There i vocationally much trip, i know from my experiences, what conditions a expensive,' star hotel'fulfilled can or should. Unfortunately we were in the Kata beach hotel on phuket-in relation to the value for money-very dissapointed:the first impression and the open atmosphere in the entrance area is very good. The staff at the reception was helpful and friendly, however became my complaints not accepted and we had to for the room changing the next morning again 130 Euro per 5 nights to pay extra. Our first room smelled damp and musty. The furniture was recently outdated and would ... have for this price (a night in the double room with garden view = more than 200 €) to be changed. On closer look at flickered mold under the wall painting out. Said this of course the special odor in the room! The joints in the shower were also dirty and moldy. The alleged garden view, on the internal anlagenbereich directly on the across the house walls. The room was therefore dark. On the way to the elevator there was a dead cockroach, the reinungpersonal days discreet ignored. The room with a view of the sea, which we after pushing and ask on the next day were given was, much beautiful, bright, clean and above all no mold! However only against a extra charge available. The wifi was not in the room price included! Per hour were 3 €requires, on day 12 €. Either the internet in the business center was free of charge available(4 stars?). The pool- and beach chairs were already early in the morning occupied. The beach chairs cost 5 €on the day. The audience in this hotel was almost exclusively russian and behaved as the german primo -tourist on Mallorca. The breakfast tasted ok, however one was to point 10:00 a. m. Asked, the food to stop and to go! The leisure facilities as excursions you should in the town book, since the hotel prices totally were outrageous. As well as the transport to the airport on own fist be arranged, because the hotel for a distance at least 1200 Bhat requires (30 €). Phuket is unfortunately only a completely overcrowded tourist place, so that we after our 3 week below average rather koh samui or kao lak recommend. Unless, one is while searching for sex tourism and Ballermann-atmosphere. read more

The hotel is large and clean. There is also a large swimming pool. It is very simple and nothing special. Here were very lots of russians in this hotel. The beach is 10 minutes away. The the beach not by a promenade separated, but from a main road. To the beach goes but also a shuttle. Your best borroweth a moped and drives to the secluded beaches, beautiful. Next to the hotel there are lots of restaurants and shops. read more

    Restaurants and bars we didn't use. Do not think it a restaurant in the hotel there was. The breakfast was not very big. There was not even Nutella. The choice was very low and small. Nothing special.

    The pool is very big and there is also a children's swimming pool. We have the pool we didn't use it and it was also not so lots of people by the pool. :-(

    To the beach it is 10 minutes on foot. With the shuttle 3 minutes for shopping, knead and restaurants are here lots of possibilities. The hotel is in the center, not too much and not too few go.

The three not free liegestuhlreihen are dense, but further you from the hotel less busy. Nice shaded pool chairs in the property. The hotel seemed clean, but we had the most of the sightings of ants about cockroaches on rats in these countries but certainly always happen. (you should but also bear in mind, how much poison for a ' ungezieferfreie' environment is necessary) despite everything we would book the hotel again. read more

    We had a room the garden looked but also the sea. The room was very pleasant decorated with dark wood. The furnishing was in a very good condition. Ie air conditioning was good to operate and not too loud. Minibar and safe available. The bathroom with a bath was big enough, always very well cleaned and fully okay.

    The staff was always very friendly and attentive (always a smile on the lips) One always felt as welcome. Our room was daily thoroughly cleaned, towels were always clean and sufficiently available. Bedding could you on our own request if needed every day to change leave. Broken lamp was replaced immediately. For breakfast you got if not available immediately, very fast a new table set.

    Hotel lies directly by the very nice and clean fine sandy beach, the water was crystal clear and calm. The hotel offers a pleasant peaceful atomsphere. In front of the hotel the Bähr. Distance to the airport about 50 minutes pleasant drive.

Прямой перелет из Франкфурта с Тайской авиокомпанией с пересадкой в Банкокке, Был потерян чемодан, который получили только на второй день после ругани с туроператором. Очень муторная регитрация в Банкокке при пересадке на Пхукет. Номер в отеле стандартный, убирался качественно, питание разнообразное очень вкусно. Но все это несравнимо с красотой моря, мягким климатом и шикарной природой. Обратно летели по тому же маршруту вечером самолет был просто шрот. Но всё это не испортило впечатление от отдыха в Тайланде. read more

Such a bad hotel we had never booked! We were angry and disappointed! First options within with mold on the ceiling, dark and not cleaned. Second room after complaining then better but it is not cleaned properly. Cockroaches, dust and other small pets in the room. Breakfast awful. Slightest selection, hygiene at the table and at the buffet by employee terrible. None in the restaurant can speak English. At the omelettetheke everything dirty, it just only a couple ingredients zusammengemixt! We loved our morning rice with vegetables eaten. Coffee terrible. Who here great finds, has really not any claim. Beach ... overcrowded, expensive, pay, dirty beach chairs. On every strandgast a annoying beach vendors, you can not at all relaxation. motorsportlärm at the beach. Water crowded with people and not clean. Pool is ok. Wi-fi is only pay immediatly is however convenient not available. Behind the hotel ' abzockermeile ', überteures food (atypical for Asien), bad quality of the food. A shop on other with irritating vendors. The has nothing to do with Thailand and asian atmosphere to do, this is tourism pur. If you like-okay. Hardly any friendly thais, other asians, friendliness only fake. Transfer to other beaches costs as much as to the airport. Patong beach best jump, since omitted nothing at all. Excursions definitely recommendable for example phang nga bay or koh phi phi around a bit beautiful landscape /nature to see. How nice was koh samui and even Bangkok. Phuket in our opinion you can check off! There must one not around half of the world flies, you can also in ' malle -El Arenal' have. Unfortunately! Luckily we were afterwards yet in Indonesia. read more

The 4 floors hotel is like a closed complex built with a large inner courtyard; there are swimming pools, lunch restaurant, snack bar, fitness etc. After my estimate, there were 200 to 240 room. There is lifts, but also without, very comfortably one can use stairs. Thanks very much green (trees, palms, flowers) has a feeling as in a small, comfortable park, the from the outside by hotel building is separated. It is free wi-fi in every room. read more

    We have the room de Lux on the 3, penultimate floor; it was very big, in good condition, with air-conditioning, tv ( on German 1 consignment-dw, many other in English, a french, Russian, dutch and several asian), with very large beds (2 times 2 meters) and fantastic bathroom. It is free wi-fi in every room.

    There are three restaurants; a only for frischtick since 06:30-10:30 with two buffet european and thai, very plentiful. In addition as usual drinks and a lot of fruit. In addition a small bar, where there was always eggs on different art prepared. 2. Restaurant is in pool area, a mittagsgang with drinks costs about 400 asked (10 Euro). And two snack bar are in the pool area. Now a restaurant for dinner ( dinner) where not only hotel guests but also people of street come may. Very good food, the staff however - a catastrophe. In the worst case waited a whole hour, before the beverages came, and the next course even after a long wait and very irregular. Only after conversation with the restaurant chef was little better. In any case for a proper dinner ( appetizer, soup, main course, dessert, for example ice or chilled fruit, drinks in between) you have to at least one and a half hour count! The young women and men instead of quickly the guests operate, have fun together to speak and amuse. Best no half board order and for dinner someplace else go.

    To the service belongs every day two bottles mineral water free. Prices in mini bar ( fridge) about twice more expensive than in 100 meters away in 7/11. No strength control ( like for instance often in Turkey) like mini bar use it (with us we have generally for our in store bought drinks chilled). Beware electronic devices: when you leave the room, there was no electricity (with a only exception - fridge/ mini bar). All in the hotel speak English, with tei accents (always at the end the sentences).

    Outside on the road completely in hotel closer there are many travel agencies where one can have a cheaper excursions buy, for example on the nearby the island. It is worthwhile action. To phuket town (the capital) can millimeter itself with bus or by taxi small trains (400-500 asked) drive. To the beach there are hotel-bus however also on foot takes less than 15 minutes.

We were in recommendation our travel agent there, but it was very disappointed, we had a 3, five star hotel ( Centara villas karon) which classes better and even was cheaper than this 4, five star hotel. Positive - directly at the beach, beach chairs cost at the beach but extra - quiet, nevertheless directly in the restaurant- and business - friendly security Guard at the entrance and friendly Maid service - nice visible swimming pool/ garden area to the sea now, but for the number of people already too small - room with a view of the sea superior ..., otherwise you looked at the road or hotel building - attractive large lobby Negative - unfortunately no friendly attentive staff - 2 large hotel Lumps in manageable garden on relatively small estate - mass processing for breakfast, inside a canteen very noisy ( in case it rains and the terrace not available ) - quality and very one-sided, one of 2 marmelade enjoyable, honey was sugary water, 3 fruits - yoghurt and fruit not covered, fly, juices not enjoyable - staff was at best disinterested, dirty plates stood until the end of our breakfast at the table - Birds served the leftovers of the highest quality - towel output, despite my welcome worldless output and return -staff seemed up to guard and housekeeping staff uninterested to unfriendly - hotel pizzeria: good pizza, but unfriendly service (generally seems a service on all levels in the hotel to be ) read more

Management problem the Zimmervergebung respectively the rooms were double at the same time. Food and room OK but not outstanding. Good location directly at the beach. Near the good for shopping. Bad solution regarding happy hour only 30 PCT reduction from the price. read more

We have already been on several occasions in Thailand. It was the worst four star hotel by all. In 14 days we had 2 broken scrape in the room ( after the cleaning!) how many lively, we have seen, I would not like to know rather. Afterwards everything was okay. The breakfast was for 2 weeks little varied. The loungers were from about 9:00 A. M. Already all with towels reserved (of English, Spaniards, Italians, Russians - hardly German guests in the hotel). Wi-Fi costs in the hotel relatively much. Cocktails at the pool bar were very poorly mixed ... (expensive and sweet ). The beach was because of of the weather 2 to 3 days so dirty, that the guests itself the rubbish collected. Recommendable kata Noi beach is (the neighbor-beach). read more

For a week short break ( seaside holiday) in Phuket, we have the right choice met. Gladly we would have a second week remained. The breakfast has a good selection. The rooms are beautiful large. The cleanliness in the rooms and in the bathroom is exceptional. We can the room 2447 on the fourth floor recommend - wonderful view of the sea and you don't get so much of it, if it sometimes louder around the pool range. All together we can the hotel highly recommend. Especially the direct location at the beach was great ( only a few steps ... of the pool area). It is however to note, that the beach a public is, no beach of the hotel, thus must the loungers be paid. It is however very cheap (100 Baht on the day) and the Thais, the beach sections manage make a great service. read more

Very recommendable: half-day tour siam safari nature tour with reflect elefantenhaltung and demonstration thaicooking, reisverarbeitung, rubbertree, elephant trekking and feed, kokosnusnutzung etc.

We were not the first time in the Kata - beach. The rooms should already be updated, but are clean. We had only with breakfast, but soon became boring. Always the same food, only the first two days cheese, then also not more on request. Always the same three types of sausage. No surprise and no ah... Feeling. Apart from that the hotel is well and recommendable nonetheless, but no' eye catcher' more! read more

the hotel is the country adjusted, not a concrete block, very tasteful lobby and the around we and our friends-we were fourth-very much. The complex located in einen'großen garden'wonderful and very well maintained. We had a superior room(36 square meters) more than adequate, we were satisfied, there was kettle preparation coffee or teaevery day 2 bottles of water free minibar was stocked-plus 6 liters. Drinking water for 60 bath (1.50 euro) breakfast was good-something there for everyone or very much on Thai food, good in terms of taste, which also we eaten have. age was mixed and also many ... children( in case it someone disturbs) nationality: German, Finns, Sweden, Denmark-last week of vacation came Russians and Poland so mixed everything was very pleasant. read more

Have once buffet joined in front which was satisfactory-price too high in the fish and meat crickets, the boys were still learning, took it to early from the grill so not by unfortunate, because it left. Well we only participated once. Drinks were OK. Breakfast was good bread, toast, small cakes, jams, eggs, omelet, fried eggs, sausage, cheese, 3 different yogurts, fruit-typical of the country-(Thai food) waffles, and so on it was plentiful and perfectly reasonable.

Beautiful rooms at thai style, i really liked. The rooms are clean, but a little noisy and if you are louder neighbors has, one is also not more for itself. Shortcoming for us were the hard beds.

Beautiful hotel area, you feel, as if you were in the middle of the jungle! Slightly different pool area (nachgebauter river with chairs). The breakfast was ok, without large highlights, but there is something for everybody. To the beach one was on foot well 10 minutes. Beach and water quality was of the finest quality! The place with all the small restaurants is very recommendable. But is Kata definitely not suitable for party holiday, however rather for people who relaxation and nevertheless gladly the evening in a bar. The excursions could also right at the hotel be booked. read more

the beach was extremely dirty, as was the pool. No one felt responsible view, only when we made this into the Internet pictures and threatened to ask, the next day the beach of grobenm garbage removed (fluorescent tubes, bar with rusty nails, debris of all kinds on multiple days.) The service is unlovingly and Thai atmosphere known Art nothing to do without 0/815 service orientation. Breakfast like in a station concourse, someone asked for the knife and fork, at the four. Question the proper on the table thrown. We were already seven times in Thailand, even for 800 Baht ... in cabins on the day, but have never had such a bad service. The pool was never cleaned, Children played there with torn down Parts of plants, then herumschwimmten days there. A shame, the place and the beach could have been nicer. read more
