    From the food we had expected more for a hotel with 5 stars. But nobody must verhungern and it is also not bad. Very often the same and a highlight was missing, that we know from other hotels better.

    Staff mostly friendly and tried, sometimes however something overtaxed. Good german language skills in many. It was annoying, that we in spite of the booking sea view (there were partial meerbl. To book) only a side sea view got. But the front desk and the tour guide from Jahn Reisen thought this would be a view of the sea, with a slightly strange explanation of a sideways meerbl. Is unfortunately as a rubber band, next time i will save the money that i paid more i paid for.

We were just for a short break in the Baia Lara, good is the short transfer to the airport. Our room was very good both from the establishment, as well as of the cleanliness. Unfortunately is the neighboring hotel only about 80 meters away, so that you the other in the windows can see. But you are actually the entire day at the pool or beach. Eating and drinking were very good, who something to moan about searches always find something. Staff was very friendly and also very attentive, as soon as something fell to soil was always someone immediately ... to the place. Good is the service at the pool, lunch self-service of different pavilion, also at the beach there were enough offers. Animation is reserved, child care is also well organized. - the service is awful: the staff speaks too many neither German nor English (, although about 80% of the hotel guests from d, gbr, nl come). A service is often not at all available. The staff is many wish initially dismissively opposite. Despite repeated complaints no improvement. - it seems no quality management to give. - the food is always the same. Spoons are rarity. In short: Nice hotel, beautiful outdoor area, monotonous food, bad service. Not recommendable. read more

The hotel is very recommendable, room nice large and great view of the sea. Approximately 60% germans, the rest dutch, swiss, English and so on staff very friendly and always made an effort to fulfill every request. Next year we are coming again... :-) read more

We were there in the autumn holidays 2012 in the Baia Lara and the hotel because of the high rate of further recommendation with holidaycheck. Unfortunately, we were more than disappointed. The outside area overall is nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, wise but several shortcomings. The lobby-bar is with the stairwell integrated and therefore to all sides and top open. Accordingly the noise level is as high as in a train station-the whole ambiance reminded rather of a airport lobby than a cosy bar. The dining room is very poorly arranged. The dishes in a long narrow ... hallway on a lot showcases and essenständen offered. Right and at the end of Ganges the meal places arranged. Thus each guest where there with the newly arriving guests inevitably confronted and long ways in menschengedränge back. The ambiance in the restaurant is of course accordingly. read more

    The rooms are big and-apart from the wardrobe – nicely furnished. The wardrobe is extremely small (hardly any possibilities for hanging, too few hangers, hardly any storage space) and has no doors, but a curtain-impossible. The bathroom was clean, however a bit small and there is little storage space. The furniture have significant signs of usage, partially damaged the taps are cumbersome and calcified. The windows are leaky (noise & rain). The rain water generated a small pool on the balcony and ran into the room a. The mini bar was free and refilled daily. In addition the room was with a kettle. The hotel is very poorly soundproofed, the toilet, the neighbors no secret. Then there is the in the rooms good listening music of the neighbor hotels.

    Also the food is not convincing. The choice for all meals is ok, and you could always find something. One verhungert not. Who eats, to get you started, here no problems. If you're on a certain quality value, will very dissapointed. We have in Turkey in the same categories experienced much better. The buffet is very confusing set up. The area, in the food freshly prepared were, was very dark and looked rather closed from. The dishes were even for turkish customs normally too cold and tasteless. Even the bread tasted after nothing, it was fresh and looked good, but it was without salt, as, like many other food. But when the kids buffet often sharp food (soup, chicken and so on.) Offered. Where is please the logic? For the specialty restaurants you had to pay-we know that so not!

    A huge minus was the service. The welcoming at the reception is cold and unfriendly. The staff is unmotivated, and very unapproachable. For the ordered drinks you had to long wait or you were completely forgot. Often was no service to see and you had to himself for his stuff-such a service should a 5 star hotel not. The inexperience could be better. In the main restaurant are too few waiters, which can lead to extreme stress leads. The cleaning of the rooms is ok. The lady, the the room clean made know their work good. The child care was a joke. From the entire hotel were in the care of 2-3 children – that speaks for itself. The foreign languages were very poor, we arrived partly not even english, of german language to be silent completely.

    The animation was the pure joke. You get the impression had, that the entertainers more vacation than the guests. At the beach the usual beach chairs belegerei. Thus were here the loungers especially the pool chair mats (why also always) very tight. The loungers, as well as the cushions are in a heavily worn condition. The beach is large, but extremely unclean. During the 2 weeks we did not only once deeply felt, that this had been cleaned (as we usually know). The water is clean.

    The hotel is in Lara-Kundu, approximately 25 minutes away bus ride from Airport Antalya – the aircraft noise you can get but almost nothing. Lara-Kundu is an accumulation of hotels, the like on a string of beads strung at the beach are built. The hotels very close together; you can from your private balcony in the rooms the neighboring hotels look. Also the Baia Lara is located on the very narrow at the neighboring hotel. This is a large problem. By the noise nuisance is a reasonable relaxation not possible. Music until about 1 hours from the neighboring hotel. Also during the day comes from somewhere always loud music. The beach is in the immediate proximity. However the water is after a couple of meters already so low, that one no longer stands can-so nothing for small children.

We have a wonderful week worn. The hotel is very well-kept, the staff is friendly and helpful. Also the buffets always offer something for every taste. A power outage in our room was immediately and competent fixed. Value for money is okay here. We are definitely coming again. read more

We have after a wonderful round trip on the coast along in the Baia Lara still 9 days beach vacation attached. We were thrilled all around. The complex and the rooms are very clean, for the whole day is deseamed and cleaned. The culinary offer is very plentiful, every evening there was a themed buffet to the normal offer. At lunch you can either at the snack bar, the whitebar (everything is here freshly prepared. That is certainly not cold-) or in the main restaurant eat. Those who complain about' monotonous' food complained to stay at home, what do ... you actually. And what the cold food concerned: just some details on the plate and then again at the buffet, there one not so long until the plates is! The pool area is huge, wonderful is the '16 +' -pool, absolute peace. But also at the other pools it is fairly quiet, as it is a large offer for children there is. The staff were very friendly, clear it happened too, that it took slightly longer waiting, but almost always they were very attentive. If the glass was empty we were directly asked, whether one still more wants. The entertainment program is sufficient, the entertainment very discreet. Who large party searches is in the wrong place. While we were there, there were first of all German there (over 50 per cent), in the second place, the English and then we swiss. For our next beach vacation in the hotel we book again the Baia Lara. read more

It was in this hotel great and we are definitely coming again. The staff were high much motivated, although the hotel 2 weeks later because renuvierung closes. It was in the whole hotel and in the outdoor areas very clean. Hardly any annoying cats or other viehzeugs. After a night of bad weather everything was again in a good condition and everything was good. Top! The dishes in the restaurant and at the snack bar were always fresh and varied. Tasted very good. For us it was the first holiday in turkey, but it is now already feast, the Baia ... Lara sees us back soon. read more

The many positive reviews the previous reviewers I can only shoot. Our accommodation, service, charges were not excessive for food and drink were a five star hotels worthy and in every aspect recommendable. The staff trat (without exception) friendly accommodating, attentive and helpful on. More than enough, you can't. We felt from the first to the last minute our stay very comfortable. Should be emphasized mr O., very professional and always ready with a fun a smile the faces the vacationer to conjure up. In the hotel dominated German citizens with 50-60%, next to English, dutch, swiss and many other ... nationalities - russians only in the 1% range. From November supposedly renovation works in the hotel carried out are. I assume, that the carpets are not excepted. Who only after 10 o'clock a couch looked found such however by the pool only a few and without umbrella. Possible, that different tourist it appreciated more to reserve chairs as persons were available ( to counter or abstandspuffer to neighbors?). At the hotel beach was also later hour still chairs and umbrellas to find; however some at the end of the season damaged or with reinigungswürdigen cushions. The water temperature in the large hotel pool ( hotel detail 23 degrees) I felt-more than refreshing-. The sea quickly got deep; smaller children need of supervision. read more

We would stay there again and we can recommend. Nearby location to the airport, but nevertheless no noise disturbance by air traffic. Exactly the right thing, if a relaxing vacation upgrades. read more
