    To our room belonged a small balcony, which we a great view on the town with the bay had. Other amenities were a nespresso machine with daily free capsule filling, minibar, air conditioning, tv/radio, ironing facilities and save; the evening turn down service were for free 2 bottles of mineral water

The hotel itself meets the expectations, which hotel description wakeUp. Unfortunately not constant occupation of the front desk, if you for example at 4 o'clock in the morning or at 6 o'clock morning check out, so one must just at a internal telephone before the front desk free call and short time wait until the manager on duty appears. The hotel room is completely fine, with view of the Bathurst (left for example the namhften hill). The hotel building leaves however see, that the hotel getting quite old is. There is a guest laundry, in the you during certain times ... its laundry subject to a charge even wash can. The internet it is just too expensive in the Mercure hotels. A male receptionist made no good impression, he seemed slightly irritated and took me apparently not completely serious. read more

As we often stay in the Mercure hotel, and most of them took a positive experience, we were very disappointed this time. The hotel is definitely getting old-outwardly, as well as also inwardly. The rooms were already a bit run down and were in our view not the 'Mercure-standard'. This also applies to the bathroom. Our conclusion: bad price/performance ratio. read more

Very clean and comfortable hotel in Madrid. Car rentals nearby. Staff very friendly. Restaurant + bar at the hotel. Breakfast buffet with a good choice. Internet facilities available, but it is very expensive. Rooms are very nicely decorated, and in the beds sleep is good. The only drawback is that it's very noisy. But if you don't mind, is well worth the stay. read more

Very large rooms, comfortable king size bed. Very good for the start of a trip to 27 hour. Check in. friendly service with late check out option. Breakfast was only standard, no cheese, no sausages. read more
