outside seats and occasionally a live band on. The food was for the price ... well, for higher expectations but there are certainly something to moan about, there the food already all a couple of days repeated. The dessert was sometimes however somewhat quickly for my opinion. Between the 3 main meals gave it by the pool always pastry, snacks (pizza, fries etc.) And ice or other desserts. The ice and the yogurt tasted however extremely artificial for german conditions. The pool is ok, around itself to cool down and for small swimming units, but darint hard to swim, it is a bit too small. In the lobby there were comfortable couches and free wi-fi. The bar had a long on, but there were not the whole night long free drinks. From 23 o'clock (i believe ) you had to for the free drinks are charged. The beverages were all at home, however you could 'Atlantic red Rome' and the white rum flavor very good. In the shop opposite i even for 5 €per bottle two with to Germany taken. Cocktails were 45 pcs offered (Cuba Libre, Tequila Sunrise, 1 alcohol free.). However the barkeeper unfortunately nothing idea. The glass was half or more with alcohol filled and accordingly you could the cocktails shouldn't drink. The non-alcoholic cocktail (fruit juice with red syrups or pfefferminzcocktail ) you could whereas good as refreshment by the pool drink. Beach/staff/service: The staff no german can. An animator spoke relatively good german, but that was the exception. With english, you could at least at the front desk and with the doctor fluent communicate. At the bar it was then difficult. The beach is rather in a bad state. Many rock, many glass and all the joy is my friend with the volleyball still in a rusty nail (!) Kicked! The beach has officially not to the hotel, accordingly worries also nobody about. I have several rock and broken glass from the sand/volleyball field away. After i hotel-manager (lived 10 years in Germany and could speak very good german) faced have, that one the beach at least times durchhaken could (as the neighboring hotel also just did), the manager in an arrogance as i have never seen anything like it and demanded that only to see, that i am TUI is. So if you beautiful sandy beach and good feeling, should drive elsewhere. For friend of animals there is occasionally queues or turtles to see (of course not next to hotel beach, but in the affluent or the mountains). The entertainers were very friendly, strove and also for small children cared. Activities: We have 95% in the hotel anyway, i am only once in the 'city' walk (30 minutes on foot), around plaster to get (you can buy there very favorably, if you're lucky and someone finds, the english and as interpreter functions). Apart from that there except counterfeit markenarmbändern, suntan creams or gürteln nothing to buy. For other ways to spend your free time the hotel is or the area so not convenient. In short: Value for money is okay (food, room, service). The beach and the possibilities for other activities whereas are rather bad. We will stay there however not go there again. read more

We were with 2 adults and 2 children for a week to the beach vacation, what our expectations also fulfilled. For families the hotel is suitable, for Partytoristen until. The hotel is located directly on the beach and is secluded from a small Häusersiedlung, what shopping somewhat difficult, however there are evenings and at night no traffic noise, which is a very good night's sleep can. To the you can go shopping also good time with the taxi after primosko drive, what about 15 to 20 minutes takes and still within our budget. All in all a good family vacation. read more

The trip to the hotel has comparatively very long (circa 2 hours), but it was worth it. I found it was a really great vacation. The entertainment was great, there were about 10 entertainers the around the hour for fun have. The food was amazing. The mountings in the bathroom were loose and the tiles were bad glued, but one is anyway rarely in the bathroom. read more

This was once a great summer holiday. The hotel is clean and well maintained. two guards supervised the whole day around the pool (very clean, not too much chlorine). The food is very delicious and there is something for everyone. The entertainers were very friendly and always ready for fun. We'll be back! read more

We spent a very relaxing holiday in serenity Bay Hotel. Early in the morning it already starts with sport, darts, Shubek, cocktail game, etc., in the afternoon Boccia, volleyball. Every night except Thursday, the entertainers a very entertaining show (dancing, comedy...). For young people the party the hotel was not so well suited, since it is a bit anbgelegen of the party area in Bulgaria. I would rather families with children with small children recommended Volt (kids Club). The food was on the whole tasted very good and there was plenty of choice. read more

The hotel is generally clean and well-kept apart from some details, it is not too big we also liked and you really always found a pool chair. The food in the all inclusive offer is very delicious and there's something for everyone. The staff could mostly didn't speak German but English. read more

    Shopping possibilities, there were rather less. There was a trip to the next larger city Primosko do in the really everything was unfortunately, this is also very expensive (return for all of us 60 euros). We are so went to Tzarevo there is a necessary - clothes, shoes, jewelry, souvenirs - but it is rather isolated.

The hotel is on a beautiful beach front location; unfortunately it was fully booked during our stay. The existing infrastructure was totally inadequate. There weren't enough umbrellas available; as far as pool chairs were available due to their condition that didn't really use them (dirty/broken). Also lacked sufficient shelter from the sun - especially for the kids, the awnings of Kleinkinderbeckens was broken and the pier to the beach a dangerous Stolperfalle. We really liked the choice of the dishes and the water tasted strongly of chlorine. Unfortunately, I am sauna and gym (equipment/partly defective) not recommend. The ceiling and ... walls in the spa area were partly with infested with mold. Overall, the grounds safe with regard to their rooms to be recommended; if you are looking for a clean and well-kept infrastructure is expected here after our perception is not well cared for. read more

Already at the occurring the room the door couldn't be opened. In the bathroom there was a leak from the ceiling but to demand has not been stopped. The room is cumbersome and the balcony was very small. To Eat does not exist much to say always the same and it was more than enough to get full and was the original coke, Fanta and sprite there was, no drinks! The Snacks stayed in the pool area also always enjoyable and it was nice that it was always something! However, more precise terms too many shortcomings going back there travel ... let alone it recommendable! read more

For teenagers, the wanted to experience something or evening entertainment with dancing and music want, this hotel is not suitable. The salads were good. The food could definitely more varied and it could be more variety. You could also no poultry food, because it is not properly. The entertainment was good, but unfortunately the music at the pool daily repeated several times, which was a bit annoying. The whole pool area was clean. Unfortunately there were too few places in the shade available. Highly recommended is the sea and the beach ☺ read more

It was a nice area, directly on the beach, unfortunately these wastes a lot, there was not enough varied but tasty. To the next town it was about ten minutes with the mini bus reasonably priced. In the whole we were very content, it the complex there is not soon to had been renovated but it is not to be recommended anymore. read more

A very nice quiet hotel. Especially suitable for families with children. By animateure good children entertainment during the day and evening entertainment for adults. It will be much free time activities like volleyball, table tennis, soccer and a lot more. The rooms were cleaned every day and are very large with kitchen and bathroom, telephone, tv, balcony. The food is delicious and varied. Every evening there was a different show of the entertainers. We can recommend this hotel to all time and will go back a second time. read more
