Hotel Premier Inn Cardiff East^{(3 stars)}

The rooms are small but are very clean, nicely decorated and friendly. In the room is a comfortable, full size double bed with clean sheets, and a small desk and a TV that the in UK "normal" channels. 1,2 (BBC, ITV ... ) Also a wardrobe with some subjects for clothes is also in the room. For a water heater with two cups and tea, coffee, milk and sugar. This will be re-filled every day. The bathroom is small, but modern and clean. There are plenty of towels and soap, etc. Available. All in all I was pleasantly surprised from the room and would go back there again anytime.

In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, the "Beefeater" restaurant. The breakfast is served in the morning and there is also the possibility to have lunch and dinner. Breakfast choice a "continental breakfast" and a traditional English breakfast with eggs, bacon and Co. choose from. Concerning the latter you can choose what you want and it is freshly prepared. In addition to the English breakfast addition toast, cereal, fruit juices, and pastries are available (this is also the continental breakfast). The food is fresh, tasty, and the price was fine. Also, the restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated (which is a lovely atmosphere).

The hotel staff is very friendly. Both the staff at the front desk, and the staff of the "Beefeater" restaurants where you can handle the breakfast but also for dinner, are no matter what time of day very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning is perfect. Depending on what the score will clean towels and shower gel and soap are provided by the hotel.

This hotel chain "Premiere Inn" is a clean, nice and gorgeous hotel. The rooms are Admittedly rather the smaller sort, but VERY clean and tidy (which you in the UK unfortunately don't the case). In the immediate vicinity of the hotel are enough parking spots are available, the save a big Schlepping luggage. Also very positive emphasis is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (no matter what time of day or night).

The hotel is located about a 20 -minute drive from Cardiff's city center and about the same from Newport. For tourists without a car, the Cardiff like to experience it so, in my opinion, is less suitable. The area around the hotel is very nice. Directly across from the hotel there were extensive meadows and a quaint little town (Marshfield).
