Hotel Paradis Palace^{(4 stars)}

The rooms are large and have a beautiful big balcony with good furniture. The view toward the sea is beautiful. There are air conditioning/heating, tv with 3 german channels. The furniture may partly be replaced, they are worn. A mini bar is for all inclusive guests and is always with water, and soft drinks refilled. The bathroom is with a bath, sink and toilet large enough. The hinges on the wall and the silikonabspritzung at the tub and sink should be changed more often.

The breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant restaurant. The breakfast buffet consisted of different breads, different sorts of cake, salad, jam, sausage, cheese, gek. Eggs, fried eggs, omelet, fruit coffee juice and freshly squeezed orange juice. Lunch was offered in the beach restaurant with a view of the sea There was always a salad bar and soup, then you could choose from pasta, pizza, different meat dishes, fish, cake buffet, and fruit. In spite of the few guests the choice was good and we had a Always the something found which us tasted. We were once in the Riu Marco Polo food, it was good, but with us in the hotel it us tasted better There was also every day another motto, tunisian, mediterranean, asian, and so on. The offered drinks were ok particularly the wine tasted good, the offered cocktails were not the best. The waiters and cooks were very pleasant and with some tip they were still nice. The dining room and tables were always clean. The atmosphere in the dining room was good.

All of the staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful and spoke more or less good german. The cleaning of the rooms was good. A doctor there was also in the hotel. Complaints were dealt with immediately and fixed. The manager is always in the hotel accessible and often speaks with the guests. The gästebetreuerin Ursula also helps with great pleasure.

The beach was perfect but was not used by us. The swimming pool was very beautifully designed the water but too cold. There was enough chairs but some should be renewed. Sun protection is sufficiently available. The swimming pool was okay but the cabins, showers and toilets in the pool were too cold. The fitness center should be renewed, the devices can partly no more to be used. The manager but has promised to improve things therefore 4 suns. Entertainment available, but not used

We were in february since, there were a lot of older long-term tourists but also young guests in the hotel. It were around 60 to 100 guests in the hotel of which about 80% germans and the rest of tunisian, french and other nations The complex is large and clean. The rooms were mostly in the main building with a view of the sea, they were big enough and clean. The lobby was large and color very nice with the seating coordinated.

The hotel has directly at the beach with a very nice beach. Hammamet Yasmine is about minutes ( 3 kilometer ) the beach along to reach. Where you can stroll and shop. Hammamet you can also at the beach along reach, but if you the road along it easier (circa 7 kilometer). For the hotel there is always a taxi. Drive to Yasmin 4 Dinar, to Hammamet 5 Dinar and after nabeu to the friday market 12 Dinar.

The rooms, we had double room type 2/separate bedroom (2 children) booked, were very big and clean. The furniture in the bathroom should be replaced. In the rooms but everything was alright, if you have little things, which for me, not holiday are important, ignoring. The room was equipped with mini bar, air conditioning/heating and a tv. Also in the separate bedroom was a tv and an extra air conditioning/heating system. Although we hadn't booked sea view, we got a room with great pool and sea view. Our maid was a pearl. Always our always very clean and cleaned daily with small touches decorated. (flowers, swan made of towels...) Thank you very much!

The gastronomy of the hotel i would like to highlight and my personal experience signs. As much bars and so on. The hotel has is available in every catalog. The kitchen of the hotel was very tasty, there was every day another issue at the evening buffet. Certainly the tastes are different, but you always found something. Of course you have to have the courage also new to try, as hamburg Schnitzel there is not. The cooks gave themselves every day very hard the guests always something for every taste to conjure up. The naschbüfett tempted us every evening and there were high-calorie delicacies. We enjoyed it and we were always with the quality satisfied. If something everything were, one refilled immediately. For breakfast was amongst others fresh crepes and omelettes enough. Friends of cereal come but also on their costs. The restaurant was very clean and the staff exceptionally friendly. Fast and quick one with drinks and the table-ware is cleared. The lunch, which was in the beach restaurant offered, be the beverages in plastic cups. This we found not so good and should by of the hotel be changed. At our time was the atmosphere very nice and especially individually. On my birthday, i was the restaurant with a cake, a really great table and a ständchen congratulates. This again thank you very much! The bar of the hotel is inviting to be comfortable a. Numerous beverages' sweet ' the evening. From 10-23 hours all-inclusive drinks, very attentive staff, enough. Also in the outdoor area served, while we in the sunshine sitting. A waiter told us, that he since 38 years in this hotel would work and in 2 years in pensions is. ' i am glad when my guests good geht' this told us the waiter with a proud, lächelndem face. Respect, because the occupation can tell you... Another 'older' waiter greeted us always with the words' i am there again... , i know, i am again...' These three phrases eased the mood and provided for fun. Besides with a tray full of dishes easily on the shoulder. A special thanks to ezzeddine (but also his two colleagues) from the bar, in the week areas were fantastic had. The service the team but also the delicious drinks and the friendliness really impressed us. Here, i would like to 8 stars... , since it was really great!

In the hotel is extensive service... - wi-fi is available free of charge - private shopping center in which one also finds everything, if you sometimes forgot - own bank for currency exchange The waiters is exceptionally friendly and always helpful, also understands here everyone spoke german... The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned every day the towels were also. Towels for the pool can be borrowed against a deposit. A safe in the room can one against a fee of 5 td/week. We didn't have any complaints, there was no reason and therefore i can say to it also nothing. I could but also under the guests no unsatisfied guests see. Here, i would like to 7 stars, 6 stars are but only possible.

The indoor pool is in fact a a few days old and needs to be renovated. The water is however clean, the loungers also. There is therefore a swimming pleasure nothing in the way. The pools in the outdoor area make a very well maintained impression however because of the temperatures not usable. The entertainment was discreet and not intrusive. Because of the indoor pool there is a star less.

A lot was already in the other reviews, i in my rating only on special things a. The hotel is very spacious designed and has the charm of an older house. It is a very well maintained hotel with a great pool and garden area. The hotel beach was cleaned daily. On us the hotel a very clean and well-kept impression. You could surely the hotel not 4 stars in Germany compare, but should be clear to everyone... Both in the spacious lobby featuring comfortable seating, as well as at the bar there is free wi-fi. The average age of the guests was multicolored mixed and balanced, were many nations represented. The hotel was of course not fully occupied, which we used however as very pleasant found and so some nice contact the hotel staff to conditions. And the staff the assets of the hotel. I think it just rude, as some here about staff of the hotel comment. The staff are exceptionally friendly and not at all pushy. We have only very service oriented employees. Especially important to mention would be, that the sanitary installations on the ground floor certainly somewhat older are, but always very clean! And we found that very important. What purpose have golden taps if this not clean are? In my reviews i rate always always the favorite package. That means the building, the condition and the staff. All together is 6 stars.

The hotel is directly at the beach, the transfer from the airport took about 40 minutes Be careful with the arrival at the airport. The porters at the airport work on behalf of the travel agency and immediately on the luggages. The bus arrived a very impudent payment is required. (5€ per bag) it should be on the part of the organizers in dire need of something as this is also the flight was not different. But back to the hotel: The hotel has a very nice beach. A beautiful walk along the beach could be reached in about 40 minutes from the marina to Jasmin and, of course, the shopping centers. After nabeul comfortable and safe with the taxi (face the hotel) for about 13 td. The front desk of the hotel there is very helpful and give tips but also the staff of the hotel. We have only taxi use, i can therefore to the rest of the public. Transport say anything. Night life and shopping in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, unfortunately, there was nothing to find. Therefore a star...

The rooms are great! It is everything available telephone, tv, air-conditioning and sound furniture. The bathroom was clean and to be comfortable good! A mini bar allows cool drinks.

There is two restaurants and a bar. In the summer is another bar in the outdoor area open. The quality of the meals is good, however it could have been better. Nevertheless you will find in the huge choice something for his taste! Tips were gladly seen and are already with a few Dinar as an important support for the standard of living of the staff. For the food, not enough i give a sun less.

The service staff is very friendly and forestalling and speaks german. The rooms will was cleaned to satisfaction and help is for all employees. The rooms are very well equipped with telephone, tv, bathroom and air-conditioning. On children the staff very nicely and friendly.

Because of the season could the offer not greatly be used, still makes the pool a very good impression, the innengelegene pool is clean and we enthusiastically use. With the offered fitness area i am somewhat dissatisfied. There are different pieces of equipment, the however not in the desired condition are available. Therefore i give here a sun less.

A very friendly and clean hotel, for different ages is. In the reception area and in the bar, there was wi-fi, the free without password can be used. The hotel has beautiful rooms with a direct view of the ocean!

The hotel is right at the water front and in a few minutes by taxi the surrounding towns Jasmin and Hammamet to reach. The taxi has converted about 2,50 Euro to the next shopping opportunity very cheap. In the hotel excursions could be booked.

Beautiful, well-kept and big room. The furniture are new, minibar is always filled up. Of course all rooms a balcony, tv and telephone. The air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is generous and very clean and on the toilet you can cooled down planting. (cleanliness great!)

Two restaurants are available and a bar. A 2. bar is in the summer open. The quality/ quantity of the food and drinks are good to satisfactory, but could be a bit better. But don't worry, it is sufficient perfectly. The cleanliness was very good! The dishes are local with european level. The atmosphere was extremely good. Tips were gladly seen and are an important extra income for the waiters etc. The prices are serious and bearable. For the food, which i personally not completely sufficient watch, i give a sun less!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Actually i should but 7 bewertungspunkte can give. The hotel management/management is always there for the guests! A manager at your fingertips and the sincere listening! The language skills (german) are good. With the communication there are no problems. The rooms are well equipped and extremely clean. I had no children, but could see, that for staff, around the children taken care of. Complaints i had personally not. My traveling companions had minor problems, but immediately eliminated.

The leisure facilities are in accordance with the winter season not perfect. The entertainment is hard, but could be better. The pool is largely maintained and intact. To may some slabs be renewed. The beach is itself in the winter clean and well maintained, is seasonally, but not used.

A very well run hotel, where service was very important. Excellent cleanliness in all areas and a well-kept condition the hotel. Reservations to all inclusive possible. Mixed clientele, mainly citizens of the ground floor Medium average age of the guests.

The hotel is right next to beach. The historic part is in 10 minutes by cab distance, cost 5 Dinar, about 2,50 Euro. The airport is about 50 minutes' drive away. Shopping in of the center or in Hammamet Jasmin, for tunisian standards good to very good. Excursions can in the hotel or the travel agents. The Hotel Paradies Palace is one of the older hotels in Hammamet, nevertheless very tidy and clean renovated. In april 13 celebrates the hotel his 40-year anniversary.

The rooms were huge, clean and with a flat-screen tv. Balcony with a view of the sea. Air conditioning or heating in the winter. The bathroom was very nice and very clean.

The food was perfect and the service was also very good. There are 2 dining rooms.

The service is super! Thank you very much at Ahmed from the front desk he was very friendly and always make an effort. Also the lady from the front desk was very kind. Also a praise goes to Brahim from the restaurant. It has always for the well being of the guests taken care of. The staff the room cleaning was good job always nicely decorated guest rooms and really clean. The bar you asdyin was very friendly and helpful and very funny! So in short the service is super rr always paradise palace!

The room was huge, spacious and very clean. The view was beautiful the direction of the sea. The hotel has wi-fi in of the lobby on of the terrace and at the bar. The whole hotel is very clean and the marble floor is, because it every day polished is. The food is super more than enough there's nothing left to be desired. Lunch in the beach restaurant and the dinner there was then in the main restaurant every night another issue. All nationalities were represented and also the age was mixed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

To the beach there are 30 second. Of of the terrace from. The airport is 40 minutes away. There are numerous cafes/clubs in the vicinity of the hotel represented. Also for shopping it was only 5 kilometer away by taxi.

The rooms are comfortably equipped with double beds, wardrobe, desk, closet and plenty of storage facilities. The tv is flat and german channels we could on 4 channels received. The furniture is in local dunkelem wood. The air conditioning solicitous accommodating us with pleasant warm air, because in december the nights stayed cold. The bathroom was equipped with a toilet, partition wall to the bathing area, hair dryer, sinks and niedliegem waschunterschrank. We were given on-site shower and shampoo, it smells excellent. The hygiene is very good.

In the hotel's restaurant we had breakfast and dinner. The food was themenreich and was very rich. The restaurant is very clean and lack of dishes were refilled. The food is typical of the country and they should be the wonderful vegetables and fruit of the region to enjoy. The afternoon there was always freshly baked crappes and small ball... Excellent. On our desire small törtchen to the lunch buffet (as a dessert to get) the manager already the next day. Particularly beautiful and idyllic it is lunch at the own beach restaurant evenings. The sea view is wonderful and relaxing at the same time. Drinks were always courteous, and already on the 2. day we needed not any more to say, everything ran like automatically. With a small tip we the efforts gladly rewarded. In the moorish coffee you can smoke shisha but also the cigarette in a pleasant ambience enjoy, here it is still permitted and very pleasant, if you as a smoker not everywhere on the doorstep to stand. In the evening there was a varied entertainment in the hotel's bar.

The reception, service and the friendliness is very good. The housekeeper lady Ursula cared for every guest and helps with all questions, even if a doctor is required, is in place... That is huge excellent. Our few other languages like german was well understood and spoken. The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned every day and with very much love our bed decorated even the curtains on the balcony were artfully together verschnürrt. On our request for drinks we were immediately supplies for the room. The fallen duschgriff was without any comment on the same day renewed. Simply wonderful.

The service at the beach is excellent, a mr will provide you with beach chair mattresses and reserved even on request their favorite haunt. Umbrellas are sufficiently available and the beach is well taken care of. We are even in december nor in the water and have bivalve molluscs collected, the water temperature was still 20 °c. a beautiful pool area decorates the hotel and the swimming pool had a very pleasant water temperature. You can directly from fitness room in the bathroom to see, if separate rather swim and want to do some sports, don not a problem, they are still really nearby ☺ a small something there was always to complain about: from 4 treadmills in the fitness room worked only 2 but this should be remedied.

The hotel has a pleasant size. In the late season were approximately 100 rooms taken and the service excellent and very clean. The average age of the guests was very mixed from young to old everything was there. Mostly german, franzözische and on weekends locals as well guests, we had booked all-inclusive and we were pampered all day. In the hotel-lobby there was free wlan internet, this is even on the whole hotel be extended. With a small tip every wish was fulfilled, we gladly made, because we know the the people in this country not very much deserve. The hotel manager and madam Ursula had always an ear to lend for us and our suggestions but also for any other guest. Here you feel nor in very good hands and well taken care of. We had a room with wonderful view over the ocean and our friends, the already 2 weeks before through our recommendation arrived, a wonderful double room with a view of the sea. We booked this hotel recommended and they were just as thrilled as we were.

Distance to the airport about 30 minutes. For shopping in 5 minutes, the port of Jasmin is wonderful. The drive with the taxi is very convenient circa 4 Dinar. The beach you can reach directly from the hotel in 2 minutes.

We had a family room with a separate bedroom on the 2. floor the main house with direct pool/ocean view. The two rooms were big enough and with beds, a large mirror with a desk and stools equipped. The furniture is strongly worn and would have to be urgently renewed. Only the wicker furniture on the balcony were okay. A large deficiency is also the size of the bathroom. To 2. there is possible only when the door is open and there was no storage space for shower gel, shampoo etc. Also are 2 hooks for 4 people very little for towels, bathrobe or swimming gear hanging space. Also the bathroom deserves a facelift. The mini bar was daily freshly filled and was available for free. Telephone and tv was available and worked.

There are several restaurants and bars. Breakfast was in the main restaurant serves, was however really needs to be improved. It gave from everything plentifully, a bit more variety for breakfast would have been nice. The tables were always set, and the cutlery clean. We would have only wished, the stained tablecloths against clean exchanges, which unfortunately rarely happened. This should actually in the low season not a problem and, therefore, would not like i not to know, how it in the high season looks. The food for lunch and also for the evening was delicious, there were theme nights and there were always new things offered.

The staff is friendly and tried, all wishes immediately to fulfill. German, english, french, arabic and russian spoken. The cleaning of the rooms was fine, in the morning were the towels in/out privileges, but only in the afternoon brought new, which something was confusing. Everyone is nice even without giving any tip, we gave although gladly somewhat.

Animation, sport or kids club not offered since it was off-season. A large point of criticism gets the playing ground. It is not next to the beach or pool, but directly at the driveway and parking in front of the hotel and was in a completely desolate condition. There was a swing and a healthy slide, the rest was disassembled or broken. The pool area was with plenty of sun loungers, which in very good condition were. However, since also palms on the complex is possible, which embraced by birds of all kinds are inhabited, should the loungers and ways from time to time from bird poop to be cleaned. For swimming in the sea or by the pool unfortunately it was already too cold, but there is a heated swimming pool. It was alright, the showers and toilets were a bit poor. Should the hotel in the summer booked, then 4 toilets for the pool, beach and pool a little bit and in need of renovation. The chairs at the beach are mostly ok, have but also seen better days.

The hotel is directly at the beach and offers (according to the catalog ) in the peak season activities, as well as all inclusive. There are rooms in the main building with a pool- and sea view, the most rooms but in two-story bungalows. From there you walk up to 10 minutes to the pool or beach. The complex sees from the outside beautiful. The paths and also small garden are very well maintained and are regularly maintained. We are in the last week of november and the number was very well arranged and rather stayers of an older age, which for our standards very pleasant was.

The directly at the beach is optimal and you don't have on a beach promenade to the beach walk. By bus it is about 35 minutes to the airport, but it could be more, depending on how lots of hotels to be still started. With the taxi one comes for 5 Dinar to Hammamet to the center. For the hotel there are several clubs and discos, but they were closed and will probably only in the high season holdings. There were many excursions offered. For families with children we can the half-day in the zoo recommend. Our small really liked it and it could also for 3 Dinar on a dromedary riding.
