Honeymoonsuite was very roomy 2 rooms with beautiful bath, sofa, refrigerator… great terrace with group of seats, couches…

Menu offers all kinds of snack very good salads within minutes on the room is served

We “were updated” from free pieces. Everything absolutely cleanly, freshly painted & maintained. Each room has its terrace. Bath in room 2 is somewhat small and too “cave-well-behaved” guessed/advised. If WLAN is needed, one should go before the Türe.

Class breakfast (continental, with tomatoes, cucumbers, blow (!) Fruits, Greek Jogurt, Nüssen…) to the desired time before the room one serves. For Lunch or diners one goes those few step to one of the surrounding restaurants.

The staff (in particular here Hotelmanagerin Nitsa and her coworker Vladimir mentions) is the best with, which I experienced so far. Always a smile in the face. English one than guest should control, desires become immediately fulfilled, the room cleaning is perfect.

There small hotel no sport or maintenance offer. However the pool is rather a jacuzzi and small for my taste too

Directly at the upper Kraterrand, small hotel with incomparable view, very cordial, personal service, beautiful, typical (partially excavating) rooms, terrassenförmiger plant and class breakfast, lain. So far evidently to us the guests came from Germany England the USA. Hotel Managerin Nitsa and her aid Vladimir make a perfect job simple and ensure for the fact that the guest feels pudelwohl!

Lain in Imerovigli, estimated 1 - 2 km. or 2 “scooter minutes” from the capital Fira removes. Directly at the top margin about 400 M. of the high Kraterrandes (lies more highly than Fira! ) with wonderful view over the complete bay with the 2 volcanic islands. At least 4 restaurants remove no more than 200 M. (likewise with “Kraterblick”, my recommendation the “La Maison”). Imerovigli offers romantic Gäs, great view, a few further restaurants, no Souvenirshops (but there are to Fira and Oia) and the entrance to the pre-aged, to in 19. Century inhabited rock.

The size of the room was great and the novelty of being in a cave was fun. The rooms were quite basic with little storage but very clean and well maintained. There was a tv, hairdryer, telephone, safe, fridge and small kitchenette. The balcony and small outside sofa area is very romantic.

We only ate out a couple of evenings on our holiday as we had self catering facilities in the villas. There was a few restaurants in Imerovigli and many more in Fira which is only a 15min drive or 30min walk away. The service in La Maison restaurant in Imerovigli was excellent, full service and smiles all round with live music most nights. There was lots of traditional choices of cuisine but generally i found the food quite pricey with a main meal being 18 euros on average. All of the locals were very welcoming, friendly and polite, no pushy staff to be seen in Imerovigli.

Staff were very attentive and friendly at all times, they made you feel very relaxed giving a homely feel to your stay.

Imerovigli is a quiet town with not a lot of activities but as the island is so small it is very easy to travel around to gain more entertainment. There are lots of bars in Fira town which was nice for one evening but i preferred the quieter holiday this time.

Freindly welcome and continuous comforting stay. Very attentive staff, fulfilling all requests and above your needs. Breakfast is a magic moment with the best view the caldera has to offer. The food is very nice and with generous portions, enough for lunch as well. Had a great evening prepared by Vinsanto to watch fireworks over the caldera, it was good to chat to the other guests bringing everyone closer together. I don't actually have a bad word to say about the Vinsanto villas.

After spending the whole week travelling around the island I am extremely pleased with the area I stayed in Imerovigli. I thought it was the best location for the views of the caldera and the sunset. Oia is said to be the most beautiful in my opinion but far too busy. There are no beaches in Imerovigli but a great sister pool that you can use as part of Vinsanto Villas. Excursions are definately a great way to see the island but personally the ATV quad bikes was the best way to get around the island.

The rooms are differently large and equipped. The rooms in main building are reconditioned fresh and send into white, dark red and grey held. The large terraces before the dwellings one divides with the room oh barns. Our room was something far away in a small 3er unit, where it does not designate in such a way, but although pretty and the terraces are somewhat more private also observable, but. It was there super calmly and one had no more hotel feeling, but more a quiet vacation home. We had booked the most favorable and smallest room and remained conscious also thereby although us (because of annoyance with our tour operator and the transfers) the largest and most beautiful suite in the hotel was offered as Upgrade.

Since there is no restaurant, the gastronomische offer is limited to the breakfast and small of snack, which one can to be able to be brought on the room. We did not use the Snackangebot, since our dwelling was equipped with a kitchen line and a table-ware and we bring along ourselves from on the way little things to the meal. One can select the breakfast daily, in the evening before, on an order note, which is then fetched from the room. The selection is large. Croissants, bright and dark bread, yogurt, muesli, cereals, fruit plate, sausage, cheese and so on. One finds everything which also on a good buffet stands. Normal coffee and dte are contained in the price. Freshly pressed o juice, eggs and special beverages such as cappuccino, u.ä costs a surcharge. The view with the breakfast is breath-robbing.

The staff is nice and always in a good mood from the chambermaids to the Managerin super. The Managerin chats gladly (in the hotel it is only English spoken) and sprays thereby a such a good Lauen and Fröhlichkeit that one is stuck on immediately of it. Of their repeatedly fruit or a Karaffe is course-put for one wine. Vladimir does not only carry absolutely admirablly two 20 kg. Suit-case at the same time the steep stages over the Kraterrand to the rooms, but brings tomorrow in a good mood the breakfast also to everyone. The room cleaning was perfect and quick. The reference to a broken bulb and a defective chair on the terrace were gladly taken up, but one had to after-hook once again, so that the thing was also really repaired. Which really did not do however wrong to one, since one came in this way again to a nice chat. We felt so well that we will make in any case vacation again there.

Small, charming, personally led hotel. 11 the rooms reconditioned in regular intervals send. It concerns not a hotel in the classical sense with large reception, resounds, breakfast area, but around individual cave dwellings distributed over the slope. Everyone has entrance to a more or less private terrace with Calderablick on that the A la Carte breakfast is served. The guests are out whole pairs each age Europe. The hotel has however consciously no contract with Russian tour operators. Very family atmosphere.

Sensational situation at the Kraterrand with fantastic view over the Caldera. In my opinion to live one of the best situations over, since the terraces from morning to night in the sun and enjoy one can lie from there a marvelous sunset. In hotel proximity is each quantity of restaurants and taverns for each taste and each purse. Since the hotel at the edge of Imerovigli is toward Firostefani, one can go in the evening also well there to foot to the meal. The way back goes uphill, but is also with bad condition and vinegar not too exerting. During the day one can run loosely at the Kraterrand after Fira and again back. In the proximity of the hotel are also a bus stop and several car hire, as well as various supermarkets. It is missing at nothing.

Largely and roomy, but furnishing not according to the category: The bed is hard, the largest part of the remaining furnishing comes from Ikea… Who likes it. The bath is an impertinence.

Only breakfast, which is rather monotonous.

As endeavors already described friendly and always, but not according to the hotel category and above all the price inappropriate.

A tiny pool is present, these offers however only a cooling.

First the positive aspects, which there were fortunately also: The prospect over the Caldera was fantastic, the breakfast on the terrace before the room was served, so that one could enjoy it in calm isolation. In a cave to stay overnight were an experience and the staff were likewise always endeavored. But these highlights were unfortunately clouded: The staff was endeavored, but not professional, as it would justify the price. The breakfast was boring. One night in the excavating room became the result urge is sufficient does, because the bed was extremely uncomfortable, air was bad, the cabinet was not to use because of the bad smell. Upright standing at showering had calcified, shower separation/curtain missing, to showering head totally, the lighting in the bath was not catastrophic so well not possibly (cellar lamp). The couches on the terrace did not have editions. On the departure day one can turn the luggage off at the “reception”, a depositing of baggage area is missing, just as a public toilet for the guests for use after check Out. Instead a storage chamber (in the milk, towels, sheets, et cetera to be stored and apparently coincidentally had a toilet and a wash basin) stands ready, besides the door does not leave itself to close correctly! All in all the hotel works like a privately led pension and maximally 2 stars would earn. To the price that must be able be done better!

Somewhat apart of the center, the migration from Fira to the hotel is somewhat laborious, goes steeply uphill and for older terms rather not recommending. But the situation is very calmly, suitable for the recovery in addition, and offers super a beautiful view! Some restaurants in the proximity offer an excellent price achievement relationship.

We saw several rooms and had the agony of the choice. We had booked and landed superior a suite for the time being in the smaller two Cave suites. After we had marked that the bath in this suite is very small became us offered to refer a large vacation home (room number 8) a few houses further. Those had however the large disadvantage that no air conditioning system was installed. We moved therefore into the suite number 3, which has roomier and a larger bathroom. The Cave suite referred last was very largely and deeply into the slope built inside. Equipment: Bedroom: Large double bed, enough tray surfaces, small dress box (somewhat moldy) Schanktisch (without lighting), rear sleep range was generally very darkly bathroom: Very darkly (lighting: A cellar lamp, washstand with sufficiently tray surface, shower with hand brewing lake without curtain living range: Largely with corner, 2 couch, flat TV, DVD, television armchair and Küchentisch with 4 Sesseln, rinse with (too few) table-ware and trash can. From the blocked rinse it smelled very moldy. To be stated that it concerns a cave dwelling, but a better shining A SYSTEm the area must would have arranged more pleasant.

There was a bill of fare with small snack, which tasted also completely good. However not very much one stressed, since there are enough taverns in direct proximity.

The property spirit of the house “Vladi” is really very friendly and forestalling. We could inform ourselves with the staff with our English knowledge very well. Desires for towels for the couches promptly fulfilled and also the remaining staff is endeavored to arrange the stay as pleasant as possible. Laura managt the reception and met to us each desire. The breakfast mostly prepared by it was redundant and for Greek conditions outstanding: Very good coffee, dte, great ham cheese toast, once also ham/cheese, Schoko creams, weissbrot, honey, jam of everything which the heart desires. Our desire for cooked egg or fried egg was fulfilled likewise.

There is itself only a small Whirlpool in which one cooling can. Do not swim is possible

The hotel is generally a rather small plant, has in the main complex 5 rooms, further rooms continues to be some houses. Altogether the hotel might have 11 room. The plant is generally clean. The present guests were majority from Germany. By the spatial proximity of the rooms one comes immediately into contact, from this some nice discussions and acquaintances resulted.

The situation is phänomenal. Directly at the Kraterrand, under the hotel was only more abyss. Great prospect of the Caldera (absolutely carry binoculars forward) entire island range (Kameniinsel, Tirassia) grasp. Only the view to the cities Fira and Oia is covered by rock projections/leads in each case. Possibilities for buying and eating Imerovigli about 5 minutes of Firostefani about 15 minutes, after Fira about 20 minutes
