Our stay took 9 days. Especially to praise is the food. The nice small town Konakli is within about 15 minutes on foot. To Alanya frequent dolmusse and you can the city thus about minutes reach (15 kilometer away). The gravel/ sandy beach is about 3 minutes' walk away on a street. The staff were all together very pleasant, up to 2 exceptions, but that can always happen. It was at least English, often also German, spoken. The animation was very pleasant. Not pushy. Not a party hotel. In the evening it always had great performances ( Bauchtanz, funny snow ... performance, musical night, etc.). The room was brilliant and modernly furnished. Unfortunately the cleaning lady was from time to time a bit neglectful ( time was missing toilets-paper, it was not always completely 100% cleaned properly, but it was, overall also here ok, if you don't have a reinlichkeitsfimmel has!:-) The food was brilliant. This is a absolute top hotel that offers great value for money. The food is a force at variety and taste where other hotels still learning. The service is also very good with the speed and clearing exactly the serving the beverage. The hotel is itself really beautiful, however not a five-star hotel! I was in some three star hotel the better! The service in the restaurant is terrible, only with tips one is served and otherwise let you skate, after 14 days is the food also really boring! The beach is somewhat deckig! The staff were mostly friendly, the power the vacation however not positive. The food wasn't varied, there were feast times to eat set. The tables were usually still full of crumbs and cutlery you had to gathering. At the beach bar was often 1 hour before closing nothing more to eat there. The beach was dirty and large rocks are in the water. It was my 7. holiday in turkey, I was always impressed. But not this time. Disaster. All together it is very beautiful hotel. Animation, food, service and the bars were great. Very friendly staff. At the front desk a total chaos. As you can tell the you as a woman nothing to say. My room was during the 2 weeks only 6 cleaned. All complaints didn't help. On the day of departure I was so disgusting of the deputy manager so insulted, only, because I dare I could to complain and for the day, no 25 Euro pay wanted, but a little less. Because we for the first time in Turkey flew we had a rather mixed feeling.
