The hotel has approximately 250 rooms and is located in a well-kept and clean state. The rooms are daily really good cleaned and the whole complex is neat. It is a large lobby with bar, an indoor restaurant (the designated a la carte restaurant we despite intensive search can't find? - other guests however also not), 2 outdoor swimming pool (with bar), a small indoor pool, a beautiful spa area, games room (2 pool tables & Kicker), internet cafe, small fitness room and indoor disco. There was only all inclusive. Free wi-fi unfortunately not more. The guest structure includes mostly ... german guests and march of course mostly older guests (average age about 50 years with high sings retiree portion was however nevertheless well). The beach is about 250 meters away and on foot easily accessible. The old town side is about 4,5 kilometers away and with a relaxed walk over the beach promenade about minutes distance. Manavgat is located about 8 kilometers away. read more

    To eat there is only one thing to say: it is an absolute disgrace... A sneakier attack on the hips... :-) We have in a hotel rarely had such good dining as here. The buffet is really big, varied and really something for each taste (no matter wether breakfast, lunch or dinner). Therefore 6 suns and full marks. ! Thanks for the 5 kilogrammes overweight!

    The staff is even without giving any tip very friendly and always make an effort (with tips of course... :-). You get the drinks even brought to the table, the huge buffet own board. The foreign language skills are everywhere more than adequate (except perhaps as a chinese... Lol...). As already mentioned is the cleaning of the rooms excellent (only the cleanser in the bathroom smells a little after katzenpipi ). A doctor and nurse are on request at any time available. On the dealing with complaints we can't say anything, as we simply had none.

    The hotel is in Kumköy, the Airport Antalya is about 60 kilometers away. There are numerous shopping in the immediate vicinity. Excursions can on every corner also be booked. Night life of course enough available and as in any routistic opened region in the hotel you could easily with the Dolmuş everywhere.

Holiday point is a rather small, older hotel with about 230 rooms. It is already a bit dated. Here and there renovated, but rather transient. The hygiene is alright, if you don't looked in the corners or very sensitive. We had booked all inclusive there was breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the afternoon cakes and the whole day in the lobby fruit, turkish sweets and pastries. In march the hotel was to 90% from german retirees used. read more

    The rooms were by the size alright. The furniture was ok. The bathroom was a bit small. Here could only one person place to hang out. Superficially clean, if one looked more looked, more could have been done. A mini bar (refrigerator ) was available, but not turned on.

    There was a main restaurant. The food was mostly alright. The cleanliness was okay. For the butget, which the hotel is available, the made the best of it. One may no high expectations bodies, the food has all a couple of days repeatedly. There was also lots of fast food, but also turkish dishes.

    The service left more to be desired. It was not enough staff available. In the restaurant have the waiters tried, as soon as possible the beverages to bring, but at peak times it happened, that you sometimes had to wait or the table from the previous guest had not yet cleared. As were at peak times too few tables available. It happened, that you don't have a table got and return had. Prior to many tables from the staff for the langzeitrentner reserved. The cleaning of the rooms was superficial alright. Drinks in the evening in the lobby you had to yourself.

    The hotel is located in old part of Kumköy. There are still no construction. The shops are z. large part still in the old buildings. The distance to the airport is about 1 hour in Kumköy one has many entertainment possibilities such as shopping, bars, restaurants. The hotels in the area are mostly older year of construction. Is optical the area and also the beach area is not so nice.

We arrived in the evening in the hotel and were shocked. The lobby was also as desk and lounge/bar, a solo entertainer played more bad than good, loud drunken people amused themselves brilliant, one understood his own word not. In the us the assigned rooms stank it after kloake, we got a new, not much better. Everything was shabby, worn, unfriendly and plain, the food 08/15. the dining room reminded atmospherically rather a cafeteria, the pool directly on the street and also rather in need of renovation. Conclusion: everything was not 4-star standard. On the next day we had a ... welcome meeting at the neighbouring's iz flower, a difference as day and night, great complex, direct entrance to the sea were suitable, palmengarten, beautiful rooms, everything nicely done, clean, friendly staff. Great spacious pool area, fantastic food, great service, quiet and friendly employees. In short: we changed the same day the hotel (had to pay extra, that was it us value!) And spent in this entitled with 4 stars classified hotel beautiful holidays. read more

    Those from the staff, we experienced, were not unfriendly, however also not very friendly. The man at the front desk we had to 3 Euro per day for a room with seaview pay extra, but we got, when we the hotel changed, the money got back.

For the price there is hotel with accommodation and food good. Unfortunately, the beach section of the hotel in our travel time very badly maintained and dirty. Never again holiday point! Even for a bargain, i would this hotel nobody recommend. The staff are only nice and friendly, as long as you have tips a blind eye. Check in and check out, neither questions like for instance how do you like it for us? Or how was your stay? Cleanliness very bad. Neither in the room, nor in the restaurant & of the lobby. The only thing which good was, was the kitchen. Soory-only the kitchen has a star! read more

The hotel is outdated and needs to be renovated. The rooms are poorly soundproofed - snoring from the neighbors, sex from the neighbors, you have the feeling had the neighbor is joint user from the bathroom. Food, service but it was everything okay. read more

In january 2013 we were for 10 days holiday point hotel. Our room was newly renovated on the ground floor. The overall impression from the hotel is very good. Especially the very nice staff and the varied tasty food really pleased us. Should be emphasized also the central location, as well as the proximity to the beach. The value for money could not have been better. The wellness area is very clean and tastefully decorated. We have for the 1. time massages and were treated ourselves really amazed. Murat had and very good advised. Our masseurs cayer and Zehra have ... great job. The full-body massages were a dream. Next time we will definitely again make. read more

Never again this horror hotel the condition was really under all sow. Guests and employees were under constant observation, there were rumours (of the chefs personally) widespread despite complaint nothing was done. The bosses (4 chefs) were 24 hours on the day in the hotel and have the guests only bother me. The conditions with the staff was very tense. Only the spa-team Murat(information ),Zeynep, Hakan, Caner(masseurs) and the rest of the crew and the animator Dilara were great nice and gave a lot of effort to the make of the guests. This hotel should a lot change for ... regular guests to win. A huge praise goes to the spa team and animator Dilara. read more

For the price and the season it was an amazing vacation. Who no large requirements places and a small purse has, for the hotel is velvet staff and kitchen recommendable. The rooms were clean and functional and the staff very friendly. read more

Staff in the dining room super nice and always made sure that everything right. Room straight reconditioned and make a friendly impression, although the bathroom quite small. Food could not be better, what on vacation on offer. We can only thank them. read more

Cozy hotel, where the room currently to be renovated. You notice but nothing. Everything is very clean and the staff attentive and really friendly, however is the chief receptionist, mr bahim, very rude and arrogant. The toilets in the lobby require urgently the renovation, are often dirty, but after short tell was immediately cleaned again. Especially praiseworthy is the spa area, the massages and treatments were excellent, super! For the 'winter holiday' the hotel is great, in the summer is the way to the beach a bit cumbersome. The hotel is already outdated. The bathroom was way too narrow, not clean and the shortcomings of the facilities we did not like the shower. The carpet in our room there was very dirty, the fridge old and partly moldy. The bed linen on arrival dirty. The staff in the dining room is very quick and is very friendly and not pushy. But understands it partly bad german. It can become difficult an apple spritzer to get. The entertainment in the hotel is the worst i have ever seen. We wanted at night in peace in the lobby drink a ... tea. We got to see was partly simply revolting. The hotel could be good on the Ballermann is possible. There would probably not be noticeable. We were since 1997 over 35 times in the hotel. We liked it still there super. At the reception we were welcomed in a friendly manner and after a short waiting time a beautiful room with a view of the sea. The room was our cleaning lady always to our complete satisfaction cleaned. At the all inclusive food we had nothing to fault. Especially the delicious cake buffet in the evening it to us had done. The waiters, which we already many of our holiday in september in the hotel knew, were very friendly to us. Drinks in the restaurant ... we were served very fast. We were satisfied all around and are in june return. read more

    The food was great: varied, very beautifully arranged! A wide selection of fresh food and also for the meat. Very laudable: every evening additionally a ottoman buffet with typical local dishes. The dessert buffet was very good! A big compliment to the kitchen!
