A on the first glance modern hotel, with modern rooms, however already some renovation works necessary. On the white walls black stains and chipped places. In the bathroom belongs urgently the shower head changed since this very calcified is. In the room the missing gästepantoffeln. The food is artificial, poor quality and carelessly on the plate decorated. Cutlery, as well as plates were more than once dirty and had to be replaced. The employees at the reception with complaints not professional way. Solely the café bar praise, a older mr the tried very hard and quick the guests worn out. ... In the pool area are far from enough loungers, some of the jets were broken. The sauna area is relatively new and nicely, however also small and no possibility a sauna towel to get. The dinner was very below average. A salad buffet, that almost every Werksküche with ease to choice and quality overshadowing can. During the dinner we had a newspaper salesman get rid of. My wife had a shard of glass on the armchair are. The plates from the buffet were dirty (were there after the dishwasher not controlled). The staff in the hotel is however very friendly. The garage under the hotel is very convenient. The pool area is very nice, an increase would be, if you from the inside area right in the outside area swim could, what ldeider is ... not possible. CONDITIONALLY recommendable! read more

the hotel is really big, as many rooms I don't know. We had a parking in the covered garage( pleasant, if it outside freezes). Very clean and well-kept hotel. Guest Structure mainly Austrians, average age mixed, from the baby up to high ages. is a four-star hotel, in bathroom I missed but various details-such as shampoo, Conditionner, lotion in small Bottle-it did only two large soaps dispenser, two Badehauben and 1 sewing kit. Also was missing in the room a trash can. locked Benefits are advanced half board ( breakfast, lunch and dinner), use the hotel's own wellness area. Beach ... bag, towels (in sufficient quantity) and bathrobes. read more

    very nice and large, modern furniture, minibar (1 bottle sparkling wine 10, -EURO) safe, telephone, flat screen -the is however almost too small is for the big room. Bathroom with bath tub, very lots of possibilities to counter, toilet extra area. Beds very pleasant, the mattresses. At Withdrawal very clean, but then wasn't very much.

    breakfast buffet was sufficient, different egg-courts, various breads, sausage, cheese, Croissants, cakes, oranges you could get your own and so on coffee was served (which tasted nothing special), but the espresso machine was very good. At lunch there were always 2 soups, many salads, Spreads and always a hot meal( for example roasted Chicken with vegetables). Evenings there was a 4-course menu ( excellent), one could from 3-4 dishes choose. Saturday there is always buffet -was one-time.

    Would 6 suns, if the staff from the cleaning of the rooms friendly would have been. Did not even greet. And they have a broken lamp, I am directly on the table presented, overlooked. Cleaning was in the 4 days not overwhelming. Pyjamas were unloving under the pillow stuffed. the barman was not overly friendly. service in the restaurant very friendly -from the service staff to the chefs.

    pool area not very large, indoor swimming pool was warm, the pool was so-so (but everyone has a other Temperaturgefühl)-US can not warm enough his. In the hall (the could better heated his)-if you wet came out of the pool, was lots of people cold. Different saunas (steam bath, Finnish sauna, Block sauna meter Kaltwassertauchbeken, bio Sauna, ladies' sauna, Infrotkabine. 2 drinking water wells. There was a vending machine with water and fruit juices free, also a coffee Machine- cost but 1 euro. Beach chairs were sufficient, but unfortunately there are always and everywhere Dauerbesetzer.

    nearby there is coffee houses, Inns, wine tavern and a Spareinkaufszentrum. In Oberwart- by car in 10 minutes reachable - big shopping center. By bus I don't know. Many wheeland hiking trails. But to no avail, were only in the hotel.

We experienced a relaxed, quiet weekend to strength. Salvation moor made us curious. Massages were very good! Empire of the senses- relaxing. Four course dinner-very good. Staff friendly-beware: speak castles LAN ioned! Bartender one-time -i would recommend it to all, there are also non-alcoholic drinks! Under the week no crowd in the wellness area. Room was perfect! (Brilliant huge hall cupboard!) read more

Very spacious hotel area and wonderful rooms! the staff are unbelievably helpful and the service was really good! Stayed here with my two daughters the package'golden days in autumn' we really enjoyed, full board was excellent. read more

    Little sport possibilities at this time of the year ( November), nearby there was however a running track, and in the hotel a fitness room with training equipment. we took the free offer a walking-hour service, very professional trainers and pleasant. sauna Spirit worlds-really great and very clean! Internet access in the lobby and with cable also in the room.

    The Thermenort Bad Tatzmannsdorf offers a few nice Walks, a running track and the spa gardens, if you want to move out of the water. otherwise there is not much going on, but it was just the especially pleasant. A nice Heuriger is nearby. what I really appreciated was the possibility to check in with the Dr Richard bus directly from Vienna, 5 minutes then directly away from hotel!

Will return for a few nights come! Are relaxed to come home. We are big fans of Empire of the senses (for example a natural pond sauna, aroma rich-(I love especially) or the sound has been recommended. read more
