We have been staying at this hotel at various times of the year for the last 5 years and have always found it to be of a high standard. It's location is great, close to the Railway Station but in a quiet street. The staff are always very efficient and friendly and the whole hotel is clean and well cared for. The self service breakfast choice and evening meals are excellent. The rooms have recently been refurbished and have the extras you would expect from a far more expensive establishment including free Wifi, coffee/tea machines, new super comfortable beds and ... TV's which include the main UK channels so no need to miss out on your favourite programmes. We will definitely continue staying here in the future. read more

Bathroom floor not clean (hair). Old mattresses, creaky beds. Very noisy corner room. Bad Isolation. This hotel is not contemporary. Waiter güsst the guests not, clears however already during the breakfast Tablecloth other tables. read more

Great hotel - in a few minutes Fußwweg from the train station Brig to reach - beautiful room - Wi-Fi be applicable- very good front desk - friendly staff. The hotel was exactly what was required. The hotel's external and internal architecture was warm and welcoming and, also, in an excellent condition. All areas of the hotel were very clean. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - they made you feel important. The standard of catering was second to none - the meals were most generous and exceedingly well cooked and presented. The standard of food surpassed my expectations. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family. read more

    Cleanliness and condition of the rooms was superb; it was obvious that the rooms were cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The rooms retained plasma screen TVs (with a host of channels available), a safe, telephone, etc. Noise levels were very low which guaranteed a sound sleep at night. Towels and bed sheets were changed daily. The rooms were spacious and facilitated great comfort and relaxation.

    Situated a mere 200 metres from the railway station meant that accessibility to transport links was easy. Shops and restaurants (if needed) lay within easy walking distance of the hotel (5 minute walk to the main shopping area). Brig has a warm and friendly atmosphere; its close proximity to the star-scraping mountains made for a visual spectacle that would prove hard to beat. A lovely town with warm spirited people.

    Very good as a starting point for hikes suitable, since the train station only 500 meters away is. parking spaces are sufficiently available and the beautiful old town brig is on foot reachable in a few minutes. Of course, there is no 'party' , but the many restaurants and bars on the market place are evenings well visited.
