Environment:
The hotel is located rather off the beaten track and therefore very quiet. Rental car urgently necessary! Small mini -supermarket nearby and easy to reach on foot. The next beach is outside of the town, not really far, but on foot very difficult - 5- minutes by car.
Room/staff:
Our 'room' was huge! The room was bigger as our apartment at home. The furniture is not the newest, therefore a bit rustic, but very well maintained! The silicone in the bathroom could be improved, could be beared though. Much me in the eye. The cleaning ladies were very thorough ... and nice. The front desk could always help and also one or another telephone call, if you excursions would like to book.
Pool:
The pool is not as big as the photos seems, but big enough. Furthermore heated, so that you at any time still inside hop can. For my taste the guests only very keen, the peace and quiet remains. I personally think it is' bad ', if the mother your child again and again 'ssssscht. Is silent. ' says and the by the pool. I don't know, whether the desired, but i pass as definitely not mood. read more

Nice hotel with beautiful view of the sea and pebble beach. Sadly the way directly at the steep coast way broken. Therefore there are also no possibilities more to the pebble beach to come. The us the stay a bit spoiled.
We only booked with breakfast and it is also completely-as the selection and quality the food is not good! read more

A bit off the beaten track, renting a car is a must! Hotel lies on a slope, even the way to the next supermarket goes steeply uphill!
Still good excursion possibilities nearby!

The apartments are absolutely okay. The location is a bit off the beaten path, however therefor quiet.
Car is absolutely necessary. The view from the balcony with a view of the sea mind
Something that Hotel Maritim in the next bay. Breakfast is little variety.
We had all inclusive booked half board. If possible, you should not do this.
The food was quite moderately-only the fish dish was mostly good.
We sometimes on half board we are for little money to eat

Actually, we were completely thrilled by the entire area including pool. Everything affectionately maintained and very clean. The staff were very friendly and also willing to help especially the nice young lady with the dark longer hair the soon to Germany come and close to orotrava lives. The man at the reception seemed almost always to sleep and always made a completely exhausted impression, but nice it was.
It is also a shame, that the camino st. Pedro is closed that means you can't in puerto dela cruz hiking. It was really a great shame. I don't know, whether he ... jemanls were activated, as landslides and it is extremely dangerous on the barrier to go. We didn't venture.
And something without a car has the vacation in los roques no value. It is without limits uphill and to the next supermarket one runs forever. Now who constantly want to hiking is the also no problem.
The complex is completely peacefully located and here you can really relax.
Apartmentos all to the sea/mountains and with a large panoramafester equipped. Except for the view of three Hotel Klötze the view is terrific. The rooms have partly balcony partly still a small rock garden before it; before you book the hotel contact. All have until the afternoon sun; on the left side in the november about until 14:30 o'clock the apartment truely very beautifully and elitist furnished; of worn furniture we didn't notice a thing. Unfortunately the kitchen rather inappropriate and sparsely furnished. There was neither a terrycloth, sink, mop, gemüseschäler, scissors and lots more. So, if you don't want to buy anything: to bring their own. But there is an oven.
All in all a great resort we are definitely coming again. But unfortunately is the weather in the north-west was very unstable, it is very often cloudy and the passatwolken are often in front of the Teide. This makes the decision really hard to see what you/women on Tenerife select. You can never know exactly how it would be to the prearranged is. We had of 9 days, 4 days no sun. But that is in the november not the rule. It was because of the general weather conditions. Only for comparison: the year before we were from center to at the end of december on the island and the weather was much better. On the Teide it was 25 degrees and sun -this year in november 5 degrees and rain. One must really consider that if you're not in the south/the west or east is. read more

Very nice grounds and swimming pool, apartment directly at the slope, in the morning and in the morning sun on big balcony. All apartments with a view of the bay and the coast to Puerto de la Cruz. For those seeking tranquillity tourist is the Playa los Roques an ideal hotel. It is very quiet location on a cliff top location. Of our apartment we had a wonderful view of the sea. Half board we would in this hotel not book again - the breakfast was OK, but very monotonous and relatively little choice. The dinner, which as choice of the menus offered, was very bad.
Recommendable is for the time of the stay in this hotel a rental car just to book with. Because otherwise one is from the location of the hotel but very lost. Most ... beaches are further away and bad to reach on foot.
In short: a good hotel with unfortunately relatively poor food. read more

unglaublisch nice view on the sea and a stony beach. The apartment is very good and spacious. The furnishings in the kitchen could be a bit better, but otherwise really good. We will definitely come back again. The complex has about 80 units, but nevertheless one is for itself. The big balcony is also very cool. read more

The apartments very nice and silent on the hillside. There is a small rocky beach with decent swell, the way there is however hard and for children only recommended only with restrictions. The complex features a pool and a small garden with kinderspielgeräten. The whole day you will with children but not amuse myself. As a starting point for excursions or hikes you can Los Roques but definitely recommendable. The loro park is although it is only 1. 1 KILOMETER ( linear distance?) away, you should nevertheless at least half an hour hike plan. We were with a rental car ... and always have an parking close to the hotel found.
A word to the rental car: unfortunately we this with the reservation online of the hotel additionally booked (on holidaycheck). The actual landlord was Orland * near the airport -SUR (REINA ).
Apart from the circumstances: from the airport by bus to the car and then at the levy the whole back, the cars were an impertinence. (C3 and then a Clio in exchange) Over 60 TSD. Miles! On the speedometer, pathetic condition and safety a disaster. The shock absorbers and tires should be peaceful Urlaubstouren actually be an issue, excursions in the hinterland from Tenerife find but also already times at 10 degrees/ C and rain. Good location, clean and tidy but already a bit shabby. The breakfast has rather the level of a bad youth hostel, dinner you could menu select appetizer ( soup or salad) always similar bad/ main course fish ( z, B bloody prawns ), meat ( no idea as you escalope of Turkey so inflammation could ), sausage or cheese you already have from the breakfast knows/ dessert 'Fruits' -but not what we expected, but apple and pear-NA thanks or ice. Altogether a lovely area with nice staff but you should book without food-cooking and self-sufficiency in apartments' kitchen possible. read more

The apartment property features a gorgeous area above an impressive Bay. All rooms are equipped with a unlimited view of the sea from the balcony or terrace. The rooms are very clean and classic Canarian style. The atmosphere and the furnishings are already very worn-out. The rental car is definitely needed. read more

2 rooms-apartment (60 square meters) with Kitchenette, clean and tidy. View of the bay-fantastic. Food, staff, peace and sleep, perfect. As a start for all hikes on the island top! We were completely satisfied and gladly come again.
The rooms will only every 3 days is cleaned, but the suited us perfectly.
We had the half board, evenings there was to choose from fish or meat, I had every fish and was very satisfied. The beverages-prices in the hotel are cheap.
When checking out middle at night should the bill either on the eve of, or suitably be paid in ... cash, as the guard no change and the credit card equipment did not work (only problematic at night ). read more

The apartments have a one-time location, directly at the steep coast, all with view of the sea. With the description of tour operator we were able to find the hotel. The Staff at the front desk spoke good German. The kitchen in our apartment was well equipped; Pots, dishes for four people, we missed a coffee maker. The furniture was functional, plenty of storage space in the closets, worn upholstery are in the place with the small cloth effortless. All major German tv programs were good. The beach below the hotel was the rocks in the surf less suitable for ... swimming, the sandy beaches of Puerto de la Cruz is a five minute car drive and walk on a nice walk along the coast in about 30 minutes to reach. By car are many beaches in the north and west (also a natural swimming baths) in a short time within easy reach. The pool was heated in the area and had a pleasant temperature for swimming. The restaurant we only used once visited for breakfast. The breakfast was okay, hot drinks from the dispenser. Otherwise we preferred, our breakfast timeindependent in the apartment to enjoy. As we were out for the day, we mostly ate in the restaurants on the way, the often very reasonably priced menus between six and eight €. The hotel was beginning/middle December very weakly occupied, which we absolutely didn't bother us, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet, only by the permanent Surf the coast interrupted. The windows of the bedrooms are landside, so that at night not to disturb sleep sound of the strong. read more

We were given a small apartment available, the rather a vacation apartment like in a rural style. If You hotel owners looking for, is probably too ambitious. We liked the choice between hotel service and cook for yourself and supply. You can select and it is also in peace left. A large room is available with kitchenette and great Bath in Canarian style, as well as a bedroom, the country with sheet and bedspread and documents, but very comfortable. Feather Blankets does not exist, you are not in Germany, the staff but blankets were like. Everything neat and clean. Or ... other is not fully facilities, however, you can request. It is rustic. But supply, that is to say, breakfast make is not a problem. Unfortunately there are no sun-loungers on the balcony, but we just got the mattresses out pushed and had a great lawn in the morning.
