Very simple star hotel, with ups and downs

As already written, it is a older star hotel with partly old and scuffed furniture. One may absolutely nothing expect. For it is correct however the value for money. Positive was, that the zimmerfußboden tiled is. The pool is really heated, estimated 24-26°c. old and partly worn through cushions for the plastic against 1,50 Euro per day. The pool area is not very welcoming. The safe costs also extra, 15,00 Euro/week. Minor flaws, like for instance with us the lower brausedruck were greeted by the courteous maintenance taken care of immediately. The food tasted good. Every day there ... was a well stocked salad bar, every night meat and fish. Actually almost every day a varied dinner. Also the breakfast was, except for the every day old rolls, or old white bread (not the brown bread or whole wheat bread) okay. The staff are except for a exception (a rothaarige lady at the front desk, which not only unfriendly and incompetent, but also still snippish and rude with her response was ), very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff is very fast with the clearing and setting. We never had to for a free and clean table to wait. For this thanks. Often in hotels observed, that the guests for breakfast occupied brötdchen, fruit or similar pack up and go. But so extremely like in this hotel we have never met. In the handbags of women disappeared so about estimated 50% of the breakfast buffet. There was always plenty cakes from the hotel. This tray was however very quickly empty. The guests took but really up to 8 piece cakes in the handbags/person. Another time 6 occupied rolls and fruits and once even in addition 6 hard boiled eggs. Therefore, unbelievable and outrageous. The staff at the hotel does nothing against. The guests are thereby already so impudent, that these foods one more time hidden or at least concealed carry forward. In any hotel the world this is permitted. Unfortunately we had the bad luck, one of the worst location room to get. Despite three written and two oral requests, not on the road and in the lowest floor to have. Lots of guests after we could after about one or two days in the upper floors, secluded from noisy street move. Every morning exactly at 05:00 clock came trash collection with very, very loud roar. And then began the truck traffic on the nearby (about 15 meters away) street as well as the extremely loud and annoying mopeds. Despite all closed doors and window was the noise not for sleeping adequate. Even if i the hotel generally further recommend, i will not book any more. Because the risk, again in this location a room to get is me then nevertheless too large. read more

Booked a studio designed for 2-3 people. Please do not with 3 persons. It is the room too small. The 3. can only on a 'platform' sleep. For two people is the room large enough. The kitchenette is well equipped - with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a large fridge. For any extras, however, is to pay, it is a safe, hair dryer, tv or fan! An airco isn't available. The hotel is located on one side of a main road, and a bus station. At night you have to close the balcony door. In general the hotel is ... older furnished, which we did not mind. The sandy beach is within walking 7 minutes away. The swimming pool enough. The 4 suns the hotel has for the extraordinary cleanliness, polite staff and good food received. read more

    Dealing with complaints: At first we were due to the proximity to main road and the bus station dissatisfied, saw this but not as a reason for us to complain. When then suddenly a trail in our room there was (we had nothing to eat because, to us it could not have been ☺ we wanted the room change. This was raising rejected. We would have in 4 days again any questions. The ants were fast with venom destroyed. This had but once 24 hours move in. No ahung as dangerous for people. Fremdsprachenlenntnisse were good! German, english, spanish available! Room cleaning in spite of the ants really clean!

    Activities rare. A beach volleyball court in the backyard, a old pool table in the pool area, because the hotel from 18 there is no kid's offers. Umbrellas available, beach chairs uncomfortable, for 1,50 Euro on the day per couch but you could cushions acquire ^^

    Room was a good size and like said earlier the only negative would be the requirement to hire additional items if needed. Room was very clean and bedding/sheets were changed daily.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful and were fluent in both English and German. The only negative would be that you had to pay extra for items such as microwaves, fans, TV, Internet etc, but this was clear at time of booking. In this hotel you get what you pay for, which I must say is not a lot for the service received.

View of the sea: The building is so aligned, that all rooms direction sea and in my opinion almost also all rooms the sea see. Tip: if you the possibility have, book a room in the 9. and highest floor. Then you will have a perfect views of the atlantic ocean and of las americas. Apart from that the hotel offers still the possibility in the 9th floor the sun terrace to use. Breakfast or half board: Breakfast is both for German ( brown bread), as well as british (beans and bacon ) guests prepared. The real coffee machine is ... free of charge to use. There is free fruit juice drinks and flat water, but no juices. Tip: only book with breakfast ( or possibility even the night; breakfast costs 4 Euro) since they both on site with discount to book can. For me, the difference between breakfast and half board for 7 days 100 Euro locally the dinner buffet for 11 Euro ( drinks extra; 0.5 water for 2,20 Euro) offered. At least 33 Euro saved. I have the buffet twice tried. It was of high quality with fish-, pasta and fleischhauptgängen, was in the 2. to however the variety miss. Room: The rooms or rather the apartments consist of three areas: - in the corridor is at the same time a kitchenette with a fridge and a large closet with clothes rail and safe (10 Euro/ week) accommodated. - the main room has two struggled beds, but auseinanderziehbar and a pull out sofa bed. - the bathroom has a bath tub.     In the hotel: There is a clean restaurant with bar area with glasses separated part pool area. Quality good, quantity also. Breakfast English and German. Drinks included Dinner buffet with for the international palate seasoned fish-, meat- and pastahauptgängen, salads and a soup. Various desserts. Drinks cost extra; 0,5l of water for 2,20 Euro. Pleasant and no as, drinks for normal German price. Outside of the hotel: There are along the promenade and the related street so lots of restaurants from cheap (3,50 Euro for a sandwich; 1 Euro for 1 litre beer until o'clock) on fine beach clubs (meat dishes from 15 Euro) until the exclusive waikikiähnlichen club, in which you Hummer & co for matching money verzehreren can. Therefore also here again the Tip: book only breakfast ( see above, because of the price saving). Tip 2:be indecisive! For many restaurants there are people, they immediately approachable and advertising for their restaurant make. My experience was, that there was always a free beer or a sangria was offered, if we do not immediately ' yes' said.

    In the hotel: There are (at least I didn't found) no sporting activities or animation or kids club. Internet costs exaggerated a lot of money. For that you can go to buy a prepaid card and surfing. Beach in 5 minutes walk reachable. - covered loungers cost 5 Euro on the day - the loungers the urban abrechner observed and are therefore quite well guarded, so you with lower risk his things on site beach chairs can, if you are gone for lunch or other reasons the beach want to leave. - water and beach are clean. - showers are free of charge on site. - sanitary installations from the next nearby bay 3 minutes away. - umbrella and beach umbrellas are allowed or tolerated (of the mentioned abrechnungsmann of the city). - protection from the sun was even in September necessary. - tiefsttemperatur night truly 26 degrees celsius. - highly temperature tags about 34 degrees. Pool: The pool is smaller than the photograph suggests, but clean and to my travel time were greeted with a exception also no chairs reserved.

    The beach is 5-minute walk away, whereas you right from the hotel exit by a park to the promenade is, which I found to be very pleasant. On the promenade is a small shop, in which one of water (2 Euro / 2.5 liter) on canarian rum (14 Euro / liter) and shower gel (4 Euro) everything gets. On the promenade there are several shops and restaurants easy to reach. On the balconies they hear depending on the wind direction a larger street. Not a sanitarium so, but also not disturbing at all for a normal evening on the balcony. Tip: rent a car locally for 22 to 30 Euro per day ( September 2012). I have a German car rental use, so I parked the car filled the tank must return. Avis and europcar are reachable on foot. Avis had with me online no selbstbeteiligungsfreie risk insurance to the offer integrated, but then the daily wagenmiete accordingly cheaper; theft or damage have myself then 588 Euro excess cost. In Spain enter the rental car often leergefahren from, so afterwards a tankgebühr and petrol with higher, not daily actual prices will be charged. This experience I have gold car made. Take your gps with, the costs always extra.

The location right on the bus station wasn't a problem, since no buses. In any case a car rental and the island jets, there is lots to see. If we go back at this time to Tenerife flies, then to the north, which is not so hot and not so Touristenüberladen! read more

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. If you don't luxury vacation plans and if Spanish three star standard enough, is here betens cared for. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but very clean and perfectly adequate. The location is great. One is fast at the beach ( almost all rooms have view of the sea) and fast in the center of the action. In the hotel itself it is whereas nice and quiet. Siam park also within walking distance. read more
