Family vacation in new York in a apartment is just perfect. The location is straight still acceptable. The general condition is a bit worn. read more

    The apartment was clean. Unfortunately we had the garden suite in the basement. Therefore low ceilings and little light. Furniture and painting must be optimised. Kitchen and bath are OK.

    Benjamin the manager was approachable. And the German language. In between there was a change of towels.

    The way to the subway attracts a little. Especially with bags. The area is not nice nor clean. The building fits in the area.

    The apartment had two extra bedrooms, each with a king-size bed!!! The third bed was a pull out but also very well-padded! The bathroom was simple with combination shower/tub, a sink, a small closet over the sink and toilet! Clean was a broad definition in USA! You could bear it however in the room you could also use the wireless Internet! So was the contact to good old Germany secure! :)

    The staff was very friendly and I can remember: ohh from our arrival as are the count has finally =) (my last name is Graf and I had booked for 6 of us everything: )) had a good conversation. They also gave us a brochure what you do nearby to behave in some areas, like a small New York guide, very helpful.

    Our apartment was about 3 blocks from a metro station. So you can jump on the metro and very good with a transfer was 15 minutes to Manhattan! Anyone who thinks Brooklyn, immediately "the Ghetto" before your eyes zones, of course, they should have a German is better not to get lost, but the location of the apartment was fine. Even the neighbors are very helpful.
