Hello to all the after Marrakech travel and a beautiful Hotel Club search all inclusive. Hotel altogether great. Food, room, staff everything was great despite Ramadan. I think if no Ramadan would be even better. It is located 5 minutes with a car after gueliz and 10 minutes the famous jemaa El FNA square.
There are a lot of French people, Belgians, some English and some German no russians. Very recommendable read more

For a short break very recommendable. The shuttle service to the town center works great. The animation was not too obtrusive. Very friendly staff. The buffet was rich for every meal time. read more

absolutely unfriendly check in, Cushions at the pool bar dirty and full of stains... Not very inviting, good food but unloving Presentation, at the end of the meal times no fill more buffet, bad breakfast buffet, on the evening cocktails are adulterated juice and alcoholic beverages.

My in short is: the hotel is beautiful and really further recommendable, however one can get quite far with German not. The staff only spoke French or broken English. Most of the visitors had problems with diarrhea under other the buffet every day the same, however very extensive and there was something for every taste. The only what really bothered me was the gala dinner on new year's Eve: felt 1000 people at once on a buffet after 10 minutes it was buffet run down, leftovers on the floor and chaos in the staff.
it is the best, that the ... hotel a bus city center is offered, you can use whenever you want and is free. Also the safety is not to be sneezed at, at all times of the day and night you can see private safety Companies on the hotel premises.

the hotel is as such really nice, a very well maintained and beautiful laid out area.
the suite was very large, two bathrooms, living room, bedroom, two balconies, Hallway, 2 flat-TV eTC.
BUT: the staff are extremely itself fixed. The staff the entertainers or eat in the same restaurant, on the same tables, use the same buffet eTC.
Nothing against fuss, but they pushed to everywhere before, the staff of the hotel, particularly accommodating service, also the last bread, fish etc. the last. Even wine for us was no longer there. Three bottles were available at the next table at ... the entertainment.
