The hotel is in a total bad condition. Renovation works would be urgently required. The rooms are partly very dirty and neglected. Tiles stayed in the pool area demolished. Elevator didn't work properly. In our bathroom came the panel from the ceiling. In the children's pool was a shiny power strip. The pool was full sand, because the shower didn't work. This hotel is renovated, a renovation here not more. The stairs were dirty and during our whole vacation not a only cleaned. I during time of vacation no only saw, that it was cleaned. In things cleanliness is this ... hotel an impertinence. read more

    Our room was a catastrophe. In the bathroom the panel the ceiling down. Everything was very dirty. The toilet-brush looked so grausamu from, that I with a pace helping, because I could not see without me to find it disgusting. If you the toilet rinsed ran water from the cistern and it developed small puddles. After our complaint was a towel ones. Bed sheets was not changed. There were towels every day and they were also mostly clean.

    It was the worst food which we ever in a vacation got. The food was on the English co-ordinated that and it gave plentifully chicken. The food was always cold and often, we had to wait a long time to take a new plate. Butter was all, since there were times 2 days no butter. The tablecloths in the dining room were so dirty and dirty, that you have long had to look, to find a table, the still halfway went. Table cloths were never changed, if it was dirty, then they were simply turned over. We really had never such a bad food and trottz all inclusive we went out to eat, because it dawned in the dining room.

    Serving staff in the dining room was very unfriendly and also had no motivation more to work, because the season to end. In the bar there was just plastic cup, which we with 4 stars also never experienced. If you tip gave one got a glass. The glasses you had to so buy. The waiters in the bar were partly friendly, when it tip gave, apart from that you could not friendly staff in this hotel talk.

From the outside power Chaika Beach a good figure. Very nice at a fine sandy beach located. From the inside in particular, the dining room and the cleanliness is ok an absolute disaster. About the taste one can argue, but if the tablecloths since devaluate from the 4 weeks not changed were, I don't know how it in not public area appears. Hygiene in the kitchen? For breakfast there was not time orange juice and otherwise not really fresh fruits what fruit flies already conquered. The rest of the English breakfast rather lower level. With the meals to the lunch ... and dinner I could no difference discover. Every day there was always the same, nothing variety. The taste is very which the numerous Russian hotel guests. Wi-Fi and other extra' s belong actually in a four star hotel in addition, but not for little money must be paid for. We could after 4 days the hotel change and saw that it was good four star hotels returns. The vacation was started. read more

Overall a nice hotel. You have to expect lots of young people there are, as they all just as I personally their party vacation want to do. The age about 19 to years. Especially praise I beach bar. Not only the staff very friendly was, they also have fun made. The beach is directly in front of the hotel and thus ideal for sunbathing at the beach. As a youngster I would every young people recommend the hotel with the partying rest would on a good room respectively at the beach. read more

This hotel has not a star! The whole furnishing of the rooms and the restaurants is under all sow. Everything was dirty old and neglected. The staff are unfriendly and tried not to understand or to be helpful. The pool is a danger for all swimmers, the lighting underwater is about one meter far from the opening at the strip in the water floated. The soil lacks the extraction grid on the holes, on the edge, the overflow lattices everywhere broken. In the rooms is the toilet leaky so that the rinse everything from the pipe runs. On the cabinets ... were everywhere old blood stains. The mattresses on the beds are so old and damaged, the one on the ground if one insert themselves! Overall the hotel is an absolute disaster and definitely not further recommendable read more

Huge hotel. Partially moldy rooms (luggage storage). Inflexible reception and general bad service. You can sleep only with ear plugs! All-inclusive food was simply only disgusting, not diverse and mostly you had to crockery and cutlery wait. Conclusion: quite and not at all recommendable. read more

The hotel i would definitely not again book. The staff no language properly speak. Had 3 to choose from. English, german and russian. Were only once for breakfast and since only ate outside. Tables were not cleaned. The staff the crowds not afterwards. The choice is not very tasty. The prices at the Sonnenstrand is worthwhile no all inclusive and in this hotel already times not at all. Alcoholic beverages selection is very limited and bestäht only national drinks. The room itself is ok. Bed linen wasn't changed and small faults. Very noisy the size of the hotel it is ... a constant in and out. Elevators constantly broken and so on The hotel's location is good and Bulgaria is also recommendable to tschaika beach. read more

    We had three in a budget room and were prepared for anything and everything. But on arrival we were surprised. We had a room in the 10th Floor with a view of the sea. And the room was a 'families' room, that means the sofa bed was in a vestibule. So everything wonderful. Bathroom quite small, but good enough. Unfortunately only a closet. Problem of course was the story with the lift. 3 small lifts for about 200 room on 12 floors are of course too few. Every day the stairs up and down to run is not barely great.

    Here is unfortunately the problem in this hotel ( but I so far still no great hotel food in Bulgaria had). Everyday the same only in other form. I mainly with soup and salad fed, the most meat simply not tasted with exception the chicken nuggets. But be careful, not everything to chicken nuggets appears, also chicken nuggets. Sometimes bites you in a vegetables nugget purely. Assign nevertheless three suns, since the beverages were perfect and even the locals alcohol enjoyable was, even if the mixtures were habituation needy. But since you knew yes even to help.

    Staff quite friendly, even if the language a little lacking. Because we no complaints whatsoever or similar had, I can't write. The cleaning lady came every day, until late in the day, if we once again not from the feathers arrived. Once the cleaning lady even into the room while my colleagues were still sleeping, for towels and so on to change. In the dining room was the service unfortunately quite negative. Constantly was missing cutlery and/or plates. Glasses for the drinks were also quickly. Tables were not cleared off. Also a change of linen was done only between the meal times ( if at all). Bartender at the lobby bar and at the beach bar were very friendly and always for a fun.

    The hotel has two pools, both large enough around itself to cool down and a little splash around. Animation was also offered, but since we mostly at the beach anyway, we had not that much received. By the pool are chairs and umbrellas free of charge, but as always off course the whole day by some reservations taken. At the beach a beach chair cost per day full 8 leva ( circa 4 Euro). 2 loungers and 1 umbrella so just 12 Euro. A air mattress and a umbrella from the promenade are loosely.

    The size of the room was really sufficient and we were very satisfied. Other had rather worn down room. The bathroom was also okay if you the cleanliness an eye examined has. The room was cleaned every day. A trestor was available. ( 27€ per week)

    The food in the hotel is not really good. The only thing which reasonably edible was were fries. The hygiene in the hotel is not good. The guests some have the schöpflöfel licked clean and also so were bestec and glasses not really clean. Partly we had wet tablecloths and after a view of the ground they had lost our appetite by then. I would rather outside somewhere something eating before you mate.

    The location is very good for vacationers the somewhat undertake and it didn't bother us since it evenings/ is a bit more noisy at night. Directly in front of and behind the hotel you will find numerous shops, bars and discos. The beach is directly behind the hotel and E is a beach bar at the alliclusice guests drinks received. The shuttle from the airport fraud three quarters of an hour. Excursions there are sufficient.

    In the beds you can exactly good on the floor sleep! The bathroom is extremely dirty. Room has a normal size for 2 persons. Tv with RTL satellite. 1 ProSieben Small fridge Safe 7 lewa on the day Clean was the room already, except the bed just very tired and the bathroom was really dirty. Sewage the floor was because of the dirt close. Than mold in the wannenfugen and as I once the toilet brush out took, I would have lain beinahme 's bathroom puked!

    Here really 0 points. The food looked every day different, but actually it was everyday the same. Once around, once square. Afternoons and evenings exactly the same food, day for day! And really nice to look at is the food not. A pure mass processing, when you think, that it the hotel no matter, whether it tasted, nice appears or something like that. Then the plates were extremely dirty. Exactly like the tables, which are only set again, if the whole time, in which you the food could get, was over. Stood thus for someone from the food on and went, were not cleared or a stained tablecloths replaced! We are from the second day in restaurants gone, despite all inclusive! Got only from time to time eat there, if we really do not want to restaurant had. WE are now the third day at home and my buddy must probably due to salmonella treatment, with me ireland standard time it luckily not so bad!

My buddy and I were as a couple and everything went very well. The check in was easy exactly like the departure. The 7 days were no real relaxation but we wanted to also every day party which we with this hotel also managed. There the location just very good. The first disco party hut is 50 meters away. The picture is a photomontage because the hotel by a street the 15 meters wide separated. The staff are also always very in a good mood when it comes to the beverage but partly unmotivated. Most drinks will be spent in ... plastic cups. But this did not bother us. Especially you very quickly get to new people know. Thus was a great vacation and I would book this hotel again. read more

The 2. x and pleasantly surprised have been. The dining room has been extended and equalized, which at the buffet and drinks station no chaos more causes. 2 small problem was immediately complain about fixed. Animation we didn't use. The view of the sea is super, however therefor you get the 'feeling' the seafront with, where a bar/shop/snack after the other and thus no really quiet vacation is possible. Food was delicious, but in the 2. weeks still a lot repeatedly. But we will defitinely again go there... :-) read more

Hello, we were with 4 persons on site. The rooms are in a bad state. The booked studio was a disaster. We are altogether in 3 rooms been What the other 2 apartments were. It was pretty much everything for everyone: Broken beds, closets, entrance, TV, fridge and as high point Hunted a mouse with the staff a mouse in the 9 floor in the middle of the night. As compensation for the whole we were beach chairs offered to the value of 16€, What we of course rejected thanking-). For any complaints, we were at least twice At ... the front desk. The bar respectively restaurant staff was really great. Animation and the food was also OK. Never again! read more

It should a lovely vacation but it is really not. The staff were not very friendly to us and could anyway not really German with us to speak. In the restaurant you will not be asked, whether the waiter the dishes must, he makes it simply without asking and directly after which he saw that the plate was empty. Thus the staff is in my opinion not very friendly been. Our hotel room should for 3 people but we got a room with a double bed and just 3 pillows put. The 3. Bettdecke was in the closet! Our bathroom ... was everything else than clean. There was a bath tub with integrated shower however without shower curtain. So was our bathroom after showers underwater. Our toilet was not really close, this ran after washing down a bit from. The cleaning lady our room no little clean. In the bathroom only the floor mopped, the toilet or the tub were not touched. In the entire week our toilet wasn't cleaned once. There were every day new towels but they were not really clean. Toilet paper we got also not always new, the then once led the we completely went. The beach is definitely not recommendable, the it a lot seaweeds anspült. Es in front at the beach a really green Algenmasse the every time washed ashore. read more

The staff are really friendly and helpful, it is only cleaned and tidied up, so what did I have never seen anything like it. The rooms are every day very thoroughly cleaned. Thanks to this hotel was our first holiday to Bulgaria a total success. In the lots of reviews has been repeatedly drawn to the delicious food, the cleanliness, as well as the location of the hotel and the friendliness the entire hotel staff received. read more

The Chaika beach is really very well situated. Directly in front of the front part of the hotel lies the beach and the sea. But as we back part our room had, we unfortunately had no lake view, but view pool. The promenade takes you, if you turn right, right to the center. There you could very much undertake and there is very lots of cheap restaurants and small boutiques. The hotel is apart from that very clean and remarkably ghroß overloon, maybe a little impersonal. If you through the front desk goes comes straight ahead the restaurant, if you ... to the left takes the very large spa with sauna, Hamann, steam Bath and so on, but unfortunately extra costs. The buffets in the restaurant have we liked it, if the dishes partly also a bit different were prepared as you are used to. The selection is OK. It is nice that to eat the beverages are free. Between the meal times there was also still different small snacks. Over the food one cannot weight really. Our room had, as mentioned, pool view. On the balcony there were 2 chairs and a table, the room had climate, mini bar, TV and always clean made. The bathroom also. Tip. Maybe a little more bezahlnen and the book a room with a sea view. read more

My friend and I really liked the hotel. It has a very nice spa area with sauna, Hamann, steam room and massage. The costs but extra and is not in the all inclusive included. The hotel is quite large and consists of several Gebäunden, in the middle and to the beach are the pools. The hotel is not too crowded, there are different guests from different countries accommodated. The restaurant is the furniture okay, the buffet but good and the selection large. There was the morning, lunch and evenings always warm cold buffet, in between snacks, so you not at ... all in addition, one of the restaurants at the sunny beach try-). On sunny beach it was still relatively empty, except for many groups of young people, the their ABI celebrated. Discos and clubs abound and there are already a lot of fun for everyone. Also what, D IE specifically on German Partymusic shot has ( Partystadl ). Our room was from edr size sufficiently. Unfortunately we had a no balcony, but the room was good equipped. Safe, Satellite TV, mini bar and in the bathroom there was a hair dryer. By the size could the bathroom a bit bigger his, but it was always very clean made. read more

Since hotel lies directly at the beach, just by the pedestrian precinct separated and almost directly in the center. The hotel is very large, it consists of 2 complex. The a right at the waterfront and the other dahuinter. And after to the water loungers the pools. The restaurant is located between the two houses and we had a very good all inclusive get. The food was very diverse and we both enjoyed it very much. As I am a vegetarian, I somewhat more vegetraische dishes, because meat there were enough. Great is the spa area, the very big and ... well maintained. Also came guests from other hotels here. Unfortunately it was not included in the price. Our room was surprisingly very big, with a small seating area. The view was to the pool. Apart from that very well equipped. The bathroom was modern and the cleaning ladies always cleaned well. Tip: on sunny beach you can very good and cheap Clothes shopping. read more
