Hotel was clean, all staff were very helpful and friendly, the animation team, made our holiday, I wood come back just to see them for a week. My daughter had a ball, and they were all very friendly and she began to get to know them really, well. Azouz, Sam, mamadou, Fatma, Mario were great at there job, they all played there parts so well in getting you to join in with the activities. There shows at night were brilliant and I would have happily payed to watch, Mario and Sam dance. Archery was fantastic I loved playing it and ... Sam was a great teacher. Nicest hotel in Hammamet. Wide beach. Spa offers varied. Entertainers unobtrusive. Animation abvechslungsreich by the experience of director hatem. Missing do however the freshly squeezed orange juice and the gym is in need of new equipment. read hotel review

    Furniture no large usage, mattresses were worn, but everything was still in the normal area. Room was from the beginning to the end always cleaned, no problems. On white towels and to stains, but what do you know,.

Room had sea view, although not booked. Size of the room was pleasant. It was cleaned daily and clean. Some things, like for example the shower head was n bit worn. Did not disturb us however, since Tunisia not the Switzerland is. ☺ All-inclusive offer was good. Food was tasty and good selection was available. Juices in the morning tasted strange (chemical). But you could just jump. Not complain about, but should be the motto of its! Only the bread you could variety. Gave only toast or Baguette. The hotel is big and has fully house almost 1' 100 people. ... You partly also noticed. But there was always a free spot, no matter where. Had many russians, czech republic and so on. Apart from a few exceptions, they were however not negatively up. Beach is amazing! Although we in our week unfortunately never n silent sea. But there the hotel can do nothing for. Enough beach chairs were available. Directly on the beach there was a restaurant, the mini club, as well as a beach toilet. The way to the pool or to the pool bar is very short. Complex is very well maintained and cleaned daily. The pool is on tomorrow cleaned. Twice we could employees watch, as it frequently took. It looked! Pool is very nice even if i didn't use it. Entertainment was great! Varied and funny. Thank you especially stephane, dj Ahmed and chicco for the great moments and the good talks. Would also like to thank all the waiters, bar staff, cleaners, gardeners, etc. For the great work! Could still hours on. But the most important thing is i said! Saida is the best entertainer very nice, friendly and helps with all questions. We visited in the summer (more show and entertainment) and now in october and we would still make times vacation, we loved it. read hotel review

    The animation team is the best thing the hotel has to offer. You could Zumba dance, Volleyball play, archery etc. The kids club was open the whole day. Saida is the best entertainer very nice, friendly and helps with all questions. Every evening there was a great show, the from the animation team was led.

    To the beach it was only a few steps away. The beach was very quiet, no annoying salesmen. There were 27° as you could still go into the ocean. The city Hammamet is very nice, as you could discover many things.

The quality of the pool was good, but the toilets in the public area dirty and defective urinal. The hand towels in this area and throughout the stay no available. Staff at the front desk and the staff, as well as the 'white collar' unfriendly and grumpy. To be highlighted was the friendliness, attention and reliability of our chambermaid. We had room number 2111. The meal did not taste us. What the lunch not consumed, we were in the evening again welcome, it looked like this.     The room was a disaster! Right at the entrance of the staff and the guests of the à-la-carte restaurants had also the possibility curious views came in to throw. The only protection was a thick curtain, everything fogs has. The lighting was very weak, the decorative deckläufer pointed out various spots on and the room was generally not very clean. In the bathroom the toilet flush was broken, so that on the floor soon a puddle had formed. The 2. room was alright and has no more cause for complaint offered.

    The service worked in this hotel only on tips. The exchange of the room seemed very easy to get lost.     Hammamet is not far from the airport Enfidha away, the journey to the hotel took only very protracted, as many other hotels before our were on the route and the paths between the hotels but a bit further away were. From the hotel, you could directly at the sandy beach.

First of all i think some bad reviews more than ridiculous and not justified. The tunisian standard knows, for this hotel not complain. It is in Tunisia and Hammamet hotels with four/five stars worse. Furthermore, the four stars in the tunisian hotel reviews. It is a mystery how some complaining the very few germans, at the hotel or are very many foreigners. If i am in a foreign country, travel is the logical the little german there were. We looked very long time to decide to book this hotel, as many reviews are bad. In hindsight we regret not the ... hotel booked. A vacationers Hammamet City even has meant the vincci Nozha Beach in Hammamet one of two of the best 4 star hotels. You should be own opinion, if you don't like bay at the next trip another. read hotel review

    For the vacation sufficiently large. Tv (four german channels, the television go on holiday, can also stay at home. ☺, table and chairs. Bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, telephone.     There is a 'à-la-carte-restaurant' this was not used by us. The tables were in not even 5 minutes after leaving empty vacated and newly laid. If the plate was empty, this area's favorite pastime waiters carried forward. The waiters are in continuous operation walked around and plates filled up and table-ware forward. The tables were clean and the dishes and silverware too. We also had no once a dirty glass etc. Or an open bottle our bottles were always fresh and closed. Tap water could have to smell recognized, since the tap water in the hotel extremely chlorinated was. If our 1.5 liter bottle was empty we have a new or the waiters asked us what we wanted to drink. The drinks were mostly syrup/ wassermischungen except Cola Light, this was original. One to two weeks you can but bearable. ☺ if you aren't within two days the whole buffet through tried, which the majority of the tourists act, then is also the selection big enough for a week.     Who english cannot need afterwards not complain. If you travel to another country, should be reasonably speak english. As a german you need not think, the everywhere in the world every more or less german. The staff except for a few cleaning ladies all english/french understood and could speak in english and french communicate. We had booked sea view and on the first day a backyard view room. When we complained at the reception, we were within 10 minutes our ocean view room without doubt. The first and 2. the room was clean. Who clinically pure standards should stay at home. The room would be cleaned daily. On two days we were at the cleaning time in the room and had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. The maids have knocked and asked, whether we still fresh towels and toilet paper need. This service i think great, because it's on a voluntary basis has taken place and of us not in advance desired. The restaurant employees were always very friendly to us and the lifeguard etc. The complete staff were not overly pushy or annoying as it always is.

    We had from the airport Tunis after Hammamet, but that was only about 60 minutes. The beach is directly by the hotel. With the taxi one was in 5 minutes for a maximum of three quarter Euro in Hammamet - centre and 20 minutes to 8 Euro in nabeul. Shopping in nabeul better, since the locals not so very pushy as in Hammamet. In Hammamet/nabeul, there were some good bars and nachtlocations. The beach was the cleanest and best in the whole area. If you take the trouble and runs along the beach knows why. The nachbarstrände were extremely dirty and badly laid out. Except for a few individual gravel in the sand was very fine. In the sea were from and to accumulations of bigger stones. If no waves were there the water was clear and extremely clean. Partly was a bit seaweed in the water. It was also lifeguard available and the seller could not to the guests to the beach chairs, the seller ran between the sea and the beach along. We were already at the arrival shocked about the condition of the hotel in terms of cleanliness. Glasses, cutlery, plates and even the chairs and tables were dirty. With much luck got you a glass without any lipstick edge or other stains. All in all: we never had such a bad hotel as the vincci Nozha Beach. It is very unfortunate, as the hotel itself a very good location and the beach and the sea beautiful. read hotel review

    Also the cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms is poor. Only after we our room itself a bit had cleaned, you could the nights therein and to luck ' only the nights. The tv was from the beginning not. We had this problem 5 times at the reception and 2 times in the travel agency and were always processed with 'it someone came and look on'. Until the day of departure, nothing happened.

    From the airport Enfidha you can travel approximately 1 hour to the hotel. Depending on, as many hotels in between on the route. The hotel has excellent location on the beach and outside is little which was offered as for example, cafes, shops, etc.

Transfer from the airport enfidha about 1 hour Directly on the beach located hotel. Pool: Really beautiful, large and well-kept pool area Slides pool from 10:00 until 12:30 under supervision. Indoor swimming pool (30' degrees) Outdoor swimming pool and the sea was still a bit cold or refreshing Nice, not pushy entertainment. Music as i in other reviews some too loud. Great, good spa area. Nice, cosy bars with great seating. Rooms: Small but fine. Sour, daily cleaning. Safety deposit box 2 Dinar on the day. Refrigerator 7 Dinar on the day. Handrüscher 10 Euro deposit (daily change ... possible) State: Partly dirty, not completely flat slope. It was a wonderful vacation, the hotel is amazing, everything neuebau, the beach is great clean and tidy, the meal selection was so large, that one minimun a week custom everything to test. The bed linen is brand new. Everything great! Nozga beach we will be back! read hotel review

Nice and relaxing vacation on a great sandy beach. Enough chairs available. By the pool is the music very loud. Entertainers are not pushy, the staff are very friendly and the food is varied but few peppered. Room would be cleaned daily and the laundry changed. The guests are too many French, English and German. To relax at the beach is this hotel definitely right. read hotel review

From the outside it is attractive and very big. Rooms are big enough and general reasonable. We ran in the rain though water the suite, this is however return someday be repaired. The room was too many clean, but had round corners... The closet couldn't be used, since this also was not clean! All inclusive you could exploit, if you the food liked.     We were given a 'rectification' a suite right next to the elevator/ staircase.     The beach is right next to the hotel and is too many clean (except for the many cigarette butts, the, despite convivial ashtray, lie in the sand. The next places sindleicht with the taxi to reach. With the transfer bus, it is only about an hour to get to to the airport. Shops are enough to the complex distributed. Trip/ entertainment possibilities there are at the beach and very nice 'suppliers' in the hotel show more possibilities on.

Great relaxing and relaxing vacation. Extensive and well-kept hotel. Unfortunately about an hour and a half from the airport enfidha. But one is in 10 minutes by cab cheap in nabeul or Hammamet. Music by the pool ( lunch) a bit noisy. Clean sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Only the entrance into the sea was partly rather stony. Very friendly staff both in restaurants, as also at the front desk. The majority of of the staff speaks German. Food was varied, were however only a week there. The hotel really is recommendable! We had a room with a balcony and view of the sea and this has kept what it promised. The room was brilliant furnished and cleaned daily. The location of the hotel is for a seaside holiday perfect the beach is really only one minute from the hotel. Between pool and beach there is a beach bar, in which you eat lunch. The selection is not as large as the in the dining room of the hotel, but one becomes full. There is always grilled fish or pasta was fresh from the pan. Afternoon daily ... pancakes is offered. Altogether, is the food of the quality and the selection was not bad tasted however, it is one or another time to be desired. But you can always find something, which tasted. At entertainment it is missing in this hotel not: daily different sports offered, like for instance water-polo, table tennis, Volleyball, soccer, darts etc. You will be encouraged, but it is not annoying intrusive. Besides are leisure offers outside of the hotel offered like for instance quad biking, diving, water skiing, etc. We went for a ride on a pirate ship (20 €per person) decided. That is really recommendable: the trip took the whole day. We drove out on the sea, where we dolphin seen. On the ship there was always music and animation by pirates. In between was fish and rice serves. Altogether the hotel was for its price very good and we would go there anytime again. read hotel review

    The choice of meals was tidy. At least one always found something. Unfortunately it could sometimes happen that the dishes were cold. The tables were also sometimes a bit vastated but as soon as a waiter this said, it was nevertheless tried very fast to clean everything up. The one in Tunisia no pork gets should be every clear.     The transfer from Tunis to Hammamet has about 1 hour lasted. Everything worked very well. The beach is in the immediate proximity and very nice. From the room from we could the sea see and above all hear. Shops we didn't use. From the hotel it is only a couple of steps with small shops, bars, restaurants. Excursions are given, but also the we didn't use.
