Staff very friendly and very attentive, the food varied and really delicious, sandy beach right on the hotel, unfortunately the access into the water was only possible over a jetty but the beach ' around the corner' is beautiful and the way into the water without rock, the garden and the entire area well-kept. A fitness room is available, but not usable, since the device totally out of date are. Unfortunately no sauna or any wellness area. There off-season was, there was no children's entertainment.
All together however a great value for money. The garden is beautiful, the food delicious and plentiful, the staff totally friendly. read more

A very nice hotel, with a great room, 2 balconies and great view. There in our room 3 beds there were, I needed with my girlfriend in a double bed sleep. Great. The food was too good, very diverse and tasty. read more

A nice hotel with a beautiful garden area, the very well-kept. All together the hotel you can to quite further-recommend. Everything was clean and the cleaning of the rooms was also reasonable unfortunately the beach is very narrow and you can only 2 bathing jetties into the water arrive. The but we didn't find that disturbing. Nice is also the short transfer to the airport. The food tasted and the selection was plentiful.
A point of criticism there are but nevertheless, we enjoyed the beverages not so good, one had always the feeling it was all a bit watered down. ... Cocktails there was just at a charge (4,-Euro). Also the house wine was not our case.

Great family vacation in a wonderful facilities. Our family room was very big and was always cleaned to perfection. The food was very varied and delicious.
The beach is not so the hit, but bathing on the jetties we really liked.
The staff were very accommodating & friendly
Only points of criticism in our opinion: all inclusive only until 22:30 o'clock & a very limited animation in the late season read more

We loved it. The only point of criticism was the food in the last week. We were the last guests, before the hotel end of the season had. One however about the food noticed. There was hardly any choice and had the impression of leftovers. That is not!
Particularly positive we would the cleanliness in the room emphasize. The cleaning staff was great!

We were already at the end of the season there and nevertheless, everything was still reasonable! Food was always refilled, was very varied and something there for everyone. 'who does not increase here, with the stomach'-) the staff were always but unobtrusive, empty plates were immediately cleared away, empty tables directly newly restocked and always friendly. If you don't by the pool like, but at the beach, cost only 2.50 for the couch, it was ok. The beach was as far as clean, the tang is not cleared, can then already times mutter-)

We had to 2 days the feeling forever to be there. We accompanied the whole time a pleasant, ungekünstelte, unobtrusive atmosphere. Since we walks on the beach and not by the pool our time spent, we could the cleanliness of the pool not 100% grade, but what we could see was all right. The rooms are in our opinion very well equipped and sufficiently furnished. Every day were the rooms cleaned and if necessary was a change of towels- without our interference. The animation was very poor. Did not bother us, but if that leaves, could certainly more desired. For ... children was little done, besides in the evening the children's disco. But that the late travel date be due, because middle October traveled the home. But, despite that, we will carry out the way again lead to this. A super well-kept, clean facilities inclusive the room, the hotel lobby and the restaurants. Many flowers, bushes and other landscaping. Everything smelled after the various flowers.
The complex is not too big, was in our first week not completely sold out, so it was really nice and quiet, as we it us wished. We had booked all inclusive, which we also very satisfied were.
The guests came from Germany, Belgium and Holland. There were also polish, austrian and swiss guests in the house. All nationalities were very nice. Unfortunately, we had to for the chairs at the beach pay extra ... (5 Euro for 2 pers/day), we knew this beforehand. Since this in other hotels as inklusivleistung is expected, it should of the hotel management be reviewed. read more

We would gladly come again. The best man in the hotel is the beach guards, brings the people together for eating fish, a absolute experience and good tips for excursions. Wonderful complex, clean and tidy. The food was totally sufficient also for us, we had the half board. Details to eat for lunch at the beach you can supermarket buy and bottled water. Price-performance is absolutely great. read more

A week long we checked out to 3 time in the Mastichari Bay Hotel a.
I can only say pure relaxation. It is the hotel's own beach not the best, because the hotel rock into the water had, so that the sea more not the full beach underwashed. However there is a great long sand beach a very small bit further.
We felt as always an apartment with a view of the sea rented, the rooms are super clean, the food is very varied and just delicious, it is for all, large and small something for everyone, one time per ... week there is a greek evening (original greek specialties) every evening there was a very funny entertainment program, what recommendable is.
The service staff is very friendly and helpful, we have actually until now no staff met was not friendly.
Who a relaxing hotel like, can with this hotel definitely not what wrong,
I can only say, Mastichari Bay Hotel, gladly anytime again. read more

' black Broom sweeps the Hof' is immediately, if I this hotel name tells.
Already at the front desk on the doorstep was the 'rough Klima' some (extremely important ) employees noticeable!
Unfortunately this ice-cold feel in the dining room really continued, after a really attentive young waiter obviously a 'wrong' table assigned had. In the presence of guests his staff to blame it is not and gave us a really bad feeling gives you.
The housekeeping staff and gardener understand their thing; have but also no direct guest contact like for instance Receptionist and Speisesaalmanager.
I will most certainly ... this hotel not more visit and also my customers do not offer, than paying customer ( no matter, which category) I expect, I accordingly ( here 4 *) am treated.
My proposal still last:
Please assign easily identifiable parking spaces from!
Nevertheless should the (free ) possibility be given, in the courtyard of his luggage out of the car at least unload to May (there are guests with various handicaps!) read more

The hotel Mastichari Bay is approximately 15 minutes out from the airport and located directly at the beach (2 minutes on foot).
The entrance area of the hotel is bright and inviting, there are plenty of places to sit in the lobby, from directly the view to the beach can.
The cleanliness of the rooms was ok, with a small possibilities of improvement.
We were end of September there, so rather few families with pre-school children were there. The audience limited almost exclusively on older couples (rentner/pensionierte) and isolates on younger audience. To the guests belonged many germans and dutch ..., a few Poland and russians. read more
