We were already in many hotels and from this we were very positively surprised. It is for a Wien-stay very recommendable. It is right next to the lugner city, so enough shops and restaurants directly at the hotel. To the subway one goes about 5 minutes. Therefore we have our car not at all needs (parking garage directly next to the hotel) and have many sights within a very short time view.
The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding city map, subway, recommendations etc.
For breakfast there were many choices, thus determine something for everyone.
The room was okay ..., but unfortunately you could hear it loud from the hallway.
The value for money was really excellent! Direct in Wien for 2 people + 2 nights around 144 Euro

The Atlantis Hotel vienna is a hotel, the directly over the lugner city am resident.
The hotel is an average 4 star hotel.

Anonymity since reception right of elevator and stairs. Executive room in september newly renovated. Ideal location by proximity underground station. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast plentiful, unfortunately no pancakes. Especially executive room tastefully decorated, whereas the 'old' rooms have more space. The only disadvantage with executive rooms: rolling single beds. read more

Blinds in the room broken, therefore not blacked out. Heating not impressive, we could not sleep-too warm and too bright. Walls were dirty. Shower gel was only after two-time complaint after about 8 hours refilled. Bed too narrow. Construction in the hotel ( new building lift), we were booking not informed-very relaxing therefore right nothing. Staff at the reception wasn't very enthusiastic, and poorly trained. Breakfast buffet mediocre. read more

At the front desk missing the friendliness as the belonged!
The rooms is in need of renovation: the windows are old and dirty, the furnishing was perhaps 20 years ago modern.
The bathroom: in the first room we had hair everywhere in the bathroom... The 2. Room was better the cleanliness... However the bathroom looks definitely not after 4 stars from! Shower cubicle, sanitary and tiles are moldy and partly broken...
So the hotel has definitely no 4 stars, not even Turkish stars! read more

Very beautiful and modern hotel, centrally located reachable, evenings nevertheless not noisy. The hotel lies directly at the u6 (station burggasse) directly in the known shopping center 'lugner city'. So are shops, but-by the subway access-also the most famous sights as the Stephansplatz reachable in a few minutes. At night it was nevertheless very silent. The breakfast buffet very plentiful and delicious. In short I was satisfied on the whole and will the hotel safe for my next business trip again choose. After also the price fit I can all for a city break. read more

The hotel is officially a four-star hotel. Like this hotel in addition, is completely incomprehensible. The rooms are old, at least ours. Would all of minutes 15 years will appreciate, typical 80. Years chic. The double bed ( king-size bed) are two singles pushed together single beds. It is with us in the room a third, feast bed, which we not at all have liked. Only takes place away and takes nothing. A small desk without stationary, no paper and I'have nowhere on the world -not even a bible. Not a needs, but this is just standard in all hotel! ... A small table with two armchairs in the not overly big room crushed. That must not be!
The tv does not deserve the name. It is an old crt with estimated 30-35 screen diagonal! Without joke and exaggeration! I travel since about 10 years to the world, with up to 16 nights in hotels. There were guest houses to five star hotels everything, but what I have in the last 5 years as' tv' not seen! In a hotel this (alleged ) category never!
The bathroom:
In a word: an impertinence! It location everywhere hair on the floor. Also in the shower and - in fact- also on the walls! Simply not clean! A small shower, with old shower doors ( baumarktstyle ), the completely were moldy! That isn't on at all for a four-star hotel! A washbasin, that no mixing battery has, as well as little as the shower. Simply cheap taps!
Tile grouting are dirty, respectively moldy!
In summary I would say:
The room at best three stars level, the bathroom maximum (!) two stars, rather a!
Breakfast:
Is on the 2nd floor in buffet form restaurant. But there is ( friendly) check in gutscheinkarten, per person and day.
The room is modern and manageable. Will say: size is ok, you will find a space still easily around 8 or 9.
Selection was rather lean. Warm dishes there were just three in a warming trays: scrambled egg, bacon and sausages.
Bread selection was rather average. White rolls and I think two or three sorts of körnersemmeln. In addition to two sliced bread. More something cheese, sausage, fruit, muesli and yoghurt and two juices. More I didn't see any. Possibly I have here which forget.
All together get the hotel here two suns, because:
1. The breakfast, was okay- no more and no less! 13 Euro are too much for the offered!
2. The rooms is okay, but none in case on the geworbenen level! Rather two or three stars level.
3. The bathroom is a cheek and an impertinence! Not clean, incredibly outdated and moldy. That isn't on at all!
Garage the lugner city parking garage 12 Euro per 24 hours.
I know, that the hotel management down with the instruction on new renovated room excuse is, but this helps me nothing! If I room as four stars offered, but at best with so much benevolence three stars fulfilled, then I must, if I only a couple more room to the renovation have, the old just not more! Even if the economically hurt, but then I have to in the sour apple bite-and lots of other not a renovation in the high season perform. read more

We had a very modern room. With a view of the inner courtyard.
Currently (9/2012 ) the hotel is under construction/extension. Was not no matter to us, since we much on the way were.
The building has 4 floors with elevator, but for wheelchair users not really suitable.
Breakfast was okay. Lobby is very small. Sporting activities I didn't see any.
Borders on lugner-city. There are also plenty of shops and pub ( Mexican, Chinese amongst others)
Train station and subway very close.
To the center about 25 minutes' walk. Car remained in the underground garage ( should be paid ... separately).

Had a freshly renovated room facing the courtyard (quiet). Very well equipped, large closet with free safe, air conditioning, flatscreen tv, bathroom with hair dryer. Daily fresh towels and bed sheets.
Had without breakfast booked, in the nearby Lugner center enough affordable possibilities.
Construction in the side building something disturbing, construction noises from about 7:30 A. M..
Very good traffic connection by subway, bus and tram until into the night inside.
Helpful tips by friendly front desk employees.
Free internet-access in the foyer. read more

The hotel is OK, value for money is okay, breakfast was all right, only with 4 * should the selection of sausage and cheese larger are. The hotel is in 15. District of Wien where the proportion of foreigners far about 50% is, but we had no problem with it, because we only for staying the night there were, with the guest parking in the underground garage we had by far, very dark and this shopping center Lugi and the vehicle is universally accessible. read more

The hotel is a good tip for city breaks, the next subway-station only 3 minutes on foot away. From then to start. However you should know, that the hotel also a second external guest house has about 40 meters away from the main hotel. For breakfast etc. And to the front desk one must thus always onto the street as there is no internal connecting path returns. I found not so great. They are probably the Angebotszimmer. The level of equipment but they were totally okay. Breakfast service staff was totally overwhelmed. Getränkeabfrage was the total none. Thank god they ... had at least a vending machine. So where it often at a hotel fails is the cleanliness of the rooms.
But this place is other I rarely had so a perfect room( always a freshly made bed, always fresh towels, always clean toilet and bath) so I on the departure day for the cleaning lady 10 €left voted for in this week always a clear gift clean room.
Friendliness it is in the hotel only satisfactory (both where I came, as well as early in the morning for the return trip 04:00 was the welcome respectively adoption as the supermarket with me zuhase. read more

Great I found the without any problems supply with fruit and without gluten fruit for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
