Very nice old house with modern Influences. We felt very much at ease. The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired, and the garden is with good weather a real oasis of relaxation. For the food we can only the already existing positive reviews follow. As is the wine list except well stocked and something for everyone. In the whole hotel is very much value on details put, the feel good factor very to keep up. Disturbed us merely, that some motor biker, which several days in the hotel had, every day with the complete Motorradausrüstung ( included Jacket ) ... at the breakfast buffet arrived. Since we motor biker are bothered us this is not about from optical reasons, but hygienic. As probably everyone knows, is longer TRIPS on this equipment a relatively large ' Insektenfriedhof ', which wasn't nice to look at, however also not definitely hygienic, and in our opinion in any buffet a bit lost. read more

We were allowed dreamlike days: after a delicious breakfast with delicacies right from the region it was either with shoes or mountain bike in the surrounding mountains! Excellent possibilities, far, demanding and long to be traveling. As daily closing we a lot of time with the fantastic menu left. The whole atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and' informal' warmth. We are very gladly come again. read more

A hotel with refined, tasteful ambience and a centuries-old story. You put in so much effort with facilities and kitchen. Great dinner, good menu, regional products, beautifully arranged, beautiful dining Options on the terrace. Sauna area in the basement top, was recently renewed. Bicycles free of charge to borrow (tip: Danube cycle route to Lienz take, about 20 kilometer is just downhill, hard to apply, back by train ), WiFi free of charge, albeit with slower connection. No swimming pool, however beautiful, big garden with chairs, Hammocks, plenty of shade and peace, hardly use. Room with four-poster beds. Ideal location ... for excursions for hiking, no matter wether small round or ascents of the summit. Hotel offers several prepared alternative at. The hotel is very dog friendly, without that non-would allow dogs the nerves would. Only, small disadvantage: is relatively nearby at the highway, the transverse from Lienz after toblach is, is however not a problem, if you at night the windows closed. read more

The hotel is the family run hotel. The team consists of young aspiring experts in hotelfachgewerbe. The guests are lovingly cared for, without it importunate is. The service is perfect and lovingly. The rooms and sanitary facilities of the hotel left no review. The kitchen is than caps kitchen excellent. The examiners would we recommend the next time even a additional hood in straßerwirt to leave. Whoever isn't satisfied here, will probably never be satisfied,. A stay is worthwhile. read more

From the friendly front desk in the hotel with its brilliant atmosphere, has a good and rich breakfast buffet to the culinary highlight the dinner with at least 4 courses, a perfect house. In this old with modern flair combined stylish house, there are every day somewhat new to discover. All this, to put down on paper would blow up the framework, my proposal just stay and you don't want to go back to home. read more

The hotel is for some time, new leadership. Old reviews for example from 2009 meeting did not want to. It is a modest and nevertheless always helpful staff; you feel always personally addressed and never monitored or controlled; the hoods kitchen is excellent, the breakfast buffet plentiful with a great deal surprises, countless free services (from the bike rent, about's tea, Hundeaufenthalt and much more of course Wi-Fi and so on). A house, in a centuries-long story looking back. Our room (theaterstube ) was very spacious and very tastefully renovated. Also the new wellness area - not very big but completely our taste accurate-has convinced us. At the offered cleanliness was nothing to complain about, neither in the restaurant, in the rooms nor in the wellness area. Because of the location were numerous italian guests there. With 26 rooms is the building very well arranged. read more

    Our room had a very pleasant size and was practically new. The color scheme and furniture, curtains, decoration, as well as the floor coverings meeting wholeheartedly our taste, as well as the spacious bathroom. We are often in hotels -seldom have we so far a room so much as the straßerwirt! One small downside: during the renovation were the windows not changed. Our room was but roadside. At the friday-morning we were by driving by truck awakened, the in the room according to heard. At the weekend this is due to the truck-driving ban safe not a problem. In the summer it will open but rather be unpleasant, while having the windows open to sleep.

    The restaurant is very atmospheric in the ambience and the old house justice. There are several beautiful stuben available. The kitchen is with a hood excellent and offers easy regional cuisine. The food is well-we have already eaten bad, but also already better. The wine list is varied and in our opinion very good. At the friday each a 6-course menu enough. We were amazed, a tourist in flip-flops appeared, what but is apparently been tolerated. Missing here it still has the authority of the young team, so drop off a bit.

    The staff is too many very young, however ambitious and very friendly women, which it there and as a little bit of the necessary authority is missing. The focus on italian guests is recognizable - staff speaks (almost) always also italian. With the cleaning the room we were very satisfied. A small library would be to read others. During our stay were numerous newspapers available - unfortunately however both only in the afternoon. It would have been nice, the current prices right after the breakfast able to read. For such a small house, we would have liked a little more presence of director requested. First for the return trip we could in experience bring, those of the many young, friendly women the building leads.

    Lienz, the district capital, is about 25 kilometer away. There you find everything you need. The small village streets itself has nothing exciting and almost no infrastructure to offer. The hotel lies relatively close to the busy sunny side of the highway.

We had approximately 20 rooms occupied, all of them without exception wonderfully furnished and tiptop clean. The furnishing varies from comfortable, on old with great Four-poster beds to art. Every room has its own charm and everybody was big and spacious. read more

    all rooms were comfortable and large enough to huge. The furnishings was totally different. Some on rustic, but bright and friendly designed, some very modern and classy. All rooms I have of course not seen. But all of our passengers were without exception loved it! It was daily perfect cleaned. In the bathrooms everywhere Heated floors... Wonderful!

A thick praise goes to all! the snack in the afternoon has probably every hungry skiers-Tummy more than satisfied provided. No matter, whether after sweet or solid was... It was everything and plentifully there. all in all it is atmosphere in the house very harmonious and the prices are definitely human.

Everybody was very accommodating, helpful and understanding. particularly beautiful we found the artistic nature of the beds-some inclusive of draping the pajamas amongst others every day a surprise.

    We could from the hotel several Borrow sledges and the localown toboggan run enjoy. the wellness area is great presented. A Finnish sauna, a steam bath, an infrared sauna and a biosauna should any taste or needs. Different SpA showers, a cozy peace room, a rustic lounge with wooden corner bench for chats and access to the free and in the snow... Brilliant. The free offer of different types of tea and drinking water, as well as different types apples... What more do you wish for.

The Straßerwirt is a hotel with much charm and brilliant atmosphere! the Langlaufgebiete in osttirol and South Tyrol are by car easy to reach. the tea bar with about 25 different sorts is a dream, also the delicious snack in the afternoon. the new spa area is very well laid out and very relaxing. read more

Very beautiful hotel with about 30 rooms, our room was very clean, there are various types and sizes of rooms several rooms only renovated been the breakfast was very well, it was fresh orange juice, homemade marmelade, very good and fresh sausage ( ham raw and cooked), different types of salami, always fresh and very delicious bread, on request also fresh mirroror scrambled eggs prepared the dinner (4 courses) was served, you could at the buffet fresh, often still warm bread and various spreads get (lard), perhaps more would be nice, if it is a small salad buffet would give. read more

    the rooms are very clean and big enough. we had a somewhat older room, but it was nevertheless beautiful and super clean.

    we had our table in the stub, because we our dog in the restaurant had, the table was very nice set, in the evening Cloth napkins, wine and water glass, also the cleanliness was outstanding. the food was really a dream, the 4 courses were served, the main course you could choose (fish, meat or vegetarian), you could also choose for dessert( cheese buffet or sweet dessert). the prices for drinks were okay, too. in the afternoon from 2:00 P. M. in the fireplace rooms have a snack. there were soup, always great delicious, even baked cakes You could the whole day at the tea bar serve. Since there were certainly 20 different teas, you could look in the wonderful fireplace the room or in the comfortable Library reside, comfortable the tea.

Starting at the front desk, the service staff, they all had a smile. the room was every day very clean cleaned, the blankets had every day a other Form, very lovingly made as soon as we in the dining room sat, came the service and brought our dog the same water, everybody was very attentive and nice

    The place streets is a small, beautiful place, you can wonderful go walking, cross-country skiing and so on we had in the case our offer a horse-drawn carriage ride booked, it was really wonderful, you should in any case participate, the coach house was perfect nice, even with our dog, initially took the immediate vicinity,. Thick packed we drove with the horse carriage an hour through the beautiful area.

We fahrenschon many years in our Winter sports vacation to Straßerwirt and found the hotel, the food, the hospitality and so on always excellent. Under the new management and new Investment( renovated rooms, a great new spa-area) everything is much better became. The kitchen is consistent great, the new rooms are terrific and the staff are very friendly. You meet lots of 'regular' each year and our adults children are also very impressed, in other words the next generation guests is secured. read more

    For our needs (cross-country skiing) the hotel is located ideal. We are looking peace and relaxation and no 'remmidemmi'. It is therefore for us, that there was no disco or similar nearby is. nowhere it is cross-country skiers beautiful the lesach valley, in Innervillgraten and so on in a word ideal
