A well located apartment hotel for excursions to Bolzano and various ski lifts. Very nice sauna area. The swimming pool was not to use. Semmelservice and cheap drinks in the hotel. Our room had a hot tub on the roof - new years fireworks from our room with a view of Bolzano. Gladly again. read more

We were very warmly welcomed and immediately felt good! The wellness area is small but sweet and everything is super clean! In our vacation apartment it was very clean and everything is available, what you need! The family mahlknecht is warm and friendly and all wish a. Andreas is furthermore an excellent chef - unfortunately, that he was not each evening cooked for us has! The family contact we really liked and except for the somewhat cumbersome journey (15 return, you always have to go to, if you for instance to Bolzano would like) it is simply wonderful in the ... house sonnleiten. The hotel is perfect-already above in the mountains, so that you immediately great for hiking too can, and nevertheless public so well connected, that one the arrival no car need (30 minutes on the bus from Bolzano aus). Already the reception was very sincere, we immediately felt at ease. Our apartment was nice and brightly decorated, even a dishwasher there was, and a nice view of the valley in the direction of Bolzano. The booked additionally breakfast was its price absolutely worth. Sauna and swimming pool were good for the rainy day, the we had. Altogether a perfect vacation. read more

From the start we have in good hands felt. Both our apartment, as well as the spa area were great. The 4-course menu in 2 evenings we enjoyed very much. And fantastic mountain world the Dolomites does a remaining to in Steinegg perfect way to relax. A sincere thank you at family meter! read more

Ideal hotel for relaxing and unhitch with an easy going atmosphere. The price is in this category unbeatable. For breakfast you pay in Germany at least 12 €-15 €. We will spend another vacation there and our friends to encourage. read more

In the house sonnleiten in family meter we from the first minute at home felt. To warm welcome we arrived right in the a very good menus in the evening with friendly waiters. Especially good also the brötchenversorgung and the uncomplicated too expensive beverage sales dropped. The apartment was great; the spa area great! Mainly we had the vacation planned, by one or two concerts of Steinegg live to visit and there were beautiful evenings remaining impressions and memories! A walk of just a few steps had, was just perfect. - so overall a very succesful vacation. We are looking ... forward to seeing them again! read more

    Andreas meter is many good instruction to hikes, possibility to get away or parking garages are required. Very it was practical that you drinks cheap at the bar and not to drag need. Also beach chairs for the swimming pool towels ready, etc.

    Steinegg itself is a small, nice place, the necessary offers: tavern and small supermarket are within walking distance available. Altogether is the town quite convenient, one is fast deeper into the Dolomites, fast in Bolzano and many more excursions undertake. Also from Steinegg it can be hiking.

We felt very much at ease and we could prima relax. Since we only the apartment booked we can unfortunately no information about the kitchen when you leave. The pool and sauna area was really very nice and tidy. But really nice is the personal contact and use of the meter, not get tired us again and again new advice for our needs to give. Really recommendable. The apartment was really in good taste furnished and one could immediately be comfortable. read more

The place Steinegg is located on a plateau high above Bolzano over 900 meters height (15 sepentinen ); the hiking trails around the village are very good described and bewandern, one has wonderful views and service the courtyards was very entertaining; in town there are two small shops, a variety of dining and a museum whose leadership very informative, and a lot about the story and tradition south tyrol provides Bolzano liege 14 kilometer away for shopping ( market with tyrolean specialties) suitable, Meran is about kilometers away, there we visited the garden from schloss trautmansdorf, very recommendable for botanical lovers,

We ( family with three children) were to second time in Dolomites residence Sonnleiten of the family Mahlknecht and were again completely contented. Our apartment (85 meters²) was extremely spacious, functional and beautiful view of the mountains. We booked the spacious and perfectly manicured swimming pool enjoyed and the many other possibilities around the building ( garden, table tennis, Kicker, bowling alley). The place Steinegg and its location high above Bolzano we like very; much beautiful hiking opportunities from here are easy to reach, by car but also by bus. Especially to mention is however the warmth and hospitality of ... Andreas and Esther Mahlknecht, the in any case an ear to lend for the questions and wishes your guests have a really personal atmosphere for their guests create. A special highlight for us was one of Andreas guided hike to the sunset on the Weißhorn. For all, which were, safe an unforgettable experience. Regrets only, that we only this time a week could stay! read more

The second time we have our summer vacation in Dolomites residence sonnleiten in the sun-drenched Steinegg – an ideal starting point for many hiking and mountain tours with or without a car - and also this time on all extent happy and satisfied. The warmth of Esther and Andreas Mahlknecht turn the vacation the first hour in a oasis of wellbeing. The first class service and the versatile offers- chilled drinks all day long, swimming pool, lawn, covered parking– in comfortable atmosphere in very good style, can no wishes left. Particularly recommendable is the genüssliche and lovingly designed breakfast with ... wonderful view on the mountains, the routes of Andreas Mahlknecht and, where necessary, the thyme from the own garden. A special experience was Andreas guided Vollmondwanderung on the Weißhorn together with other nice guests, we are very happy to remember. We are already looking forward to the next year. read more

Very nice and large vacation apartment (85 meters²) with plenty of space for family with 3 children ( or more). Very well maintained facilities with indoor pool, sauna area, sunbathing lawn, barbecue area, barn play area ( free table football, table tennis, simple bowling alley and sandbox). Very friendly staff. Zubuchbares breakfast buffet with a large selection. Idyllic hillside that looks great, plentiful covered car-parking with a little steep entrance. Very quiet, except when Tuesday evenings nearby the musi plays ( Festzeltgaudi ). Steinegg is not a shopper's paradise-the restaurants in the area very good. Tip: Lärchenwald The three stars ... for the complex are rather too few! read more

Wonderful family vacation in top vacation apartments with a lot of facilities, for vacation apartments definitely not of course. Everything with very good and friendly hosts. Better in vacation apartments almost not more. read more
