The rooms are unacceptable and in every corner dilapidated.

The numerous described restaurants and bars were while we were there not open.

A service exists in this hotel not.

Chairs and covers must one procure itself. Beach and pool unclean and dirty. Broken glasses beach chairs were not thrown away.

Like this hotel on 4 stars or utterly further recommendation is, is beyond us. The hotel has a jugendherbergsstandard, it is totally worn, incredibly dirty and on every corner run down and shabby. The types of people are pure foreign be ashamed and certainly knows the majority of of the guests the difference between standard and nivea not be guaranteed. The rooms are a cheek. Note: it will be the travel agent its offered, the in this hotel not exist. The family rooms comprise a windowless room and an adjoining smaller room. The rooms are extremely noisy. The bathrooms exist mainly from lime around, mold and other not identifiable schmutzarealen. Never under the beds or look into the corners, otherwise herpes programd. Clean, nice, with a balcony! On tv german television!. On the first day we had a small staubflusse in the bathroom, but that was all. The room and bathroom were every day cleaned, beds made and fresh towels.

A huge buffet with many salads, european food, local dishes, spaghettibar, fishable, soups, stews. Excellent! Several chefs prepared the dishes freshly. Everything was clean. The decoration stunningly beautiful.

We arrived friday night about 11:30 p. m. in the hotel at, were very welcomed warmly ( on german) and got something warm to eat. The staff was friendly and courteous. The communication worked great. The rooms were cleaned daily and were clean. Mold we had not found, we had two double rooms and both were alright,

The hotel has a great pool area. There were tables and chairs. For or the children was very much. Top entertainment, a strong praise the main entertainer and his crew, they do an unbelievable job and the guests with a changed.

Relaxed vacation in exceptionally nice oriental setting. A super great hotel, you feel like in 1001 night. The rooms are very clean and were every day cleaned. The food is fantastic and was typical for the country. There is something for everyone. Very positive was, was the friendliness of the staff. We were always friendly treated and served. The tips are in a country such as Tunisia these include, should be clearly great animation team and great evening shows. Cabaret to be highlighted. We will come back without fail. The hotel is around 30 to 45 minutes away from airport and is very quiet. Hotel with private beach area-guarded and is located directly at the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas inclusive. In a 5-minute walk the next supermarket. The next town was midoun with a taxi about minutes for little money.

Everything very clean held; sufficient size the room with a balcony; very nice condominium

All of the staff very friendly and surprisingly much german-language staff; i felt good

In february only about 150 guests; still for the few guests everything so presented, as if peak period would be; in the mini-club was very lovingly decorated with the children handled, the evening show for the children; the entertainment was very good, however not intrusive

Like in a fairytale castle; would not hesitate to come back to this hotel; the staff was very accommodating; the guests have fit, despite different ages and everything was very kept very clean!

Simple but clean. The cleaning crew very pleasant.

The food very tasteful and there is something for everyone there. Nobody must verhungern.

The basement and cleaning all very pleasant - some muffel there is always! The rooms simple but clean. Most communication in french, a bit of english. With hands and feet is but also! Complaints very seriously.

Entertainers are very willing to make an effort. So, if you like and need is not too short.

I was now the 2. time and i was there with my girlfriend made. For the money asks the hotel a very good performance. The food very tasteful and there is something for everyone there. Nobody must verhungern. The only fault are the alcoholic beverages. The table wine often corked or he tasted like vinegar. Very a lot of french people in the hotel - but pleasant. We had room number. 236 on the 1. floor with a balcony directly at the beach. The location, view and size of the room was great. The furnishing but have already gotten very old. Here must really soon be done. Safe, tv available. Mini bar was empty.

The cleanliness was rather positive, every chef and waiter constantly with einweglappen its workbench kept clean. The food is difficult to assess, since everyone has a different taste. But you must be aware that you don't in Europa is. It was really everything else and european dishes of success not really. We have for every meal time found something and were full. It was pizza, chips or pasta, the not always there.

The staff is actually always friendly, but there are already little expected tips. If the waiter from and to 1 Dinar to the evening gives, you always had full attention and priority. But it goes also without...

Entertainment was available, but now in november very drove us back. Very wonderful pool with enough sunbeds and children's area. The beach has enough chairs and sun screens, from a security guard, which traders will be charged is driving. However, the sand but often be cleaned. The hotel is circa 20-30 minutes away from the airport, directly on a fine sandy beach. It is really big area with about 600 rooms. The area is very extensive and generously designed. What but also may mean the you depending on location of the room long distances to the restaurant must take. The whole complex is handicapped accessible with ramps and shallow pool access. Wireless internet and computer to use in the lobby. While we were there, there were only quite a few people in the hotel, mostly french, dutch and german. The staff speaks french, english and german, so that you always could communicate well.

Directly at the beach. From the airport circa 20-30 minutes by bus. Very quiet location no aircraft noise or street noise. Across the street is a small shop and a riding stable, that was it but also already. The crocodile farm is about 2 kilometers away and you can walk to. Next city was midoun, about 10-15 minutes by cab for 3 Dinar (1,50 Euro)

The size of the rooms was enough for us. One double bed Desk, a stool, large closet. On the terrace a table and two chairs. The condition the furniture is a bit dated and could be updated. The bathroom with shower was cleaned every day should however really be renovated

Djerba means Afrika/ arabia. The food was typical for the country. Time it was our taste and sometimes not. Hygiene was alright. Tips were at the buffet not expected. The dining rooms were very big and it was lovely to sit outside. Although still relative it was full, it was never loud.

We arrived freitagsabend about 10:30 p. m. in the hotel at, were very welcomed warmly ( on german) and got something warm to eat. The room on the first night was not so the hit: not have windows or ventilation in the bathroom and the patio door did not open. After complaint the next morning we got impeccably a different room. The staff has on all questions friendly and courteous and could also always help.

The entertainment team of the hotel is really brilliant. Although we never itgenwelchen activities crew, we were always greeted in a friendly manner. The team something for everyone and has really young and old loved it. Beach chairs were at pool and beach always sufficiently available

Huge area the well maintained. Pool was cleaned every morning. The rooms are already somewhat older and are definitely not the european standard which in our opinion but through the general impression of the hotel more than made up for it. The all inclusive food at the buffet was diverse, coffee was always there. It pleased us in the all in all tasty. The guests came mostly from France but also a few germans were there. The average age about about 50 years. Probably winter many older there

We were looking for a hotel for relaxing therefore for us it was excellent. The beach borders directly at the hotel so you need to have no road. Any algae are directly and the traders will not up to the sun loungers. Diagonally opposite the hotel there is a supermarket. Directly opposite is the hotel-own horse riding stables with very friendly people. Desk are offered in the hotel or, of course, from the travel agency. Otherwise it is outside from the hotel rather dreary.

The rooms are not the best, but you spend the vacation fortunately not in the room. Cleanliness could be improved. The furniture and walls could use a coat of paint, silicon joints and air conditioning should be replaced. The rooms were big enough.

The food/drinks were good and diverse. However, one should keep in mind, that no typical german food is served. So bread and cold cuts should be without.

The staff was friendly and very child friendly. Many speak german, english and french. Cleaning ok, but upgradeable. On our complaint about it room (366) was immediately and we got a much better and clean room (347). The miniclub we have just visited and were again left. The outdoor toys are really worn and would have to be urgently renewed. A responsible persons for 18-20 children - clearly too few. Especially if in the indoor pool bathed is.

Entertainment possibilities are great. Athletes come fully at their expense. Water skiing, jet skiing, Banana, windsurfing. Quadtuoren, buggy tours, rides with horse or camel and so on. Here price achievement is correct. In the hotel: darts, archery, bocca, fun run, aerobics, dance lessons, dance evenings, horse riding, as well as beauty therapy & spas. Negative: the fitness equipment in the hotel were totally dirty and rusty. Really embarrassing, that such a scrap still to use herumsteht.

Distance to the beach around 10 to 20 metres. The beach was very nice and fine sand. You can approximately 60 meters into the sea walk and the water there was only up to the knees. For children perfect. Clear, turquoise water. Chairs sufficiently available. The beach was relatively empty. Chairs and sunscreens are included. The dealers at the beach you just have to 'hide' or not in the first row put. Since they are not directly to the chairs may, has further above your peace. Entertainment possibilities are great.
