The hotel is large, with outdoor swimming pool, the in terms of size small, opposite the large hotel with over 400 rooms. Indoor swimming pool, ( only with bathing cap to use ) fitness room, games room with access to the internet, large lobby. read more

    In the general in terms of size well, had climate inside, were already a bit older. The balcony was rather small, but good enough. The cleanliness was also ok. , the towels changed daily, the room cleaned daily. The rooms are rather bad against the noise insulated, you could hear every step.

    Super super super! I was already several times in Spain, but such a great buffet( morning, noon, evening) had I never seen. We booked half board, the has us perfectly handed. At lunch we had absolutely no hunger. In the morning with freshly squeezed fruit juices, fresh zubetreiteten egg dishes( my favorites were the crepes) everything was completely fresh prepared, one could see. Then from various breads, bacon, white beans, würsli, and so on even sparkling wine there was. anends there was always a theme night, wonderful!

    The staff are, in general up to a few exceptions, friendly. I tried to communicate in English, and I am last day noticed, that you very good with french communicate. The room was cleaned well at its spanish art, I swiss I am other expectations the I in Spain can't wait.

    The pool and their environment was clean and tidy. What is a pity, that the loungers in the morning were reserved, we did the same. For entertainment was catered for, mostly in English. Which is to be criticized, the toilets by the pool. I did not know, whether the water or urine on the floor, it was disgusting, definitely more flash is announced! A lifeguard there was also, the full of the matter was, he had the overview.

    When we at the hotel arrived, we had first times nothing orientation concerning location of the beach. We were looking for about 20 minutes, to we then the people with a air mattress nachliefen. It is a great shame, you have to go through the whole town walk, about 15 minutes from the hotel. The beach is very centrally located, with a large parking, accordingly also very lots of people. The hotel's location is good, around 15 minutes away on foot to the port aventura theme park, however to the high season fully stuffed with long queues.

This was my 2. holiday in this hotel and once again very beautiful! The staff were very hard-working, it the guests right to make. The food was again huge! The cleanliness of the hotel and the room, absolutely GREAT! Big praise to the maids. It is just a pity, that few German this beautiful hotel visit. Many, many British people and Russians! The way to the beach is also not so far, a little movement does on vacation not. Salou is a wonderful town with a great promenade. read more

This was the nicest and best hotel, I have the last years. The size of the hotel is easily manageable, the pool area very clean. This was every night with high pressure wipers treated, even the pool chairs! I had half board, but what offered was, was the absolute crazy. it started for breakfast of, there was everything the heart desired to have. Then during dinner from a to z the same again! unfortunately, there were a few German under the guests. The English had straight holidays! More about all I need to say, because it is known, as our ... friends behavior. read more

    Have a double room as a single room get, the very large was. The furnishings was very reasonable, bright and friendly. The bathroom was also very, very clean! air conditioning worked out very well when a temperature of 31 degrees during the day and 29 degrees at night that was already good. it was also a flat screen TV available, but it is only a German program to see, but which is it, we German in Spain a rarity.

    as already described, the breakfast was and the dinner very, very good the drink prices were very reasonable. Also the cleanliness in the restaurant was perfect, there were anytime again the tablecloths were changed, that was necessary in the behavior at the table our friends.

    the staff were very friendly, even if you not afterwards was, I think, because at these many English, French and so on was stress. (Bad manners ) the cleaning of the rooms was every day very good! there was only very little German spoken. Surprise me not at all, since unfortunately very few German in this hotel were.

    I think the location of the hotel very good, a little away from the street, to the beach there are about 15 minutes also really worth the money. Because this beach and the promenade isvery clean and well maintained.

Very satisfied with everything, even though it's a bit too far from the beach, 15 minutes. Walk. It was the music, and the program from the neighbor hotel across the street, because it was very, very loud every evening was from 20:00 o 'clock until 24 o' clock. The food was very good. The staff was always friendly and had a joke in stock. The activities in the evening were also very interesting. But as a German family you can only get by with English or other foreign languages. read more

We were for the second time in this hotel and it has fallen us again very good. This hotel would choose again if we go to Salou travel. Entertainment in the off season not more so, of course, as in the high season. read more

This hotel is simply only fantastic. The atmosphere and the choice of food maniac. The room are spacious and very clean. The staff is courteous and speaks fluent english, Spanish and German something. The beach is unfortunately something far away to (10 minutes), but the super fine sandy beach compensates for the hardships. It has very many kliene souvenir shops in Salou. about the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from the Port Aventura amusement park, which was also very to recommend is (although expensive something). read more

We travel frequently to Spain and can therefore very easy to draw comparisons. The hotel is a four star vil La Romana, which in my opinion should be only three. Certainly it was a really good hotel, but the was even. but it is also not really bad! I myself am a restaurant coach and have seen precisely in the area of employee the biggest problem. The restaurant team is not motivated, the guests with problems, or they want to understand and not turn away a. Plates were very rarely cleared from the table. It is also, of course, the ... staff did a good job, but unfortunately the majority is simply only lazy. I do not have a clear lead for service. At the reception we had 20 euro deposit for the baby bed. Sorry, should I pack the bed after the week in my cabin and fly back to Germany. What is the? Honestly we have asked us really, where we ended up here. Also the room cleaning was with us in the second floor not clean. Our parents, the also the hotel were at the same time, however, was the cleaning OK this is me again on the motivation of the staff go back. Here is really the biggest and real problem in the vil La Romana. The conclusion: If you are not a lot of emphasis on service, you will find the hotel is very good. You want decent service, is often one noticed, that the staff really is a problem. I would stress, that I just expect only decent service, I know is, that I not German four star standard can! I would give the hotel a satisfactory rating! The frame is correct, the implementation depends! read more

The hotel has 430 rooms, a restaurant, a small shop, a bar (unfortunately very uncomfortable and not very welcoming designed is), a small internet cafe (10 minutes 1.00 euro) and around the o'clock occupied front desk. We were twelve days in August with full board and at that time the only germans in the hotel. 80% were spanish guests, the rest were French, british, Dutch; primarily families with small children, for it is most highly recommended. The whole area seemed to be slightly too small for so many visitors, it must for example each day (about 400) all chairs ... at the pool but small to be stacked, to set up the tables for the evening entertainment, the then 1:00 o'clock at night be stacked, in order for those next day the chairs to be able to construct. But maybe we're just a little bit of the grounds in turkey. Generally daily unobtrusive soft animation during the day by the pool, in the evening unfortunately really third moderate entertainment (till about 24:00 o'clock) after the mini disco. It is in the lower part of the hotel two hot tubs (bathing cap obligatory!), a small indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a small sports centre and the possibility, furnishings. The staff in the entire hotel was very nice and spoke only spanish and English/French. read more

    We had booked a family room for two children at the age of twelve years and 15, the double couch was left, on the but honestly only one child this age of space (and our children are really slim ☺ in addition, each feather/spring was noticeable. You move us but then charged a second mattress; our older daughter slept but still want to stay in a bed of bed, my husband and I in the other... Room was cleaned every day and very thorough. There was a fridge and a always a scarf tene air conditioning available. The safe is to be rented against fee.

    The biggest plus of the hotel and is a full positive to assess the quality and variety of the food! There were changing theme evenings which three times daily in the restaurant from at least five cooks the dishes and freshly prepared. It really is something for everyone and for the children there was a little extra buffet. Despite the many guests never ran out. You must be able to take the food for excursions unused, packed lunches gave, the sandwiches, apple, chips and water include. You can both on the terrace, as well as in the restaurant or winter garden food. What is not so nice, is the fact, that for every meal placed and you have to queue at the restaurant entrance, until it is. The drinks at the meals are extra pay and for a small fanta 2.50 euro not cheap. The staff are unfailingly friendly and accommodating.

    The hotel is situated about 15 minutes walk away from the beach; however, we are still about five minutes walking, because the beach was not so full. The sea is clean, great waves and sand super soft... The couch costs eur 4.00 per day, 6.00 euro canopy. Out of the hotel and turn right, then right again on the left is a 'savings', in which one gets everything, which one needs. The most important bus station is located directly on the beach, across the street from a mcdonalds. There is a tourist bus ticket for 11.00 euros, you should get, since each trip costs 1.50 euro per person. If you are going to barcelona will, from port aventura (about ten minutes walk from the hotel) for travel; takes about one and a half hour and from there a ticket charged never... Salou is a bit obstructed, but the beach promenade with many shops and the laser at the Well liked. Also the people were very nice and sociable. Nice excursions: old town and ruins tarragona were very nice, barcelona: the 'level familia' with 44.00 euro entrance it was expensive, but nice, the fishing village of altafulla is very picturesque, montserrat I would recommend it to all. The theme park 'Adventure', who were quite close at the Hotel is, we, as with euro 150.00 us day ticket was too expensive. We have ourselves a car rented (about 120.00 euro per day) and explore the local area.
