The hotel was adequate for a short stay. You can see the hotel at all corners and ends its age. The rooms size was good and the large windows were very nice. you fell asleep and woke up with sound, it was great. Otherwise was missing in the room unfortunately a hair dryer, which absolutely standard should be. The location is very good right on the beach promenade. The service and the tone of the staff, however, is more than bad. You got answers to questions and devaluing the morning at breakfast the service was annoyed with amenties not insulting ... sayings. A shame if the great island norderney then a guest at the first time such an unfriendly picture. I am a fervent norderneyer and will not deter. but it is a pity as the guests are handled! read more

We stayed over Easter in the hotel and everything was fine. Those who complained about the poor condition of the hotel complained shouldn't forget, it in norderney. For a quiet break we can certainly recommend the hotel. It is centrally located on the western beach, so that everyone at the hotel not existing amenities ( restaurants, excursions, bicycle rental and so on. ) short walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, mildew we didn't find. Also the number of Fernseherogramme not really important since we wanted to explore the island; for interested in more programs we can stay at home. The hotel's indoor swimming pool and sauna we used them every day and is for this time of year and the size of the hotel ... was adequate. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and adequate. The hotel is rather basic, the staff is friendly. But the facilities did not justify the price. There is no Internet connection, hair dryer, and the tv has only programs. The pool was rather small and only for two people and there were only showers for men and women. Partly in the bathroom was mold in the shower area. Despite friendly staff I will not go back to this hotel and recommend it to any of my friends or the hotel. read more

We were over new Year's Eve at the hotel and transportation to and from the hotel was quite good. What the previous guests have described is indeed partly reflected in it. But it is not such a big deal! The bathroom was very small, but with good lighting. The mattresses on the beds were soft and quite worn. An exchange in the room six is advisable. The room was relatively small, very old and very basic/Spartan furnishings. Bad general condition of the furnishing (wallpaper peeling off in some spots, SPAK posts (Gammel stains kL) at the window wall, old musty carpet, apparently very rarely cleaned bedding (blankets, pillows, mattresses very musty smell), despite dauerlüften with the windows open was the Muffel-smell not to be out-gotten, the staff seem only to spray the. Everything was okay, good breakfast, nice breakfast room, rooms were unfortunately to the parking lot, was not noisy, since hardly any cars, but unfortunately no nice views.
