In renovation litte hotel in a beautiful location, from the you could do. On the homepage are no stars, which obviously is because, that the hotel no stars. Here at holiday check there are three stars, on booking. com it was 4 star. The staff are chaotic and could hardly/no english or german. Of a professional management was nothing to feel. The staff at reception signaled a helpfulness, but it was impotent/unauthorized, to change or to decide. The hotel manager was not present. We didn't the room get, the us has been confirmed (style suite, gem. Internet description living room ..., as such can be used or for a 3. bett can be used). Instead we got a room with a 2. bedroom with 2 beds. The room was for us not usable and pointless. Otherwise was the design of the room very nice and modern. The room was clean and the room service was good. The wellness area is very old and small. The steam room didn't work. There is no quiet zone, the loungers are old and partly rusty. A drawback was the half-board food. I have never seen so bad in a hotel eaten. The food was simple only tasteless, strange together (for example dry breaded hühnchenstücke with boiled potatoes, no salad or vegetables) and carelessly. A disgrace for the italian cuisine. The breakfast was very good. Conclusion: price/performance ratio very bad. Negotiate the price and maximum with breakfast book. read more
