Relaxed vacation in exceptionally nice oriental setting. A super great hotel, you feel like in 1001 night. The rooms are very clean and were every day cleaned. The food is fantastic and was typical for the country. There is something for everyone. Very positive was, was the friendliness of the staff. We were always friendly treated and served. Relaxed vacation in an exceptionally beautiful oriental atmosphere. Great pool area. At any time of the day the possibility also to eat outside. I was now the 2. time and i was there with my girlfriend made. For the money asks the hotel a very good performance. The food very tasteful and there is something for everyone there. Nobody must verhungern. The only fault are the alcoholic beverages. The table wine often corked or he tasted like vinegar. Very a lot of french people in the hotel - but pleasant. The hotel is circa 20-30 minutes away from the airport, directly on a fine sandy beach.
It is really big area with about 600 rooms. The area is very extensive and generously designed.
What but also may mean the you depending on location of the room long distances to the restaurant must take.
The whole complex is handicapped accessible with ramps and shallow pool access.
Wireless internet and computer to use in the lobby.
While we were there, there were only quite a few people in the hotel, mostly french, dutch and german.
The staff speaks french, english and german ..., so that you always could communicate well. read more

We had us directly in the architecture of the hotel in love, therefore the booking in the hotel rimel.
We chose a family room and got one with a pool view. Our joy did until the evening, the unfortunately organized the entertainment the disco by the pool, so that you to half 12 treated to music is. With small child rather inconvenient! Bay on the best a room me view of the sea, you have next to the view the peace and quiet included!
The cleaning of the rooms takes place unfortunately only superficially, so that the floor never was ... really clean.
We complained this and should then a new room received. The first offered we declined strongly from, as we a room without a balcony offer wanted - an isolence. We were then given a quiet, what we mold in the bathroom (without window) accepted.
To recommend we would like:
- lunch: barbecue in the beach restaurant our favorite waiter Mohammed
- buying souvenirs opposite the hotel the shop is considerably cheaper
- kutschfahrten: finger way! Too expensive for the, what you was available
- piratentour with children an absolute must
Very positive was, was the staff's hospitality. We were always friendly treated and served. The tips are in a country such as Tunisia in addition belong, should be clear to everyone!

For one week beach vacation great suitable hotel. Room large and furniture OK. 5€ tip/ week do a not hurt, sweeten but the cleaning ladies the work!-) comfortable balcony, sufficient space for clothes, bathroom in terms of size okay, you shouldn't be too exactly and also not forget, that one in Afrika is. And with a few ants as roommates, you should be able to live. Apart from that ask for vacation in the black forest make!-)
Food was very rich, spice desirable. Great were the spaghetti and the pizza. Desserts delicious. Drinks were not so great. Fanta ... was really not drinkable.
Employee very different. Either very pleasant or really incredibly rude. Table cloths should more often times changed. Cutlery you had to often yourself.
Pool was perfect! Huge, clean, had a good temperature. Beach also very nice. Annoying just the traders, but the were not allowed to directly at the sunbed area.-)
A nice vacation overall. In a nice hotel an acceptable price.
Not to forget. We are in a poor, african country and not in a four star hotel in Germany.

Amazing time, I had the best holiday @ this nice hotel, before to go to RImel Jerba I saw some review they say is not very good hotel but this is not true what they say, I was there with my girlfriend, I had nice holiday it was amazing service and fresh delicious food the staff was very polite and friendly, room all nice nice clean and fresh, so from now on I´m planing to come back with some friends. read more

The complex makes a quite reasonable impression, but you should feel of the nice view not be fooled. The cleanliness leaves in the rooms to be desired and with small children one must already be very careful, in the bathroom of hazards, broken fixtures, open toilettenbürstenhalter on an equal footing of children

Check in was a total catastrophe, staff totally overwhelmed had on 5 hours on a room wait
Only on the insistence of tour operator and previous complain of the animation team from Neckermann received
We suddenly a room. The food and drinks were in the restaurant is overall ok.
In strandrestauran you could excellent food and got even a very good white and red wine, beer also
OK. Also a salad buffet was available. Beach was cleaned daily. Beach bar service is very good.

The complex has seen ist best days, you can see that unfortunately also extremely clearly to the decor. Room newly renovated, however the bathroom was probably forget? Some impressive mold bordered clearly the ceiling, the shower curtain was old and shabby, the whole bathroom very small and without significant places to put things. Room otherwise good, large enough with well functioning air conditioning, clean, and quiet at night and dark enough for sleeping.
Animation partly very annoying, again and again the dance-club and every night mini disco in the central stay area. However the entertainers same were very nice. The ... shows should probably be good, we have it once tried out, an unspeakable fuss, in the showhalle cheapest lawn chairs, the us unfortunately on the participation of other shows prevented.
In the central stay area old and dirty wicker chairs, which literally apart fell and uncomfortable to sit were.
Shopping opportunities in the area only by taxi to reach, the complex is very off the beaten track.
The food was altogether a total catastrophe. In order to make it short: only the coffee and the ice were enjoyable.
The tables were often dirty, everywhere ran starving cats rum, the beverages the cheapest.
We would recommend anyone, here spend your holiday. read more

The vacation was great. There is something for everyone there, you have so many possibilities, dance, Volleyball and so on everyone is encouraged to join in and have fun. Facilitities are to 90% with french-speaking guests occupied. The entertainers speak also too many french, somewhat in English, but not German. urlaubskontakte are therefore very difficult to produce. Outside of the complex there was a small supermarket, the too many clothes leads, nothing. No restaurant, no dance bar or disco. No opportunity for walks in the evening. No beach promenade. The beach is partly very rocky and rocky. Without bathing shoe you should not into the water go. In the 14 days it was never really hot food. Until one was finished, everything was cold. The only positive this facilitities ... are the proximity to the beach. Beautiful also was the long sandy beach ( outside of the water) to long walks invites. In the hotel one had the feeling, as German definitely not welcome. There was no evaluation sheets at the front desk in German. Only English and french. Hotel isn't recommendable. read more
