Clean facilities around a nice pool. Well equipped kitchen, big living room, very nice balcony. View of the sea is however not really available - payment for is worthwhile not! Friendly staff the also spoke German well. Without rental car however no possibility itself move. read more

As in the past year was so nice, we have 2012 again for a stay the Presa de Moura decided. Still a great place for couple and families, the a quiet vacation in a well-kept and high-quality equipped accommodation to spend. The entire area is in perfect condition. It was missing to really nothing. As we felt very much at ease and will definitely go back. read more

This time we went in "Presa de Moura' near Carvoeiro. Much has been said about this apartment complex. And all the positive reviews exterior just right. So I give now it's just some technical aspects. read more

    Kitchen: fully equipped, but only on a T1 2 pots and a small Eierpfanne instead a lot of sharp knives, overall nice design, large,newer refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher, icebox and oven. You'll be able to find it to others for things, the grounds were not as washing up liquid and Whisk, bathroom: Italian style, very new and attractive; heated floors with electronic control; there are no storage space for the utensils. Please note: The water is extremely hot - the size of the rooms was ok. for children! Bedroom: very hard mattresses, otherwise ok, the closet is deep enough to leave our bags hineinzulegen, overhead light with dimmer, air conditioning and heater living room: armchairs and sofas very well kept, with Washable schooners in matching color; light carpet, two glass tables, safe kratz-sensitive, but there were no coasters, so a small CRT TV (approx. 58 cm), digi-satellite Astra 12 and 28 (UK), DVD player, overhead light with dimmer, air conditioning and heater; land line good network coverage (GSM and UMTS). Hallway: alarm system with PIN code

    Gym: a stationary bike, two treadmills, an elliptical trainer, a rowing machine and two resistance machines, TV on the wall, only english channels, no VIVA or MTV; the room was clean and neat. High humidity, the windows should not be opened, and are so morning Condensation. The spa and sauna, but I did not use it made a decent impression. Pool: clean and well-kept, but go in November as "Eisbader" purely.

A really recommendable area for families, or couples. The apartments are all sea view with views across the gardens to the sea. Our apartment was lovingly decorated, very clean and tidy. The balcony had a table, 4 chairs and an umbrella, so you are really comfortable. The two bedroom apartments with lounge chairs and also have a terrace. We had booked Focasa, the service was excellent, which is important to us to mention. The service was very attentive. Rolls way, you could order the day before and in the morning in the reception desk. This service is done without extra ... cost. The gym is also worth mentioning as the machine very well-kept and everything was clean. The room through the large glass is wonderfully light. All in all it was an easy days there. read more

The apartment complex Presa de Moura was located on the outskirts of sesmarias, between Ferragudo and Carvoeiro. Next to the smaller and larger apartments are also Villas to rent. We had a two-storey apartment, above entrance, kitchen, living and dining rooms, large balcony, separate toilet. below two bedrooms (with bath/WC and shower/WC), with exit to the garden area and 2 sun loungers. The descriptions of large extent Melanie meet our unit. Most of the guests were from the UK, some were from Germany, mostly over 50 searching and peace. Families with children or young people were thus not very plentiful ..., and pool a quiet performance by agreeing. read more

    Very nice, spacious apartment with neat furnishings and decor, air conditioning, telephone, alarm clock, safe, TV, DVD, fireplace, large balcony with an umbrella. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, modern stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron & ironing board, toaster ... The bedroom in the lower level are a relatively steep and narrow staircase; "our" apartment is so for disabled and infants not recommended. Both bedroom with two twin beds, and mirrored wardrobe; one with bath, Doppelavabo, bidet and toilet and the other with shower, sink and toilet; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Hair dryer, bathrobes and pool towels are available. Everything was very clean, Bedlinen once, towels changed, twice a week. Only the balcony from the side door cleaning mostly forget.

    As the apartments have fully fitted kitchens is rather cook announced. We were rarely in the Island Cafe, with offer, quality and service but all very pleased. At the Island Cafe has a small breakfast buffet. The menu is characterized by American chef: Fine salads, burgers, steaks, and desserts, all beautifully presented, large portions. Both the charakter hall as well as outside in the small courtyard to sit comfortably. And the bar offers everything your heart desired: cocktails, long drinks, beer, wine, coffee ...

    The staff is friendly, usually you can't see. Except Sundays, the apartments cleaned daily; if we returned at the end of our travels, everything was back PICO bello. The check-in was well organized, although we only arrived in the evening and the reception was. We followed the instructions in writing, a security guard was within 5 minutes and leads us to the apartment, the formalities took place on following day. Main language is, as I said, one of the ladies at the counter English speaks good German. The front desk to order concerned fresh rolls and baguettes, to apply from 9 hours can be met by. Upstairs at the reception there is a hairdresser/beauty salon. We didn't use the laundry service.

    Beautiful swimming pool with beach chairs, umbrellas, shower, toilet, vending machine - for us with 20°C water temperature but still very cold. Below the pool a gym, a small jacuzzi (jacuzzi)and a steam room, everything was clean, but not particularly attractive. Further offers: tennis court, children's playground, mini-shaded putting green.

    Presa de Moura is remote and very quiet, between Ferragudo and Carvoeiro, with view to the green and Panorama view to the sea. A rental car is absolutely necessary. The distance to the airport Faro lasts about 60 km (through the motorway to Lagoa, not to Carvoeiro, but just shortly after Lagoa direction Ferragudo turn, on the hill is situated at the top sesmarias, recognizable on water tower; at the end of the town follows a curve: you will se is Presa de Moura). There is a small supermarket in sesmarias, larger supermarkets in Lagoa or between Lagoa and Carvoeiro. The small beach Caneiros is by car in 10 minutes. In addition, there are many other lovely beaches to explore.

The location is situated on a hill away from any tourist area (car recommended) in the outskirts of Carvaeiros. To the location and the local shopping area is a few meters away, so you should bring your car. A superb property consists of a multitude of terraced houses and villas, all around to Presa de Moura include. Overall a lot of green, no bunkers or huge condominiums to see. The Driving directions designed despite a brand new navigation a bit harder, as both the suppliers and the tour operator no exact directions (note: from town center Lagoa first toward Carvaeiro ... keep Ferugada systems, and then always after you pass by the hotel area automatically.) We had an apartment in the first floor with a view of the sea and pool. The entire outdoor area, the pool, a fitness room and spa area are in very clean condition and were maintained every day. Complaints were received in a friendly way and promptly dealt with. The staff (reception and cleaning) speaking Portuguese and English (no German!! ). The apartments are themselves are grgeous!! After entering the front door secure your first the alarm clock, what a certain duplicates. From the hallway leads to the respective rooms. In the bathroom with underfloor heating(!! ) are bath with a glass division, sink, bidet and toilet. Towels. Bathrobes and toilet paper are provided. In the kitchen you will find icebox, stove, microwave, electric Squeezer, large refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The kitchen is adequate with nice and enough dishes (from all four longdrink, whiskies white wine, red wine flute glasses ) and cutlery stocked (knife could be food hotter, Messerschärfer is not working as it). In the spacious bedroom is space for luggage, the beds are ok (unfortunately only a large sheet). A safe box in the closet, hanging space for clothes in variety available. In bedroom and living room area are both air conditioning warm/cold. The living area is spacious with attention to detail, dining room table, four chairs, couch, TV and DVD system. The balcony offers plenty of space and is equipped with very stable furniture. The cleaning was done daily, except Sundays and holidays, instead it is thoroughly. The resort itself has a small restaurant, which we have not used. The front desk is the opening hours except Sundays only until 17 hours, but call is always someone about call forwarding distance. The rooms can be arranged through direct from the outside (at home), be called. All in all, we will go back to this resort. Just lovely for those seeking relaxation. read more

Super area. right Villa. Great rooms, nice service. The area is a little out of the way, very quiet, yet large. Ideal for relaxing holiday. If you want to do something you definitely need a car to drive into the environment. The houses are fully catered for with a kitchen that everything was included, what you need. From dishwasher, microwave, fridge to kettle and toaster everything was available. Each room has its own bathroom. There is a fitness center, jacuzzi and a playground for children, as well as a Badmintonfeld and much more. You can even borrow DVD's and CD's. ... It is very nice, just like in a fairytale, provided you are looking for relaxation and tranquility. read more
