So for a well-known group as a huge disappointment 'Radisson'! Unfriendly staff (except the maids) Customer is not king or guest Room: everywhere were missing parts of the bath cover otherwise OK. Sauna and fitness centre: opening hours are not, sauna not working. Pool: about 15 degrees Dining: dining for a Haute causine very bad, if not even disgusting. The wine list only about 50 percent available. When I complained at the front desk, I was told only smiled! Thank you, never again Radisson! read more
